If you like sough dough bread, poached eggs and spinach/avocado I can recommend this cafe if Fareham..absolutely delicious..!

This is one of my favourite places to go for breakfast. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in Fareham. Delicious fry up, very warm and friendly staff.

After reading the reviews and looking at the website I was really keen to visit and try the handmade artisan bread. Unfortunately I was really disappointed. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 meals one of which had to be sent back because it was cold. When it returned my partner had nearly finished his plate of food which takes away from the eating together experience. My bread was no different or special from a regular loaf of bread that I buy from a supermarket. Pen marks all over the cup. No glasses by the water jug. Wobbly table. On a positive the coffee was good.

Food excellent, friendly, you can go in on own and not feel alone, like a little hub, everyone speaks to everyone

Before my parents moved away. They had frequented this place for a long time and have always loved it. They always make an effort to make you feel so welcome and get to know you. My mum can be a little hard to please sometimes but she has never had a bad time and always recommends them. Not to mention the quality and excellent execution of the food is amazing. The Coffee is always made just right, and their homemade bread is to die for. I can't say a single bad thing about this place and it makes me happy that somewhere like this is in Fareham.

Excellent service and food. We had a full English breakfast so that our family visiting from France could experience the traditional breakfast and it was delicious. We got treated so well. The bread was really tasty. Plenty of choice. The coffee was also very well made (better than Costa, which nowadays is no longer what it used to be).

Great options for meat eaters and veggies alike, smoothies too, coffee a delicious blend. Best hot chocolate around. Always a warm welcome and never rushed. You can tell customers look forward to going and having a chat. Highly recommend.

We stayed nearby for 3 nights and had breakfast here everyday. The food was lovely and the lady that runs it was super friendly and accommodating. I wish we had somewhere like this near to where we live!

Never been In to this cafe until today to meet A friend WoW what A find Great food and service. Lovely inside and some nice outside seating aswell. Can wholly recomend the Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough for breakfast. Excellent coffee aswell, I shall be back

What a an exquisite Breakfast - I had Poached Eggs & Avocado on Sour dough bread - so delicious. Jo Jo & Lawrence are so friendly and take special care for each person - very warm , classy & welcoming place with free WiFi ,dog friendly . Always such a warm welcome by all the staff and now, as we got to know people, the clientele too. Nothing is too much for the staff and the beverages and food are delicious. Try the artisan coffee; the toasties; the fruit shakes and the home made cakes. Pop in; stay; take way - don't miss out.

Doing our bit for #eatouttohelpout on my husband’s birthday. Full English with white bread and spinach, mushroom and poached eggs on granary. All bread made in house too. Had a flat white and an Americano with almond milk and SF vanilla syrup. A bargain price of £9.30. I was even brought extra hot water in case I wanted to add it to my Americano. Definitely recommended if you’re in Fareham - breakfast menu items are served all day. Clean and a very friendly atmosphere. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. Extremely welcoming.

Absolutely the best place in fareham, the town is largely not awesome but this is a great place but anywhere’s standards.

Hi! During these very difficut times Crumble Jack felt very safe with hand gel available, outside seating, good ventliation inside and the staff constantly cleaning seating areas. We tried the vegan breakfast and it is divine. Well cooked and presented. The drinks, as always , are deicious. If you have not tried his pace then do so. There is parking around the back. Thank you to all the staff for your friendliness and concern for cleanliness.

You need coffee, artisan bread baked on premises, something to eat or snack....its all here served with friendly smiles....nowhere else to go.... it really is best in town!:

Popped in for a really quick breakfast with our really small baby. Food was lovely. Coffee great too. Friendly and helpful staff. My only regret is we were in a hurry and couldn’t stay for another coffee or some cake.

Very easy to book table, owner got back to me the same day. The owner was very welcoming when I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. A friend loved her soya latte, impressed with the top ups of her drink. Food looked really nice and fresh. Next time we come I will try some food.

We decided to do some parkrun tourism this weekend and seeing the reviews of CrumbleJack we couldn’t resist a trip to Fareham.After a short walk from the parkrun recommended car park, we were given a warm and friendly greeting. Our order was taken efficiently and food was delivered freshly to our tables. The coffee was delicious as was the cooked breakfast. The sausage and hash brown deserve special mentions! A visit to CrumbleJack’s wouldn’t be complete without purchasing some of their delicious artisan bread. We came home with a white and a wholemeal loaf - I cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been a regular customer for quite a while now, so I thought a review was in order. Every time I visit I’m greeted with a big smile and am made to feel really welcome by Jo and her team. The food is amazing, and the service second to none. In short, it’s a joy to visit, knowing I’ll be greeted by a friendly face who is always ready for a good chat. We recently visited CrumbleJack for breakfast. I had the full English, my wife had poached eggs on rye toast with avocado and my daughter had a mix and match, all excellent.

