I ordered a chicken tikka masala and got a chicken korma

Wanted to say a huge thank you for last week dinner. It was truly amazing with good flavoured, tasty dishes and drinks. The food was well cooked, the service impeccable. It could not have been any better. All the family members were happy with the food. Thank you.

Darjeeling Tandoori, Ruislip. We recently picked up a takeaway from this restaurant on our way home, and it was an excellent experience. The location is easy to find, and the friendly staff made our quick visit even more pleasant. We started with the Sheekh Kebab, which was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The accompanying mint chutney was a perfect match, enhancing the kebab without overpowering it. For the mains, we had the Chicken Chettinad Curry paired with Bagara Rice – truly a match made in heaven! The rich, aromatic curry paired beautifully with the flavorful rice, making each bite a delight. To end the meal, we tried the Double Ka Meetha. The dessert had the perfect balance – not too sweet, with a wonderfully delicate texture. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of the food and look forward to trying more dishes on the menu. Highly recommended!

We had Sunday lunch for my brothers birthday, we were 5 of us in total. Buffet was perfectly presented lovely, the dishes were bursting with flavours, very delicious and cooked to perfection. They served a new dessert on the list, it’s very very delicious. Tandoori chicken is at it’s best, gobi 65, mint rice with veg and chicken dishes are fantastic. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and really added to the occasion. Thank you all, we will definitely be coming back and recommending you.

Four of us went for a birthday meal on a recommendation from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service. The decor is good and cozy place to talk. The staff are good and price very reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone and will visit again. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Service was absolutely atrocious .waiting for half an hour to be asked if we would like a drinks, then another half an hour for them to turn up . Decided to just order a main course. Just for another hour wait . Food was luke warm. We asked for jug of water four times which turned up as we were leaving with one glass between four. If you want a decent curry DON'T go here. Would of given a zero star rating but unfortunately it won't let me.

Chef is great at his job, did match our preferences as we all had different choices. My family’s favourite. invited my old colleagues, great place to talk, drink and spend time. Calm and soothing place. Non veg sizzlers and chilly paneer are very tasty.

The food was excellent and unusually the menu was concise with enough choice to satisfy most tastes. The curry and biryani is excellent and the starters are faultless. All in all a very pleasant meal.

I had heard how delicious the food is here so was pleased to be eating there on my last night staying in Ickenham with my friend. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive so it was difficult to choose, and my friend and I struggled to finish as the portion sizes were generous. The food itself was delicious and although I have not eaten in huge numbers of similar restaurants I was extremely impressed with the taste and quality of the food. The best Pilau rice I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The korma was a bit watery bit tasted nice. Good portion. Garlic naan was a bit burnt but OK.

We have enjoyed many meals here over the years and have never been disappointed which is why we chose it for a birthday celebration with seventy guests. The lunch was a great success the service was excellent and the menu was superb with many describing it as one of the best meals they had had. It was a special occasion and the food and the friendly service ensured that it was indeed a special and memorable time. An outstanding venue be it a meal for two, a few friends or for seventy.

I went there with my friends and its was amazing experience with delicious Indian food. I should recommend you one should visit this place.

I recently dined at Darjeeling Tandoori, and it was a delightful experience. The cozy ambiance, attentive staff, and, most importantly, the mouthwatering Indian cuisine made for a memorable evening. The flavors in their tandoori dishes were outstanding, and their variety of curries catered to different palates. I highly recommend trying their chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their delectable dishes.

Mostly dine in and the food is good however take away can be a bit under their usual standard. The food is usually good and the servers friendly. Unfortunately prices have gone up lately but it is the same for everywhere. Usually however, we have a good time.

Our first visit - April 2022 . The Sunday Buffet is superb set in a traditional restaurant with a good selection of food, and well presented . No pushy selling just good hot food at a reasonable price. The bar is well stocked and has a waiting area if you are collecting your meal. Recommended, and we will return soon. Returning customer-April 2023. The restaurant maintains standards as last year. A welcome from the manager on arrival and some new options for the Sunday buffet is always welcome. Will continue to give a overall 5 star rating Hope to return soon.

After a long day trudging around by train, chanced upon this restaurant at West Ruislip. The food was extremely good and a cut above expectations. Superb Lamb Kahari. Service was good and if in area in future would eat again here. Recommended

Why is it you visit a Indian restaurant and all the serve is Halal meat. I wouldn't touch that meat and neither do lots of my friends. For that reason I walked out.

Very disappointed with our most recent visit. The food was nowhere near as good as it used to be. The most disappointing part though was that when I raised the concerns to the management they were totally dismissive and didn’t acknowledge that there was any issue. It’s a shame as we have been regulars for many years but will not be returning. Very poor and now one to avoid.

Ordered using their pre order. E fire opening on what is probably the busiest night of the year, New Year’s Eve. Meal was delivered bang on time. Piping hot and very tasty. This restaurant has a high score for cleanliness, one good reason to order from them. I will order from them again.

The naan bread was uncooked and inedible. The onion bhajis were very greasy. The curry was very watery and tasted quite bland. The saag aloo was not tasty. The pilau rice was lovely though! Overall very very disappointing.

Sorry but have tried this restaurant a few times now in the past few months, Very average, Nothing to write home about. I am very familiar with many Indian restaurants in in West London and on first name terms with most. I'm very sorry to sound so negative about this place , but it really isn't up there with tee best

Sorry to say I won’t be returning. The food here used to be good back in the day, but as is the case with many places these days they’ve really let their standard drop considerably. I find their food to be way too expensive for a start plus the naan breads are always burnt to a crisp and poor quality curry. Shame

I'm not normally a massive fan of Indian food but after eating out here I had a chicken roghan dish and it was the best I have had. Only disappointment is that I live to far away to return.

Food was fantastic on delivery as it is for eating in. Have eaten there many times and always great food & service. Only down was that the main dish, which was on the bottom had been squashed from below & spilled a little out into the bag. Didnt spoil the quality at all & will use again.

Pleasantly priced Indian restaurant with equally good service. Asked for a non listed dish, and was made and sent, very accommodating. Anyone visiting or ordering won't be disappointed. Portion sizes good enough not to waste anything, a feature missout by others. Price/portion ratio superb when compared to others in the area. Highly recommended.

Have been going here for about 5 years. Really lovely food and lovely service. Cannot fault this restaurant and always take visitors here. It is so nice when you find an Indian restaurant that is so good but it does mean you tend to not go anywhere else locally. Have been here with small and larger groups and always enjoy the experience. Missed going during lockdown but still got a takeaway.

The Darjeeling is a firm favourite. All the food I have tried is great tasting, always fresh flavours and cooked perfectly, excellent service. Also provided catering for a Christmas party for me. They went above and beyond delivering hot trays and condiments. There was literally nothing left! A great local restaurant.
