Ordered for the first time, got the order back and it was missing part of the order, if you do order from here please check all items are present before you leave. We were just missing a portion of chips but do check your orders. Kebab tasted nice but the salad was disappointing.

Hello, i am the friend that asked for salt and vinegar, sunday night. We were soooo shocked by the guy that served us, his attitude. I really wanted salad cream but after all that i didnt want to ask for it. We realised after your reply, it was not just us that had noticed the shocking service we got. We do not blame you, the manager, and thankyou so much for your reply, we really appreciated it. That was enough, so no need for a phone call. The chips were delicious,by the way. When we are in ventnor again, we will probably call in again.

Just had the most unfortunate experience. Really disgusting behaviour from staff! My friend politely asked for salt and vinegar and with the look on his face I thought he was going to launch himself at us!! And then i asked for only vinegar on my chips and he poured salt on I got the same attitude! This was also observed by another customer. It may be a town full of tourists but we live here and will certainly not be back! You obviously don’t need locals to keep your business afloat!

Tryna cut down on money giving me a Diet Pepsi when I had to pay like 16 quid for the food it’s js a joke

New Edit: Please do not accuse me for making things up as i dont. I want to love your food however each time i order from you, it's always one thing, or another, any time i've ever tried to bring anything up with your staff, i've always been met with hostility, like the type in your comment stating i "made stuff up". I ordered a peperoni pizza with stuffed crust, i've ordered it many times before, never had an issue, until that one time where there was a considerable amount of small black hair in the stuffed crust now you may say "rubbish" but if your staff was friendly, i would've kindly brought it up on my next order because stuff happens, but instead, i get the same attitude from you with denial and hostility. As said before, your food is normally very good so i was a bit surprised. 2024 EDIT: Gave it another try, guy on the phone was friendly, however the delivery driver pounded on my window until i came out, instead of using the doorbell stating "i didn't know if anyone was home". The food however, i ordered a 14 inch pizza and some scampi. The pizza had black strands of hair all within the cheese stuffed crust on my pizza, and the scampi came squished and falling apart out of the batter/bread. Overall a disgusting and bad experience and definitely lost my second chance. Thank you for your response, i've ordered from you again today, this time, even though i'm ordering for myself, i choose enough items to hit £28 to pass the minimum of £25. However this time, i was then also hit with an added delivery fee that i haven't had before of £2.50. So for ordering just for myself, for a 10 minute drive down the road, i've ended up paying £30.50. Then when i said i haven't had that delivery fee before and that i was told last time that over £25 is free delivery, the guy on the phone got suddenly very combative and said "then you can come and collect it then can't you mate if you don't wanna pay it". I still ordered the food as i'm still unable to drive and have no food for tonight but after tonight, i absolutely will never order from you again. Amazing food, and great quality food but constantly bad customer service over the phone that has truly put me, my family and my friends from coming back as they have also dealt with negative behaviour when ordering food. Truly disappointed. Food has mostly always been great, never really disappointed there, cooked fast. I've been going here a lot since December so would definitely say i'm a regular customer. Recently come out of hospital, using my credit card to get home and get some food at last hooray!, however i'm told the limit for delivery is £25 and the meal i ordered is £24 (due to maxing out my card i can't go higher) well i have two options, either get pressured into buying a can of drink i don't like and can't afford due to maxing my card for £1.50 OR i don't get delivery and when i say its just a pound can't you allow me just this time as i've just got out of hospital from an accident and using the last of my credit card, i get told "nothing i can do, it's a limit, you're holding up the line for other customers so you need to decide buddy" so i'm now having to order from somewhere else. I understand having a £25 minimum limit for delivery, but for a regular customer, who's brought in more customers e.g. friends and family, who's just got out of hospital and needs a delivery and literally can't afford the extra pound because the taxi cost nearly £60 to get home. One singular pound difference, you would've thought that would be okay. But no clearly not. Everyone should feel like a valued customer and sometimes that needs minor compromise and as someone who's regularly buying from you, who's having a really bad time, to be treated like other people are more important than you because you can't afford the extra pound due to extortionate taxi prices and not being paid from work yet, well, that's pretty rough customer service and makes me rethink about coming back. The food is really good, no question there, so would definitely recommend. But yeah, pretty bad experience.

It's a kebab and pizza place so what else to say really. The food is good, never feel disappointed after eating. The wraps are huge I suggest only having regular ( I had a large one time I barely finished half it was so big 😂) staff are very friendly. Atmosphere only gets a 2 star as it's a takeaway not a dine in establishment.