There's a caring quality about CrumbleJack's. The food and coffee are excellent and the people who work there are always welcoming. I'm a vegan and it's not always easy to find good coffee (vegan or not!). The coffee here is superb and I've a choice of vegan milks... I recommend it highly.

We were taken here by very good friends who live around the corner and the food was amazing. We had the light breakfast which was fantastic value for under £5!! Jojo is a hard working attentive owner who definitely cares for her customers. When we're next in the are we would definitely go back!

We visit this charming, quirky cafe/bakery on a regular basis with friends and have also attended a couple of their specialty evening functions, where they team up with the adjoining Chinese take away, LJ's.

We like coming here on a Saturday and as we’re frequently in, a big welcome is guaranteed.

Really loved this little place! The decor was cool and staff really lovely. Decent menu with a range of choices and alternatives too. Really cool that it’s a bakery too so a range of homemade breads! Only thing that really let it down for us was that the cooked brunch we had wasn’t very hot!

Love it here, they do the nicest iced coffee in fareham and the staff are so welcoming and kind. Also able to bring dogs in here so my cockapoo loves it too!

What a way to start your day with such a nutritious vegan breakfast of veggie sausage, hash browns, avocado, toast and more. All very reasonably priced and the staff genuinely enjoy their work. A real gem in Fareham.

Jo-Jo hosts vegan evenings every few months and they are fantastic... there is so much food to choose from (three courses) and it is all freshly prepared and totally delicious. Jo-Jo and her team are super friendly and helpful... it's a great evening out in Fareham and very good value for money as you go home completely stuffed!! We're going to try the vegan breakfasts soon...

We came across CrumbleJack's randomly whilst out shopping with my daughter and a group of friends.

Walked past and was handed a flier by some lovely girls, so decided to stop off for brunch... best decision ever!

Yet again it never fails. The wonderful welcome, coffee, food and the bread. The service and prices are great. Very clean. Every time I'm in Fareham, that's where I go for coffee.

I have lived in Fareham a while and been a customer of JoJo's previous businesses. She knows every customer even though I only come her every few months she remembers me and my wife. Just sitting watching the world go by and I realise every customer has their own unique personalised experience too. The coffee is excellent but every visit is different often with cakes and breads samples.

Been here twice for brunch now and both times it’s been fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly with all of the staff warm and engaging. The interior is fresh and modern but without feeling like boring chain.

It is a bit of a gem amongst all the run of the mill coffee shop chains and my favourite place for brunch in Fareham. The food and coffee is always spot on - perfect poached eggs every time. Their bread is baked on the premises and they even bake loaves to order. The place is cosy and spotlessly clean and has a real welcoming feel to it. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

I went here with my Grandsons a few months ago and had a lovely hot chocolate and cake. I returned today with my 2 daughters, husband and 4 children. We had walked 2 miles through the snow and I had promised the kids hot chocolate and then early lunch. I had said all the way there how good it was so you can imagine my disappointment when we all piled in and we couldn't find a table.

We had a lovely brunch. Avocado and eggs and a bacon and eggs, the eggs were cooked to perfection! The coffee was lovely. The staff were really friendly. We will definitely be back.

Came here after our usual place was closed for meet/work lunch. I had toastie and it was amazing. My friends avocado and poached eggs was brill too and it was all very good including a coffee to go. The bread is all made on site I think and it shows. Only criticism is on a sunny winter day the sun beams through the big windows and makes the window seats a bit warm and hard to sit in. Apart from that we were impressed and will be back when in town. Thanks

Just passing here and stopped for a late lunch .. Easy parking outside the restaurant with very friendly staff ... We chose the soup of the day with fresh chunks of Sourdough bread very tasty ..

Popped in for a quick breakfast recently. Soya and oat milk displayed prominently on the bar and avo and tomato toast near top of menu, so decided to experiment and go with the vegan flow. Good coffee, avo a bit hard and not convinced the bread was as artisan as they made out, but generous portion and properly seasoned salad on the side. Very friendly atmosphere, excellent quick service and bright and clean premises.

In the area until December running some courses. Looked for somewhere to stop for a coffee in Farnham and parked opposite 'Crumblejack'. The first thing that stands out as you approach and walk in, is that it's very clean, tidy and modern. It is well decorated and there are a variety of seating areas with some soft seating too It has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and compounded by the fact the ladies that run things are so warm and friendly you just want to keep going back. We returned the next day with our learners who made full use of the menu, everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the they ordered and it was asked why we hadn't been here before. The full breakfast was especially nice and it was evident that quality ingredients were used. The artisan toasted fruit loaf is to die for; so much so that I bought two loaves to take home. In the mornings they give you toast with your hot drink and as a bakery, the bread is amazing too... not your Tesco loaf! We returned again and some had coffee and cake which guess what.... hmmmm simply wonderful. It's all made there and if you're in the area, just go you won't be disappointed I assure you. I feel reluctant to mention this in the same paragraph, but the toilets are absolutely immaculate and I can say unreservedly that the standards at 'Crumble Jack' far exceed anything else I have seen in the local area.

