I went here for lunch it was amazing, will be returning asap good value amazing prices, you get a lot of food for the price best sausage rolls by far!!

Had a pretty good and reasonably priced lunch here - there was a very generous amount of chicken and bacon in my baguette. Friendly locals and the cafe is doggy friendly. Will definitely be back next time we are near Bembridge

Had an excellent very tasty hot meal today with a lovely pot of tea. Superb meal and great value for money. Have called several times before for tea/coffee and cake, plus a takeaway for the ferry. It never disappoints. Thank you ladies!

Hi, We’ve had three take away meals that they produce for Saturday evenings. The first was an Indian meal, then a Greek meal and last night, a Thai meal. All have been excellent, delivered on time and really good value for money. We’ll will definitely be ordering again.

Travelling around the Isle of Wight in November post Covid really shows how a holiday destination has suffered with many places closed to buy food. My wife spotted the Deli next to the CO-OP in the small parade of shops and I pulled the car in to the parking space directly in front and wondered if we had made a good choice. We walked inside and the radio was playing some 80’s music and I thought my wife, who eats very healthily, would spin around and walk out. But having spoken to the really friendly staff who can make the food you want she placed an order…….. We waited a short while as the sandwiches and tea were made to take away and the lady at the till serenaded us to a Madonna classic. Leaving with a heavy bag and a cup holder we found a seat overlooking the sea and we opened our boxes and found our sandwich, salad and crisps. The bread was fresh and the filling was plentiful and all at a reasonable price. Don’t drive by this little Deli thinking its a builders cafe, it isn’t, its fresh food, value for money and with singing staff!

A lovely atmosphere. Servers were charming and so helpful. Meals good fabulous service. Free parking outside. Reasonable prices. Great Coffee/ latte.

My wife is gluten free and this cafe has gluten free bread so you can have any sandwich you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.

You cannot beat this deli cafe for a first class breakfast or any meal in fact , 100% value for money, everything cooked fresh , good portion sizes, fast and efficient service and staff always pleasant and funny. Cakes, pies and pastries all homemade and constantly trying something new, also once a month they now do a themed evening that sells out fast. Well done Lucy and Ali who run it a huge benefit to the village of Bembridge.

Better than it looks. Very good breakfast with excellent local sausages. Good freshly made cappuccino. Fair value. Niggles were: counter staff made a mistake with my order ; poor quality foil wrapped butter ; no side plate for toast. But all items are freshly cooked and staff were friendly. Recommended

My husband and I popped into this cafe and ordered a 'brunch'. We asked for our eggs to be turned over and for mushrooms instead of baked beans. Our order was taken by a very pretty and pleasant young woman (we later learnt she is the proprietor). Our order was served to perfection and our meal was thoroughly enjoyed. I also bought four pieces of various cakes to take home. I was assured the cakes are all made on the premises. The cakes, eaten at home, were delicious. If you happen to be in Bembridge do try this Cafe. The only drawback is that the close at 3pm.

Under new ownership so my previous review needs updating as the new owners deserve praise for turning the business around and creating a great deli menu, plus facilities to sit inside or outside to eat.

Finally got to try the Lane End Deli, I regularly walk by and it often looks busy but on a Tuesday morning when we dropped in we had the place to ourselves. We ordered cappuccino and americano with cream for drinks and tried a brioche scone. I have to say that everything was absolutely delicious, locally made jam and butter with a perfect warm scone, topped off by friendly service, what more could you want? There is a nice atmosphere, no annoying music or other distractions, the food prices seem reasonable and you can buy local chutneys and jams etc from the deli counter. We enjoyed ourselves, it’s dog friendly too so you have the perfect refreshment spot after a walk on the beach. We look forward to returning and trying some of the savoury items.

My wife and I have had a high quality lunch here. It was warm, tasty and high quality. The menu is soooo inviting it took us some time to decide. We have been meaning to try Lane End out for some time as we have heard so many good recommendations about it. Glad we finally tried, we will make a special trip to Bembridge just to eat here. If you want a home made tasty meal look no further.

