Came with my wife on a Saturday night and it was fairly quiet with only a few tables filled. Food was really good. As it was our first visit we played it fairly safe with hot and cold mezes to start, followed by a lamb shish and a mixed grill. With that being our order I felt it was like a good, but slightly more exotic, Turkish. There are some more interesting things on the menu which I’m keen to try on future visits, including from the breakfast and lunch menus. The mains were massive portions, and we were furnished with a takeaway box for our leftovers. We were also given a milk pudding desert on the house which was a nice touch. I hope this place does really well and fills up more than it was on our visit as it’s really good, the staff seemed nice people, and Syrian cuisine is a welcome addition to add to the local variety. Would be 4.5 Stars if I could add the half. Half point off for being bring your own booze as I’d love to try an imported Syrian beer!

142 Stanley Park Rd, Carshalton, SM5 3JG, United KingdomOrdered yesterday the salmon was dangerously burnt. No idea why they thought it was acceptable for it to be sent to customers. Also the sheekh kebab was also overdone and tasted like rubber. My partner did speak to the manager who initially said all his drivers are busy but he could delivery it the next day (as it was late in the night we agreed) but I needed to call back to remind him. The next day I did call back and surprise surprise the manager wasn’t around. The person on the phone had no idea of this. Well to restaurant here is a picture of what you sent. Hope you don’t send out anymore burnt food to your customers.