I have been to this lovely coffee shop three times now, and the food, coffee and service is 5 star. Jojo and Kate are extremely nice and welcoming and the products they offer are excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend a trip to the coffee shop.

Best coffee in Fareham, friendly staff good service, good to relax and take the weight off your feet. Recommended for parties. Fun had by all, the kids loved making bread and my niece was so excited to join in, the burger and fries went down a treat. Bake off eat your heart out, this was way, way better.

Happened by this place due to a train problem and was drawn in by the free toast with every hot drink sign. The lady inside was absolutely lovely, bubbly and happy to help. Lovely cup of tea and on the side a cloche covering granary and white really good quality bread, industrial toaster, marmite, jam, and butter packs. All good cutlery, no plastic, and surroundings calming, particularly given my delay! Lovely sofa, cushions, scaterred books on shelves and papers in racks,. All in all exudes a touch of style.I didn't try food fromthe menu but saw others getting theirs and it looked really excellent. Will come back planned next time, purely out of curiosity. Give it a try.

Called in to Crumble Jack’s for the first time today, having been meaning to visit for a while.

On our way from Fareham to Folkestone stopped by for breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh and we were all stuffed when we got some extra's to taste after, we kindly requested to take it with us, which was taken care of with a smile. Recommended.

First Time visit to Crumblejack's. A light airy cafe and pleasant service. Eat in or take away. Get a menu and order at the counter. Enjoyed advocado and poached egg and English breakfast. Both tasty and well cooked.

If you've never tried it you're missing out! Great little coffee shop, delicious sandwiches which are all freshly made with a selection oftheir homemade breads. Parking outside which is free for 40 minutes

Even if you only pop in to buy the freshly baked bread then please do it. Amazing sourdough and granary tasting just like bread should do, and probably did do in the past.

Undoubtedly the place for coffee and whatever. Great cakes. And to go, do not leave without a loaf of their artisan bread. Granary for us but the sourdough should not be missed. Jojo and the team are ever attentive.

This artisan cafe/bar/bakery is well worth travelling to. The staff are very kind and friendly and treat everyone like friends, nothing is too much trouble. The coffee is the best in Fareham and Kay the baker makes amazing breads and cake. Jo the owner is very front of house and genuinely cares about providing a high quality but affordable menu. There are a few coffee places at the railway end of town but this one is simply the best.

CrumbleJack is situated towards the Station end of West Street, but if you are in town, it is well worth strolling down to their premises. The cafe itself is bright and cheerful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is good and the on site baked bread truly excellent. Try them out, we will certainly return.

this coffee shop sells the best coffee in fareham, the food was always first class and the staff were really friendly, they made my family feel really welcome and the artisab bread they sell was sooo tasty, will be back for coffee and delicious bread pudding soon.

The bread is always fresh and use natural products and even sell different kinds of flower and it is not only bread, there are cakes, cup cakes, biscuits and so muck more.

Great coffee,great people and bread anyone should travel to try. Having experienced CrumbleJacks artisan bread there is no going back to supermarkets.

The staff were excellent very pleasant and welcoming as I had not been before I found that very endearing. After a brief discussion about coffee's I might like, I sat at a very pleasant window table and my order was quickly delivered. I do like service to my table - it prevents me from juggling! After a few minutes a free sample of their other outstanding product was provided to my table, artisan made bread - it was delicious. I would recommend this establishment to anyone unreservedly.

Drove through Fareham looking for a place for lunch (not knowing Fareham at all) and saw Crumblejack. We parked up and walked back. Very warm welcome from the ladies who were all very cheerful and helpful. They bake their own artisan bread and cakes daily. I had scrambled egg and bacon on toast and my partner had the full breakfast. All the ingredients were top quality, cooked to perfection and delicious. We also had very nice latte's. We were very full but they gave us complimentary warm fruit bread to try so we decided it would be rude not to. Looking forward to another visit as we are frequently in the area.

Literally stumbled across this artisan bakers/ coffee bar whilst wandering into the town from the Railway station. Greeted like an old friend by the lady serving; with a cheery smile and some chit chat. Had a macchiato to drink with advocado and poached egg on granary bread to eat. Lovely tasty food and superb coffee in relaxed atmosphere. Good value for money too. Why not give this place a try......limited food menu but good quality.

A bit of a tramp along West Street brought us, I must say unexpectedly, to CrumbleJack. I was rather hoping that its predecessor, Gelato, was still open as I personally do not regard ice cream as a seasonal food.
