Sorry to write this review, as it was a nice place to visit till few months back or i would say when it started. We ordered a meal for a family of four. A meal deal Bucket + Burger + Chicken strips. I was warned that it will take 15 mins - which was fine. But After 5 mins half of the meal was served and the rest took around 30 mins as the priority for the reception guy was online orders - once I complaint on the service - he got unhappy, which was clear from his attitude, Normally you get ketchup etc free if you are eating in but he charged us, i asked him that normally these comes with meal so he says take it free. But I paid for it as it seem odd as why he was behaving like this and i dont want to eat anything with out paying. The environment he created was not worth sitting there so we took our meal and left. later realizing he didnt even put everything in the meal deal ( No Coleslaw or beans), cause he was angry. we were stuck as we have already paid. Not everything on Menu was also available - like Peri Peri chicken etc. Not a good experience at all.

Stayed in the crown plaza hotel for a mini break to manchester for xmas market . On way back to the hotel after plenty of boozy hot choc /mulled wine we had the best chicken and burgers . The next day we decided to go again to make sure it was not the booze not effecting our taste buds but no it was just as tasty hubby said best burger he had . The staff are also super friendly and so good value for money . We may have to book next year to revisit 😂

Avoid the chicken fillet burgers, had 3 and we all found them cold chewy and the bun was falling apart as you ate it , extremely dissapointed . .

Me and my mum was on holiday and our first night we wanted a take away we saw this place it looked appealing we went in ordered Pizza, chips, strawberry cheesecake and Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The food was delicious the place was absolutely spotless and the staff was polite while we was waiting the owner stopped to talk to us was very friendly.it was that good we decided to go back on our last night and have another pizza. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Great food very clean and great customer service everyone was very kind and helpful with all orders.