This cafe has changed hands a few time and my previous experience was not good . However ...... the new owners have made it into a really nice eatery. They provide a good menu and specials board . All the staff are lovely cheery and welcoming. If you have a sandwich to take away it’s wrapped well and packed ready to go. I recently had their omelette with chips . Delicious ! Their sandwiches are fresh and have lovely fillings Roasted Haloumi ,Houmus and freshly sliced tomato is my favourite yum yum. Hope it stays like this because it certainly will be a regular eatery for me and friends .

I've been to Lane end deli a few times now since it was taken over end of july. Got to say it's by far the best breakfast I've had in a long while. All made with local produce and cooked perfectly. Great value for money. Will definitely be going back.

Out for a bike ride, some local knowledge brought us here. So much better food, service and value than other places round these parts. Really good soup, great selection of vegetarian and gluten free food. Cash only.

The Lanes End Café has had a make over, and started anew, however the Breakfast I had wasn’t that good it was overcooked (although edible) and poor value for money for what was charged for what was presented.

Excellent breakfast, good coffee, hot tea in lovely pot. Presentation of meals very good Lunch also of high standard.

It has changed its name, now lanes end cafe, we have been twice during our holiday, both times for breakfast, and on both occasions the quality was absolutely fantastic, everything we ordered was well cooked, consisted of good quality ingredients and most importantly was really tasty. The had a good range from the traditional cooked breakfast through to halloumi toast.

I purchased an egg mayo baguette with lettuce, on returning to my van I discovered a soggy baguette, warm egg mayo and no lettuce. I returned to Crumbs Deli, and very politely pointed out the above facts, I just wanted a crispy baguette with the requisite fillings!!!

Para mediados de la mañana llamó aquí Eleven. Buenos pasteles en una de las dos hermanas de servir y buen té y café. También hacer sándwiches y un desayuno para todos los gustos y apetitos. Habitación de té y sabemos que hacer tés helados así en las tardes.

Migas hizo una tarta muy especial para nosotros. Sé que les causó muchos problemas pero estaban encantados de hacer exactamente como pedimos y su aspecto y sabor super. Ofrecen pastas y dulces caseros. Realmente vale la pena una visita.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the lovely ladies at Crumbs Deli (next to the co-op) on Lane End Rd. They were generous enough to open on a Sunday afternoon for me and bake up a terrific afternoon tea for me and 11 of my friends to enjoy. We had a fabulous afternoon and the ladies went above and beyond my expectations. The cakes, sandwiches and canapes were so delicious (everything is homemade) everyone took treats home afterwards to share with their family. They even decorated the café and blew up balloons! Thank you ladies for a brilliant afternoon and your generous hospitality as always. Forget Mary Berry, you are my Bake Off heroes!

Crumbs deli/café is local to us here in Bembridge and we think it's a great place to visit!The food is generally home made and very tasty indeed. The staff are extremely friendly and it is an ideal venue for a quick coffee/tea or there is a great choice of home made scones and cakes and a nice menu of snacks and main meals. There is also a takeaway option and many foods are on display such as sweets, spaghetti - the list is endless and all very healthy. I would recommend Crumbs as a lovely place to visit.

We visited Crumbs whilst on a dog walk in Bembridge and decided to go in for a bite to eat. Thankfully dogs were allowed in today! We were delighted to see the wide range of food and drinks on offer. The cakes caught our eyes straight away. We had a coffee each, Aleasha had a slice of lemon drizzle cake, Lauren had mushrooms on toast and Rachel had a florentine and a fairy cake. The cakes were moist and flavoursome, clearly made with the best ingredients. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend!! Perfect for dog walkers, families and cake lovers.

Lovely place with geat selection of bread, cakes etc. Too tempting for us who battle to keep our weight in check but we were still tempted. Friendly staff. Nice eat in facility too. One of the best of its kind in a lovely village (Bembridge).

Such a wonderful selection of homemade cakes and savoury options for the not so sweet tooths! (Like my husband) Loved it so much on our first visit, that a selection of treats from crumbs (At least once a week...usually more) is now insisted upon from the kids. The millionaires shortbread is now a particular favourite!!! Lovely staff and a little gem to have in our villiage.

