Best shish kebab I have ever had.

We ordered a take away which took forever to arrive. The food was disappointing; lacking in flavour and not worth the price. I completely understand that it was Friday night and they must be very busy - but that’s no excuse for missing items from the order or providing less than satisfactory service. I don’t think we will be going back again unfortunately :(

Spot on! Heard about this place from friend so gave it a try, best kebab in the area, great portion sizes, authentic taste and quality meat. Won't go anywhere else. Service was attentive and the food speaks for itself. An absolute gem!

Cold, burnt kebab served at half the usual portion size at double the normal prices, if you enjoy a good old British rip off look no further. I think the flies must have eaten most of our salad. If your lucky they will even serve you green manky chips probably twice cooked in year old oil. They even gave us the wrong drinks, luckily we weren't massively hungry when we ordered but as luck would have it, we had to wait over 90 minutes for delivery, score.

Ordered a takeaway on just eat. When my kebab arrived it was cold and burnt. I called them and spoke to 3 different people to then be told I would be called back. Several minutes later I was called back to be told my food was not cold (not quite sure how they knew this…) and that the cctv was checked and the chicken was not burned. Never heard of such rubbish. Also told there was nothing they could do, my food definitely was not cold and they had no drivers to deliver another. £13 for a kebab I would not of paid £3 for it. Not edible at all. Pitta bread hard, chips soggy. Once they have your money they don’t want to know. No customer service skills at all. Will never return to this place. Disgusted with the food and the service.

The chicken doner meatdid not taste good and almost tasted off (powdery in texture and flavour odd) and the white cabbage was far to vinegary. Myself and my husband hardly ate any of the meal. Normally it’s a great place to go to but yesterday was awful.

DISGUSTING NASTY FOOD, SWIMMING IN GREASE. This is by far the worst and most Revolting take out food I've ever experienced. But apart from the Disgusting animal fodder served in a Sea of Grease, there is Zero food hygiene here. The Rude staff don't ever wash their hands before preparing food. I asked the Obese woman serving why she had handled money and then prepared food without washing her filthy hands first.... She blatantly Lied and claimed she had. I don't understand why the council haven't shut this place down for violating Hygiene rules.

I bought Lamb Donal and last chips take away came back home opened the box it’s was disgusting very small I had been eaten kebab so many times never seen anything like this. And staff was not friendly too.

Delivery was good food poor swimming in sauce might aswell had a pot of sauce rather than the meal when it turned up it was everywhere all over everything

Large kebab with salad was delivered (on time) 'hot'. I burned myself on a cucumber slice (since when was salad hot?!) Clearly they microwaved this effort. Called to complain and was told 'didn't know what had happened' and a new kebab would be delivered with complimentary drink. To their credit they delivered shortly after but it wasn't a large and it was covered in sauce and I could taste nothing else. Ended up binning the 2nd effort. Don't bother with this one.

Food was really nice chips were a very small portion size and they did forget my naan bread! Quite expensive delivery.

very small portion, been getting smaller and smaller recently. The mixed Donner had about 2 bits of chicken and not much lamb. shame, as the taste is the best in thanet

Really terrible quality food, ordered an extra large size meal to share amd it was so small it could barely feed one person. Won't order from here again, waste of money, will order from Sanchos instead

unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal, it was very salty I could not eat it, very unusual I normally enjoy my meals from here.

Have most recently had some disappointing kebabs where the naan bread is just not the same? However tonight, Kebabish have redeemed themselves. We found this kebab shop a couple of years ago after being recommended by friends, we had always had the most amazing kebabs. I believe it may have changed hands but we still kept trying. We were told it was down to the flour? The naan bread was never the same but now I believe they have sorted their flour issue, let’s hope this continues. We had a great one tonight. Thank you.

