Curry Gardens in Birmingham

The butter chicken curry was fairly priced, although the chicken pieces in the curry weren't chunky and tender like im used to. I was disappointed with how they charge for the poppadoms, £12 is a bit of a joke for something that costs literally £1 for a massive pack at a supermarket.

So so sorry never again was awful just pure spice and grease tikka was like rubber, very upsetting won’t use again after all this time

Sauce was watery on all dishes. Disappointed.

Most of the food were cold, onion bhaji was stale, chips were over cooked, naan had no cheese and cold and rice seemed old. Not happy.

Ordered food twice now for here, and both times the food has been delicious, probably one of the best chicken madras’s i’ve ever had. Lots of flavour and a nice spicy kick to it.

once again the food was delicious and the mushroom bhaji was to die for. the delivery driver was polite and professional. the food gets better everytime we order I will definitely be recommending you to friends and will definitely be returning to you when I'm hungry 5 stars all around. keep up the amazing work.

the lamb chop was all bones and no meat we have never seen any restaurant server lamb chops like this and it clearly shows the poor quality of there food

Both hungry waiting for the food to arrive which arrived slightly late which was no problem we ordered a mushroom pilau which was fine keema aloo which I did not even taste my partner said it was fine but more on that later a bhuna and a lamb jhanka. Dished out bhuna was fine not my thing but ok went to eat the jhanka lamb took a bite and the meat smelt rancid I had to ask my partner if it’s supposed to smell like that and she said no binned the lot after that. Still hungry ate cereal instead

we have used this restaurant for years and always enjoyed the food the food they have sent us today was put straight in the bin they should be ashamed of what they sent out today big thick veins poking out of the chicken naans was missing think it's time to find somewhere new

I have lived on the other side of York road for 30 years went to Curry Garden tonight for the first time in about 10 years absolutely fantastic garlic chilli chicken balti and keema nan had so much i had to bring some home for tomorrow in a take out bag great service from friendly staff 10 out of 10 from a curry lover

Tbh last meal we had from this restaurant was too sweet but benefit of the doubt order same again this time and it was as superb as always expected. They are a really delightful restaurant staff and the food exquisite

Fabulous food! Great portion sizes, and delivered quickly. Food still hot which is always good. One tiny thing.... the dishes weren't marked on the lids and we got 2 of them mixed up, but not a huge issue.

Their food is very good and quality is excellent too. Great value for money too. Thanks you guys for your great food.

On time, food good. Just 1 problem, I ordered an egg fried rice and chicken korma and a mixed biryani. In the notes I asked for extra sauce with the biryani which I got but there was no rice???????? Not happy about that.

Not impressed. Poppadoms mainly broken and not the amount ordered. Quality of meet and fish in dish was not the best. Naan bread not fully cooked in parts so was a bit doughey and not tasty.

Food was only lukewarm and the korma was very bland.

It’s normally lovely, but wasn’t as good sorry the rice was not the same and the samosas was not lamb, hope it’s alot better next time,

Decent size portions and good value. Could do with a bit more flavour / spice but otherwise enjoyable. Would order again.

I would leave zero starts as I’ve not had my food

left specific delivery instructions which were ignored completely, simply asked for a phone call rather that ringing the buzzer. delivery guys phone was ringing as he answered and whilst chatting, proceeds to ring the buzzer and then the doorbell. I understand this needs to be done but don't give options to leave delivery instructions if they're going to be ignored. fuming is an understatement, luckily the food was very nice and didn't disappoint.

Wow what an absolutely amazing curry! Everything was perfect. Food hot and flavourful. Will definitely be ordering from here from now on.

couldn't fault curry it was lovely...but did leave an item off so had to phone and complain but got item within 30mins so all is well....will order from here again

missing food and one meal was cold in places

Have to order from the curry garden for one reason and that’s the quality and consistency of the ingredients time and time again. Just eat makes ordering and receiving my orders effortlessly. Pleasant staff and user friendly web site.

The delivery was 30 mins late. The onion bhajis were so so, very little flavour. The salmon tikka was missing completely, luckily Just Eat refunded me for that. The king prawn puri was fantastic, full of flavour and a delight to eat. The Keema naan was undercooked but it was packed with plenty of keema. The lamb dum gosht tasted only of burnt. It was incredibly unpleasant to eat. The pilau rice had no flavour at all but the madras sauce was great, flavour and spice. Very disappointing overall.

Our food was left on the floor outside as we didn't hear the door, driver could have called my mobile but I instead had to ring the restaurant for them to tell me where it had been left. Then rice was missing from the order so not the best of takeaway experiences.

Food was cold by the time it arrived had to heat it up in the microwave. Not what i ordered food for

Came later than stated. Forgot the popadoms so had to ring for them and then had to wait for them to be delivered so the rest of food went cold whilst waiting. For an order costing a few pence short of £50 it was disappointing to say the least.

Disappointed again, there is no consistency in their price. It changes all the time and doesn't matter whether you are loyal to them or not. This is shocking.

Above shop premises in fairly rough area, food and service good they do a lot of takeaway locally. Parking was possible lot of groups of drinkers etc on high street. Was very cheap though very reasonable price.

Never disappointed great food.

Served papadom which was not fresh atall. Tested bitter looked like it was kept there from days. Paneer was so hard that was old as well. FoIk were dirty and glass of water had issue paper in it and it’s looked like they don’t properly clean the place. cancelled my chicken curry which was added to the bill. Really bad experience over never going there again.feeling vominting and sickness while sitting there.

Garlic cheese naan was ordered, garlic naan was delivered. Same for Tandoori Roti, was delivered plain naan. Unfortunately can’t review.
