We have enjoyed many meals here over the years and have never been disappointed which is why we chose it for a birthday celebration with seventy guests. The lunch was a great success the service was excellent and the menu was superb with many describing it as one of the best meals they had had. It was a special occasion and the food and the friendly service ensured that it was indeed a special and memorable time. An outstanding venue be it a meal for two, a few friends or for seventy.

The chef is here fantastic;try the lamb on the bone curry 👌 5 stars the desi tarka daal l the Geerra chicken delicious 😋

A friend recommended that we visit Darjeeling Tandoori Restaurant. It was our first time there, and we were impressed by the delicious food and pleasant ambiance. The hospitality and cleanliness of the restaurant were exceptional. It's a must-visit place.

Great spot for really good food. They have a new menu which taste amazing. Chaat are must at this restaurant.

I came here for my younger brother birthday party. We really enjoyed the food and our time at Darjeeling Tandoori. Veg Manchurian dry & Paneer Patiala are must recommended.

I recently dined at Darjeeling Tandoori, and it was a delightful experience. The cozy ambiance, attentive staff, and, most importantly, the mouthwatering Indian cuisine made for a memorable evening. The flavors in their tandoori dishes were outstanding, and their variety of curries catered to different palates. I highly recommend trying their chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their delectable dishes.

It was over 60 minutes late. Rang twice to find out where it was.

Love it, especially the paneer massala. It's the only place I go for a curry nowadays, everywhere else disappoints

Mostly dine in and the food is good however take away can be a bit under their usual standard. The food is usually good and the servers friendly. Unfortunately prices have gone up lately but it is the same for everywhere. Usually however, we have a good time.

Our first visit - April 2022 . The Sunday Buffet is superb set in a traditional restaurant with a good selection of food, and well presented . No pushy selling just good hot food at a reasonable price. The bar is well stocked and has a waiting area if you are collecting your meal. Recommended, and we will return soon. Returning customer-April 2023. The restaurant maintains standards as last year. A welcome from the manager on arrival and some new options for the Sunday buffet is always welcome. Will continue to give a overall 5 star rating Hope to return soon.

Last minute decision to get a take away -pleasantly surprised! Vindaloo was tasty and spicy-Best naan bread I have eaten for a while and the mushroom rice had a nice spice to it 10/10

We both had bad stomach with in an hour after having a dinner in this restaurant. Very poor food hygiene. The person in the reception was having cold and sneeze.

After a long day trudging around by train, chanced upon this restaurant at West Ruislip. The food was extremely good and a cut above expectations. Superb Lamb Kahari. Service was good and if in area in future would eat again here. Recommended

We have been coming here for over 10 years. I have never found a curry to beat it. Excellent food, friendly and professional staff and a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place.

Why is it you visit a Indian restaurant and all the serve is Halal meat. I wouldn't touch that meat and neither do lots of my friends. For that reason I walked out.

Very disappointed with our most recent visit. The food was nowhere near as good as it used to be. The most disappointing part though was that when I raised the concerns to the management they were totally dismissive and didn’t acknowledge that there was any issue. It’s a shame as we have been regulars for many years but will not be returning. Very poor and now one to avoid.

Ordered using their pre order. E fire opening on what is probably the busiest night of the year, New Year’s Eve. Meal was delivered bang on time. Piping hot and very tasty. This restaurant has a high score for cleanliness, one good reason to order from them. I will order from them again.

The naan bread was uncooked and inedible. The onion bhajis were very greasy. The curry was very watery and tasted quite bland. The saag aloo was not tasty. The pilau rice was lovely though! Overall very very disappointing.

Sorry but have tried this restaurant a few times now in the past few months, Very average, Nothing to write home about. I am very familiar with many Indian restaurants in in West London and on first name terms with most. I'm very sorry to sound so negative about this place , but it really isn't up there with tee best

Order had several problems: 1) Ordered Bombay Aloo - received Sag Aloo 2) Tandoori Chicken is usually two pieces - only one small piece 3) Ordered Chutney Tray - did not receive 4) Byriani sauce was not as good as usual. Usually very good but tonight's was dissapponting.