I ordered a j20 mango and passion fruit drink and got a monster energy drink instead, I don’t like energy drinks and couldn’t even drink it because I’m pregnant, so I had no soft drink to have with my meal, the food was stone cold aswell the delivery driver didn’t have a thermal bag either, very disappointed.

food was cold & portion size was terrible! 9.99 for a handful of chips and 2 bits of chicken Shish! 5.99 for 1 sausage and a handful of chips! Chips were soggy! We ate it as was getting close to child’s bedtime but was utterly disappointed. Did not bother to call restaurant as found the lady very abrupt when she phoned to tell me my delivery wouldn’t be brought up to flat door & I would have to collect from main entrance & driver was 2 mins away meaning I had to take my child down in pjs!

The food seemed undercooked & inedible in my opinion. Would not eat here again.

hi I ordered a kebab last night and it never turned up its the first time I have used kebabish and I didn't get my food so won't be using again 12 pounds for no food when said delivered

Avoid The naan is not a naan ,the chicken is burnt and bland, the chips were cold and recooked several times Forgot my sauces Straight in the bin

It's a nice kebab place, the food is also nice.

The Kebabs are great the naan is out of this world. Why only 4 * that's down to the chilli sauce! Come on guys everything you make is great, please, please make some fresh chilli and curd garlic sauce.

Possibly the best every doner kebab I have ever eaten. Fully packed naan with a beautiful chilli sauce. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend Kebabish.

Disgusting customer service , 45 minutes late so Deliveroo cancelled the order , when it turned up I contacted Deliveroo and said don’t cancel as food here… 5 minutes later I get a very rude women calling me from kebabish who was so disrespectful and made my daughter cry who heard the conversation, she threatened to call the police even tho I tried to explain it wasn’t me that cancelled I just contacted Deliveroo stating my order was 45 minutes later than planned ( in total 1hr 30 mins) - if you run a business you Need to have good customer service. We use many local business and always support the community however this business has let themselves down. Employ better staff who can communicate in a mature manner. Please note the driver was sent back to which I was happy to pay for the order but next time get your facts before you slander a customer. Do not use! Shame on you!

My partner who usually loves your food but he couldn’t eat any of the burger as he said it had a really strong pepper taste I could taste it in mine a bit but his taste buds are very sensitive so we won’t be ordering the burgers again

Food has really gone down hill we used this loads before and was happy but last 2 times, hardly any salad naan bread burnt and really thin asked for meat to be extra cooked but ignored bouncy chicken just horrible all round

ordered a family meal deal and what turned up was three tiny kebabs. I dont know what's happened, these guys used to be so good! wont be ordering again from here and I have requested a refund. The portions were so small I had to not eat so my mum and little brother could eat. very very disappointed with this place!

Super fast delivery they made a mistakes and quickly got it sorted super quick and even sent us a bigger portion of what they missed food is always very good too

love it Can't fault this kebab shop, food is amazing everytime always tastes fresh unlike most kebab shops you can tell they change their meats regularly, just had a order delivered that wasn't mine this has never happened before so I phoned them straight up and the guy on the phone was so appolagetic and friendly, he not only let me keep the food but also sent my order out freshly made again, with complimentary drinks, thank you guys so much will recommend everyone thankyou

I was due a £14 stamp card off my order I never recieved it and my stamp card has gone back to 1 after this order please advise

We got a rap from kebabish and we got seriously ill because it tasted wired and I found on chicken was not cooked properly and the chips was cold and tasted like cardboard

Really unfortunate usually such a good place. However this time food was cold and driver was 30 minutes late after being told driver was only 2 minutes away. Such a shame as always good food!

I asked him to cut fresh doner. He went into the kitchen and brought old doner. I've never had such a bad meal in my life.I dont recommend to anyone

Thoroughly enjoyed. Prefer beef doner as it is and this was as good if not better than GDK. The chicken doner was good as well, less skin and fat as much of the other places use, as it's a cheaper product. Chicken shish was expertly marinated and cooked to my opinion, perfection.bwas of a nice size. Salad was plentiful in all keebabs and fresh. All portion sizes, especially the beef doner were massive. Delivery took its time, but I am all the way in Ramsgate and the poor driver traveled in school kick out time and as we all know it's horrendous at that hour. Unfortunately I had no cash for his endeavour, but I'll double tip him next time. Thankyou

25 minutes late. Despite being out for deliver 45 minutes prior to that. Rude obnoxious driver who delivered. Complaining due to distance having to deliver. Food is cold. If you can’t provide a good service don’t deliver out of a certain distance.

