wrong order sent food cold the bread was like popadoms and meat was so cold the worse place ever asked for chilli amd garlic sauce and got none on a kebab so disgraceful with chunks of donner amd not strips defo a place to void for delivery don’t know if you go in and watch your food and except a dinner for 15 not to be cold and chunks called restaurant and they said it just eat problem yet they the one make the food

Found the service slow and were seated for 30 minutes before order for drinks or food taken. Also several times had to remind of forgotton items. Although had allowed 2.30hr for food before performance, in the end, we had to rush to our seats. Although the view was good, I feel this was not a good visit although we have been before many times and enjoyed it.

Visited during the afternoon. Ordered 2 wines and pizza and felt that was overpriced for what I received. There are good options on the pizza, but taste was just average. There was no heating inside on the upper deck. On the lower deck, there was heating(under the window) but mediocre at best. Toilets didn’t smell the cleanest. If you're tall, watch your head and if you have issues with mobility. Be aways that it might be difficult to manoeuvre as the boat can sit at an angle and the wash from passing boat compromises the boats stability

Dunno if it s an ice bar or a normal restaurant due to the FREAKING COLD inside. Waiters were not concerned… spending 2 hours eating in cold weather is one the worst thing ever. Waiters were nice btw. Food was ok but surprised to see bad beers in London. I can’t put more stars because I spent an awful moment trying to keeping me warm. Edit : I’m now sick.
