Daisy's Tea Room in Lewes

Food was amazing so much choice, staff was so friendly and kind, quick service. Every time I have been there brilliant service and so many different choices of cakes each time!

Been to Daisy’s a few times and cannot recommend it enough to people. Lovely food - great breakfasts and afternoon teas - fantastic choice of cakes/drinks and more and very friendly and accommodating staff. My favourite part is the view of the south downs which you can see from every seat and the relaxing atmosphere. 5 stars from me!

4h15 and still getting out of the car. Man pushes open door of Daisy's, shouts "Don't bother getting out of your car, we're closed". Leaving guests winked and muttered "spare yourself the agony"...

We’ve been going to DTR for about 2 years or so now. So much so that when we arrive a pot of tea is waiting us on our preferred corner table. Marc & Ellie are delightfully pleasant & the food offering good. Cakes are available for the discerning palate. Views towards the South Downs are unrivalled. Undoubtedly a jewel at Banff Farm, Clayhill, alongside the A26

We were staying in Eastbourne for rge weekend with elderly relatives. They wanted to go out for a drive and a cuppa. As they have limited mobility Daisy's seemed a good option. We only called in for tea andcake. But we're pleased. A great little place

Went here for cream tea today. As usual we were met by friendly owner tea and coffees were great and service was pleasant.

Today we both had an enormous Ploughman’s which was tastefully prepared & packed with excellent items. We discovered Daisy’s last year & we’re delighted to return when they opened again this year. Keen prices, excellent service & good views of the Sussex Downs.

Had a rare midweek chance to visit Daisy's and have lunch and a coffee, the tearoom is fantastically clean and warm and served by friendly welcoming staff, the food was top notch and the atmosphere relaxing, will definitely be visiting in the coming months when hopefully can sit outside and take in great views of downs

Great place for a coffee, very friendly owners/staff, prices are not over the top and very reasonable nice quiet place to stop and there is also escape rooms will be stopping here again.

Visited Daisy's Tea Room for Afternoon Tea for two and was treated to food, service and friendliness at it's finest. We were welcomed in and immediately the ambience was just right. We were given a choice of drinks, sandwiches, scones and cake. The sandwiches were fresh and fillings delightful, scones (plain or fruit) were with ample jam and clotted cream and the chocolate cake was moist and light. Coupled with first class service, friendly chat and an atmosphere to enjoy. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to you all at Daisy's Tea Room.

We visited here on our way home from a holiday in Lewes. Whilst on route our car broke down. Not only was the food delicious, the owners of the cafe and the landlord were so helpful and kind. Got us all sorted and fixed up. We couldn't be more grateful to everyone. Highly recommend

Friendly costumer service, fresh food and with a brand new look, feels modern and very clean. Food is made fresh and big variety including for those with special dietary needs. Very covid safe.

We popped in for a light lunch and were met with a warm welcome, lovely food & drink, clean premises and very reasonable prices. The staff could not have been more friendly and we shall certainly return and recommend this lovely place to friends and family. Would thoroughly recommend, well done.

We came for the escape rooms next to the tea room and popped in after, the coffee was amazing one of the best lattes I’ve ever had! Cakes and scones were to die for and really reasonably priced. We will be back for cream tea very soon!

I visited today with my little girl. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning, and also telling our friends to visit.

Have been to Daisy's on a few different occasions now with both friends and family. Staff are extremely friendly (including the dogs) and helpful. Food is simple eats but well made and very tasty. Prices are very reasonable and the view is beautiful. Looking forward to going again very soon!

We stopped in to Daisy's Tea Room for breakfast, the food is fantastic and not a hint of the grease you often get on a full English. Staff couldn't be more friendly and are very accomodating. We also noticed that they do afternoon teas, we'll be back for that one day soon? Definitely make it a place to stop!

Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Home style cooking which is fresh tasty and leaving you wanting for more. Location is perfect and somewhere you feel welcome. Try their freshly own baked cakes to finish off with. Will be back for definite!

We've been to Daisy's two or three times now for tea, coffee or breakfast. Always a friendly welcome and great service. The prices are good too – don't know of anywhere to beat them in the Lewes area. On a sunny day you can sit...

Just had an excellent lunch at Daisy’s Tearoom. Lovely atmosphere, great food at an amazing price and to top it all off dog friendly! Clearly family run which makes the whole place so much nicer. Definitely worth a visit - will be back very soon!