You can always trust a place that the locals choose to eat in. Cakes are the best, florentines and millionaire shortbread unbelievably good. My friend buys their homemade frozen meals and says they are so delicious she stocks up regularly. You are best to book a table on a Friday as they are heaving at lunch time, we had to have a table bought in from outdoors.

It's a shame because I feel and experienced that what was on the menu that read and sounded very tempting did not fulfill the actual end result . However they offer a nice varied pre packaged shelf assortment in pastas,biscuits and Sweets.

Stopped by for their special of a 'Cake and Hot Drink'. The cake, a Coffee and Walnut was indeed gorgeous and very tasty.Unfortunately the Hot Chocolate drink was somewhat insipid, so with a good and bad experience, 'Average' is the mark.

Friendly , homely atmosphere, great homemade food !served with a smile. Excellent value , good choice of cakes , and savoury items, would highly recommend this cafe deli, to any one wanting good home cooking , eat in or take away or pre order a cake for a birthday!

Lovely home made food, which varies, tasty, well priced. Cake; oh what a choice of beautiful cakes. Wonderfully accommodating staff. Great place for a breakfast. Also a great place to order those special event cakes.

I was so surprised to read the review from one person complaining about the service at Crumbs Bembridge that I felt compelled to write .Ive always found the staff friendly,helpful and charming.Each time I eat there I'm spoilt for choice.Living in France,I love their homemade traditional British dishes spiced up with a hint of continental flavours.I regularly go there when I'm in the IOW and I'm never disappointed.There's always something new and tasty to try,served with a smile.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great food and lovely friendly staff. We had a delicious freshly prepared breakfast. The best we've had in Bembridge. Will certainly be going back soon. Highly recommended.

I first visited this little gem last year and hoped it hadn't changed, it hadn't, it's still as lovely as I remember. Friendly staff, a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the most mouth watering and tasty homemade pies and cakes I've eaten. It also seems to be very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. If you're in the area I definitely recommend you try this little gem. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I had no problem with the food or the cleanliness of the place.What I did have a problem with was the customer service.First impressions are everything.My welcome was not at all friendly or with a smile.I myself work with the public and know how important a warm welcome and a smile means.So would I return no!

This is one of my most favourite places on the island. I return regularly for the best Victoria Sponge ever (the lightest and tastiest) or the jammy rock cakes ( filled deep with gooey raspberry jam and nothing like rocks) But what makes it really special are the lovely ladies behind the counter. Friendly and helpful especially when I take my boys in for tea and cakes nothing is too much trouble. Even better you can order yourself a whole freshly made cake for afternoon tea at home with the in-laws and pass it off as your own! Genius! Thank you lovely ladies.

Rude and unhelpful staff with no distinct focus on image and products. Tries to be everything a tea room and a deli but does not manage to do either successfully.

Very good breakfast value for money they say it is the best breakfast in bembridge have tried one other so far crumbs still best and great value. could do with bigger tables. cakes are lovely oooh!

Lovely little delicatessen with food to buy over the counter also served at table throughout the day. Pre-prepared meals which are frozen for times when you just can’t be bothered to cook. Sandwiches cakes scones fancies and savouries. Breakfasts throughout the day plus the best scrambled egg in Bembridge plus you should see the size of Julie’s scones – wonderful. There is something for all tastes so don’t just take my word for it – pay them a visit you will not be disappointed.

A lovely small deli/cafe with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.My tea was served in an individual teapot with a pretty cup and saucer, a really nice touch.The homemade florentine was out of this world, absolutely delicious!!I'm already looking forward to my next visit!!

A friendly cafe and delicatessen offering delicious home made cakes, fresh pastries, light meals and drinks. Situated in Lane End on the way to the seafront, this is an ideal stop off for a hot drink and snack, you won't be disappointed. The crab pasties are to die for and the sponge cakes light and fluffy. Most things are cooked fresh on the premises and can be eaten in or taken away. Fully recommend!

Had a delicious crab sandwich to takeaway from this cafe. The crab was fresh as was the bread. Very generous amount of crab meat too! Very yummy!