Although food was good , the order was not kebab with no pickled cabbage or salad. Check before leaving shop because they say all there when not and its not the first time this has happened

Always order from Dalyans and food is consistently delicious. Really nice people work there too so always a pleasure. Chips in pitta & box of salad for Veggie and usually lamb donar wrap, salad and chicken wings for the meat eater. Burgers are delicious but less filling although that's probably because the wrap is a monster. Hoping they soon start offering a Munch Box as seen on tiktok for a taste of everything!

Please be aware I have ordered from this place once it’s very unhygienic place found a dead fly in my food DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE want a nice pizza buy one of the Deluxe ones they are really really nice from Lidl.

Ordered from here multiple times now always been on time, hot and a friendly service. we have ordered a few different things each time and not been disappointed so glad we found somewhere nice as moved to new area and it’s always a bit scary trying a new place. Keep up the good work 😎👍

Shocking prices for what you get, not saying it's not good takeaway, it's just good takeaway at bad prices. Friendly chaps who know what they're worth but I'd chance they'd not why Ventnorians are willing to pay so much more than it's worth. A monopoly in need of competition.

I was so looking forward to a Shish kebab , hot wings and chips as I've not eaten meat since I started the keto diet 4 months ago and not had a takeaway for well over a year . The service was bang on , friendly and didn't have to wait long for my order and the shop looked very clean. The Hot wings were Ok but the lamb in the kebab lacked spices or the taste it had been marinated . the lettuce was a darkish green like what you would find on the outside of a lettuce and the chips where plentiful but bland like you would find iceland. If your in Ventnor and fancy a kebab this is the place to go . Thou Not the best kebab ive ever eaten but not the worse just very average so 3 stars from me.

Outstanding place. I went here for some chips. The staff were polite and I got a very genenerous portion of chips. Do recommend, and would go again!

Myself and my boyfriend have been there twice now for some quick and easy food. First time we went in, it was quick and there were no problems. We went In yesterday evening and got some food, it was quick like last time however my boyfriend got food poisoning from their food. I was only really eating the chips and onion rings that we had, and my boyfriend ate a lot of the meat feast pizza we bought. All throughout the night he has been up and down showing severe symptoms of food poisoning. Disappointed and will not be buying food from there again.

Would definitely recommend! 1st time to order from Dalyans last night. Was really impressed with the food, service & delivery. The pizzas were really tasty, & so were our side orders, chips & onion rings. Can't wait to order again.

The chicken shish wrap was delicious!! The hot wings are also really good; they're well-breaded, spicy, and very crispy. Suggestion box: I wish they also did falafel, and maybe some grab-and-go dessert items. But this place is great.

Pretty handy location and do a good kebab

Really poor for a fish and chips shop by the sea side. Batter was hard and smelt of old oil. Fish had no seasoning and tasted though it was thawed quickly. Mayonnaise was cheap, (chilie sauce?). Avoid. £60 down the sea.

Ordered a mixed lamb chicken kebab with very hot sauce. Unfortunately they have forgotten the sauce completely. Nothing, No season or sauce, really?? I won't bother again we ordered a portion of chips. Dry, cold and no season/salt/vinegar. How can you get it so wrong?

Average kebab place taste wise ref kebabs & pizza nothing really stood out in our range of foods that we ordered, & the donor was a little under done for a few of us(always a risk once you start ordering more than 3 donors, no matter what kebab shop you use, so not a slight on this place tbf) & a few of us woke with slightly dodgy bellies. Shish & kofta kebab very, very bland with little to no taste at all. Probably the worst shish I've ever had & I've ate plenty over the years, meat was fine, just no bloody flavour at all. Probably OK to order if it's just you or a few, but if ordering for a fair few, have a think. Only takeaway place in Ventnor apart from the chippys & the domino's in Shanklin won't deliver to Ventnor, so no real completion for the owner, perhaps that why they haven't raised their game.

Terrible. When I got home the chicken shish kebabs were off - they tasted bleachy! Several other people claiming food poisoning on the reviews. I wish I had read them. Best avoided.

Walk past do not stop I'm very happy to explain why. Ordered two mixed Kebabs and chips, the pitta bread was stale, there was very little mixed meat but loads of oily donner meat, the salad looked as if it was left over from the day before. The little bits of beef and chicken meat were burnt, dry and very gristly. the chips where cold and oily. all in all £30 lighter and very hungry and disappointed. I could have gone to several establishments along the road and received a far better meal for my £30. Hope that answers your question.

Just had their pizza delivered. The Hawaiian, veggie and Pepperoni pizzas were all very good. Delivery was quick. I'd definitely order again. My only criticism would be that they need to get a better web presence and up to date menu online...even if it's via a business page of Facebook.

Really good pizza. Loads of toppings and cheese, which I didn't expect as they do lots of other types of food too. Really friendly and delivered to us too!