The last 2 orders from this restaurant the kebabs smelt horrible and tasted worse ate one threw 3 in the bin It’s a shame but after good meals for months , I won’t be ordering again

Sorry to say I won’t be returning. The food here used to be good back in the day, but as is the case with many places these days they’ve really let their standard drop considerably. I find their food to be way too expensive for a start plus the naan breads are always burnt to a crisp and poor quality curry. Shame

TBH the wife had a lamb tikka starter (approx just under a fiver) and it was beautiful but 4 very tiny chunks and hardly any garnish. She was very upset. My starter was great although very small. Overall well worth a visit.

I'm not normally a massive fan of Indian food but after eating out here I had a chicken roghan dish and it was the best I have had. Only disappointment is that I live to far away to return.

Food was fantastic on delivery as it is for eating in. Have eaten there many times and always great food & service. Only down was that the main dish, which was on the bottom had been squashed from below & spilled a little out into the bag. Didnt spoil the quality at all & will use again.

Pleasantly priced Indian restaurant with equally good service. Asked for a non listed dish, and was made and sent, very accommodating. Anyone visiting or ordering won't be disappointed. Portion sizes good enough not to waste anything, a feature missout by others. Price/portion ratio superb when compared to others in the area. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this takeaway, because I have had great food from them in the past, but it is a bit hit and miss recently.

Always reliable for a standard curry night. Service is brisk & pleasant. Food is good with portions not too large. Cobra etc, everything as expected and very well done.

Have been going here for about 5 years. Really lovely food and lovely service. Cannot fault this restaurant and always take visitors here. It is so nice when you find an Indian restaurant that is so good but it does mean you tend to not go anywhere else locally. Have been here with small and larger groups and always enjoy the experience. Missed going during lockdown but still got a takeaway.

The Darjeeling is a firm favourite. All the food I have tried is great tasting, always fresh flavours and cooked perfectly, excellent service. Also provided catering for a Christmas party for me. They went above and beyond delivering hot trays and condiments. There was literally nothing left! A great local restaurant.

Chicken dopiaza was a bit dry, and butter chicken had bones in ( not a problem but not previously had bones in so wasn’t expecting) Main issue was it was 30 minutes late, having been ordered plenty of time in advance

This is the worst curry I have ever had. My 7 year old could of done better. For the money you charged surely it should of tasted better. Don’t waste your money with this rubbish

Microwave curry would have had more taste than the food we ordered. Ordered a Prawn Dhansak and Chicken Tikka Masala. Way too much salt. For the amount it costs not happy with the quality.

I had booked for my meal to arrive once I’d put my baby to sleep so with this arriving early, I had to reheat everything once she was asleep. The food has always been incredible from here before but there were others issues this time not just delivery time. I ordered saag paneer and it was lovely however had some potato pieces in it, very disappointing when I wanted cheese. My husband had ordered saag aloo so not sure if they got confused. Also, I ordered plain rice and ended up with pilau rice, which I’m really not keen on. Again this was what my husband ordered and perhaps it was easier to make one kind but it was really not what I wanted.

Went to the Darjeeling for an evening meal with my sister, brother-in-law and their 2 grown up boys. The food was great everything cooked to a good standard. None of the party had any complaints, we had plenty to eat and drink. My only criticism was that I thought the bill was a lot for what we had. It was just over £300, usually when I spend that sort of money I would at least expect a complimentary drink as experienced in other Indian restaurants.

Had a delicious dinner - king prawn special really good! House red wine was very nice - pleasant surprise! (Most places not great house wine) Warm and cosy. Lovely and clean - proper white tablecloths and good spacing between tables! Great service! Haven’t been here for a while - need to come back more often!

I don't like to be shown to a table and then the waiter just walks away without asking if we would like to order a drink. Food was very bland. At no time were we asked if food was ok.

Food not delivered. Restaurant changed time from 2000 to 2025 then at 2045 I drove and picked it up. It had obviously been forgotten about because he went in the kitchen and came out with it straight away. The food was not hot and had to microwave it. The restaurant were not very honest about it which is very annoying. Apart from spoiling my whole evening the the taste of the food was very good.