The quantity of meat in the German Donor was very poor, and the Chicken Grill Shawarma Wrap came dry. Just chicken and a tortilla. Shocking service.

Absolutely awful, chicken was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside, charged extra for "naan" bread and it was a wrap that again was burnt. Half hour late but with Christmas is understandable but for the food to be cold is very disappointing particularly when we paid over £30 for the 2 meals.

I ordered the German Doner Meat and Chips. there’s nothing “German” about it, speaking as somebody who has lived in Germany. As the other reviews have indicated, food comes cold and delivery late. The food was mediocre once heated up.

Hmmmmm. Disappointed for the first time ordering here. It’s usually great. Food was late and was barely warm. Chips like cardboard. The kebabs were smaller than usual. Less meat and less salad, with lots of onion. Greasy too. Hope this was a one off glitch.

Although it was within the time set, we received the ‘on its way’ message 25 mins before it arrived. When it turned up it was cold and unfortunately the doner meat received was very dry, and the 3 meat kebab, was mainly dry doner, a little bit of chicken doner and 1 vesrt small piece of shish. The jalapeño poppers would’ve been nice if they weren’t freezing and even though the wings were cold they did still have some lovely flavour. Unfortunately a very disappointing meal.

Portion was much smaller than usual. Taste was great. I was still hungry afterwards.

Just recieved our first ever order. Hands down best kebabs in the area! Always when gettin a kebab it’s going to be a greasy mess. But, thus place was just absolutely delicious and tasted way more than your average place. Were never use anywhere else now! 100% recommend…. Lovely

The kebab was lovely as usual. Dropped one star today as the naan bread was unbelievably tough and chewy. A rare miss for these guys.

Food was only luke warm basically cold. Then they put cold drink in with the food which made parts completely cold. The 'large' kebab was like a small but spread out in a large box. Salad had one slice of tomato. Was also a tiny portion of chips for a large meal. The meat seemed good quality and would have probably been nice if it was hot and was enough of it. Not worth the price for an allegedly 'large' kebab. Delivery driver (their own) then short changed me and tried to walk of before I said something. Was left feeling not full and ripped off.

We love kebabish and use them more than we probably should! Very tasty! Love the garlic and cheese naan with the kebabs! Only dropped one star as didn’t realise the onions and mushrooms which we added this time would be completely cold! I’ll leave them out next time!

Over 45 mins late. Boxes all squahed , and sauce popped open in box, everything covered in garlic sauce. Didn't help I made a mistake with the order. Despite food being so badly transported and late. It was OK

We ordered our food and were given an estimated delivery time of 1615. We have the driver on our ring doorbell delivering at 1634. We called the shop to say the food was cold only to be met with a rude attitude to be told that it was impossible that the food was cold. She had packed the food herself and it was hot. It may well have been hot at 1600 when it was given to the driver but it was definitely cold when it arrived at our door. The operative then stated she would speak to the driver when he got back and call us. The call never came. We called them just now to find out what was going on only to be told the driver got back at 1621 after his deliveries!! Difficult when our ring doorbell recorded him delivering at 1634 🤔 The food once warmed up was actually very nice. Sadly the customer service lady was rude and arrogant. Have the ring doorbell evidence and a recording or the rude customer services lady.

Food was middle. Late and cold. Missing the drink. Not really worth it for a Saturday evening meal.

Late delivery was totally understandable as the delivery driver had a car accident on the way, in seriously wet weather. Kebabish kept me updated via phone calls and identified another driver before preparing and sending the order again. Food quality was good, customer service was excellent and the 2nd driver apologised for the delay. Hope the 1st driver is okay 🙏🏾. Thank you.
