Cumbrian Lodge in Copeland

A massive THANKYOU to Paul and Angela for their fantastic hospitality, perfect communication and for having us, it felt like home from home. We originally were meant to stay the week before but after us getting caught in the snow on route, Paul and Angela kindly offered for us to go the following week with no additional charge. They went above and beyond in looking after us, and we were left to do our own thing too. Beautiful lodge, Whitehaven near by for bars and restaurants, cute little seaside town. 25 mins from scafell so the perfect place to stay if you’re walking!!! We will definitely be back can not thank you guys enough!!!! Highly recommended, merry Christmas and see you next year. Lesley and Amy xxx

The food and service was excellent from start to finish. Loved the very smart but relaxing interior. Fantastic homemade Berry cheesecake which finished the meal perfectly.

One of our party chose the vegan option. It was exceedingly dry by design and unpleasant to eat after a few mouthfuls, but the other dishes were OK and service was good.

Mis amigos y yo (8) La comida en una de las cabañas. La comida era abundante y delicioso. Ensaladas, pasta, haggis n salsas, pan de ajo, pizza. . . . La lista continúa, y todas muy bien cocinados y presentados. Una gran manera para los amigos para comer juntos. La comida es colocado sobre una 'lazy susan y todo el mundo se ayuda. Los propietarios son gente encantadora y asegúrese de disfrutar de la noche.

Have just enjoyed a delightful, well prepared and delicious meal. Excellent food cooked to perfection!

The once was one of the best places to eat in west Cumbria, on my last visit when I took friends expecting the same tremendous food I was ashamed, I could have cooked better at home and after the meal I asked the owner if he had changed chefs, which he replied he had, so after paying over £150 for four of us and getting a voucher for 20% of our next visit which were never used, wake up and smell the coffee Cumbrian Lodge.

habitaciones geniales, muy bien equipadas y muy buenas duchas. Los propietarios y el personal son encantadores y el ambiente exclusivo para el hotel y restaurante realmente te hace sentir bienvenido.primera comida, un enorme 'full Cumbrian breakfast' y una buena selección de cervezas.Lo más destacado es sin duda alguna el exterior/Hideaways refugios que se calientan y son geniales!!Reserve temprano para entrar, vale la pena.

Esta noche hemos estado en la Cumbrian Lodge para una comida, y no tengo ninguna queja. No hay nada que podría sugerir a hacer que el lugar mejor. una atmósfera relajada con un personal que se desviven por ayudar. Pregunté por algo que no estaba en el menú, y fue absolutamente deliciosa. Vaya aquí esta noche hizo que nuestra celebración familiar especial. volveré y no puedo esperar a hacerlo!

La comida es buena aquí y puedes tener una pequeña cabaña madera exterior para vosotros solos. Esto es genial con una familia ya que los niños les encanta la mesa del 'lazy susan que pueden cambiar. Las cabañas tienen estufas eficientes fuertes en los tejados y así que es cálido y acogedor. El bar en el edificio principal es pequeña, pero puedes tener tus bebidas trajo a usted.
