It was so busy today and the young girl behind the counter by herself handled the rush so well. My drink was lovely and the service was impeccable.

Popped in to grab a take out coffee, it was expensive for the size and the staff member was rude and unhelpful.

I want to like Cuppa Coffee but something is wrong with this coffee shop. There is not enough staff on, The couple of times I have been in there has only been one young person working, this is very dangerous with no supervisor on shift.

The staffs are nice! The drinks were nice also! Got wifi connection and toilet And sells waffles, shakes etc. Even sell snack! Great service attitude 🥰

coffee always a personal preference but latte has very bitter taste... personally won't be back even for the not so yummy cake.. again personal choice

Lovely coffee shop, clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant, polite and helpful. Toilet clean and well equipped. Only had coffee there, which was very good, but can't comment on the food. Free parking right outside, including disabled spaces. Disabled friendly entrance but not much room for wheelchair/pram. IT IS DOG FRIENDLY - always a bonus! Highly recommended!

Good coffee & yummy cakes, plus lovely friendly staff.

Really disappointing visit. Asked to repeat my order 3 times despite it containing one drink and nothing else. Charged higher than the board price, queried the cost and was told fine I’ll do it for that price. Got the impression my order was an inconvenience, who knew having decaf could cause so many issues?! Wouldn’t visit again.

Lovely little coffee shop, good cosy atmosphere. The staff are really nice and very helpful, my little nephew had a hot chocolate and they made it cooler even making a little extra cup so I could check the temperature so it wouldn't be too hot. Excellent. Will definitely visit again.

Just had a coffee on both occasions but the staff were friendly and cheerful. Lovely experience.

A coffee shop in name only. The coffee machine is turned off a good twenty five minutes before closing time, for cleaning. I was told by staff that they "like to be out of (there) by five". You'll still be able to buy everything else, as long as it doesn't have coffee it (!).

Brilliant, as always. Popped in for milkshakes with the hubby and 2 year old daughter. Great service, clean tables, distanced seating and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

best place ever absolutely amazing I came here for a frapé and a cake and once I left everything was fine but then some school kids came up and whacked the frapé out of my hand and I went back asked for another I offered to pay but and when I explained what happened he was super kind about it and decided to give a free one and ontop of that it's very delicious and tasty here one of the best places I've been in ages

Called this morning for a latte and a frappe both drinks to go, polite owner served us and we enjoyed both drinks. I especially liked the frappe with a coffee shot.

Amazing service as-well as amazing content. I highly recommend as their products are heavenly. Our family their ally enjoys each and every drink.
