Crows Nest in Fermanagh

Had a booking, staff great tho seemed to be run off their feet. 2 Adults & 2 kids, had Southern Chicken & chips (chicken was dry & hard, chips overdone as was the stuffing), Fish & chips (both were over cooked), kids burger & chips (birder was hard round the edges & chips over cooked) and pasta (the ONLY dish that was satisfactory)! I would not recommend & did not enjoy our meal at all. Pity as the place was record us by our Hotel

Tried this pub on recommendation from our hotel. Staff at front of house were very helpful and offered us a table without a prior booking. Kids meals were a generous size, adult portions very reasonable. The roast beef with half mash, half chip option was delicious. This was a very busy place and the member of staff on front of house was rushed off her feet yet did her best to safely accommodate those she could. All staff very helpful and extremely pleasant especially with our youngest child. Thank you, much appreciated.

The starters were ok, we had wings and mushrooms but the mains were not as expected. Girlfriend had the chicken curry and had to send it back because it was inedible, she then ordered the Soup of the Day - Vegetable soup, which also couldn’t be eaten super salty. The bread served with the soup was warm and delicious though. Absolutely the highlight of the meal. I had the chicken stir fry, the veg and noodles where ok but the chicken tasted like antiseptic somewhere. Hands down the worst food we have had out together.

Excellent tasty food all round. Roast beef excellent! Compliments to the chef! Puddings to die for. Great prices. Staff very polite and attentive. Very Covid clean. We will be returning. You can book in advance.

Went with my hubby and 2 young kids for an anniversary dinner one early evening. Requested a booth so as the man who seems to be a manager showed us to our booth, I wondered why we were passing 3 empty booths in a quieter part to be seated next to a rowdy table of 8 young lads. After afew minutes while we waited for our drinks and my 4 year old telling me the "bad word" he had just heard, I nicely asked the manager who had seated us if we could move to a quieter booth. He grunted and signalled us to follow him where we banged our drinks down on the new table and stormed off. Thankfully we didn't have to deal with him again as the waitresses were lovely. Food wasn't great, very bland and not up to the crowes usual standard. Have eaten here before and have never been disappointed until this time. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

We popped in for a lunch during the week, as we had been before. Food was just average - portion size was good - however prices were quite high for lunchtime -dish and chips £13.50.

Sunday dinner was delicious. Request for extra gravy was met with courteous response. Service was excellent. My only complaint was that the Yorkshire pudding was cool like it wasn’t cooked long enough from freezer. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday dinner.

Everything about our visit was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. We were served quickly but didn't feel rushed.Our food was delicious and there was plenty on our plates. I had the roast turkey....the stuffing was great! Really tasty. My husband had the southern fried chicken with bacon and stuffing. He also thought it was full of flavour. We couldn't resist a pudding and we agreed both the cheesecake and apple crumble were very good. A really enjoyable meal in a lovely pub Will definitely call back when we're visiting Enniskillen again.

Visited here for first time but will not return. Food was basic and easy cook but was vastly overpriced. Stay away from the salt and chilli squid 7 pounds for what appears to be 1 calamari rung cut into pieces with a small salad, no flavour, no chilli taste. Had the bookmaker sandwich this was just as poor. First time I have had a sandwich which only had only the bottom part of chapatta it had a small amount of onions and mushrooms a small portion of chips and the coleslaw tasted stale. For the money there are better places in enniskillen.

We visited today for dinner. We did not have a table reserved but they managed to fit us in. We had our baby with us and as we entered the gentleman showed us where the changing room was if we needed it. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and the food was lovely. As I was feeding my son, the lady asked would I like to put my dinner back to the kitchen to keep it warm, I thought it was a lovely gesture, we will definitely visit again and would recommend it.

Good afternoon just back the Crowes Nest had a lovely lunch plus the wine was good aswell. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was good to get out again after 4 or more month's ago.

Able to book table, tables were well spaced and lots of Covid signs and sanitiser. No shields / mask being used by staff. Good choice of dishes available on menu. Portions were very generous , food was tasty and fairly priced.

We had a lovely meal here this evening, the staff were friendly and the service was great, this is a lovely bar and restaurant in the centre of Enniskillen and it is very popular so it would be a good idea to pre book before a visit especially due to the Covid regulations

Just stopped by for lunch today - we'd messaged ahead as we had our dog with us and wanted to check they were happy with that. They were very accommodating and set us up with in the snug by the front of the bar where we could enjoy our meal and our dog could have a drink of water and not disturb any of the other guests.The food was great, my burger was massive but tasty and the chips were crispy and delicious. We'll definitely pop by again if we're in the area.

We had a delicious family meal in the Crowes Nest this evening. The food was absolutely delicious with perfect portion sizes. Staff were attentive and efficiently and it was great to see a sanitiser station at the door and good social distancing practices in place. I'd highly recommend the Crowes Nest and we will definitely be back soon.

Visited tonight - great meal! I had the steak sandwich and my partner had the chilli. Both were delicious! Service was friendly and efficient and we both felt safe in these challenging times. A great place to eat, and we will be back!

We were looking to go for a nice snack at lunch time. The menu had mixed to suit all tastes. When the four of us ordered it was no time till our orders were served promptly by a very courteous waitress. She came back again to see if our meal was ok or did we need anything else. The tables were set in snugs which were open planned and private which is nice.

Had lunch here twice in the past two weeks, very good on both occassions, would recommend, friendly staff, quick service.

I visited on a Monday evening and had the Mexican Chilli on chips. It's sooo tasty, huge portion, great value for money.

Was in here with my wife on saturday evening. Bar was very busy with football fans surrounding the TVs but there was an area towards the back which was more tranquil if you wanted something more peaceful. We ordered the specials I went for thr pie of the day which was steak and guinness and my partner went for the roast turkey and ham. Food arrived promptly and was large portions and very well presented. Food was very tasty the pie was very good indeed the pastry was very fresh and not your usual bought in rubbish. Overall a good pub with a great restaurant

Was taking my 16 year old niece out for tea and she requested this venue.. it was my first visit but is apparently the place of choice for her and her peers when they are 'doing food'.She recommended the tagliatelle carbonara and as I have not had if in years went with her suggestion. We ordered chips on the side... really these were not needed and, tasty as they were we left them.The pasta and garlic bread were delicious! My niece fancied the chocolate brownie dessert.. when it came, it was served with ice cream and a flake. I cheekily asked the member of staff if I could have a 99 flake with my cup of tea... He promptly delivered.Service was good.. orders taken in good time, checked up on the quality of food, good natured interactions.Thoroughly enjoyed it and would make a return visit next time I am in Enniskillen.

Stop by the crowes if your hungry and looking for a great traditional restaurant. 5 star service and food

Stopped in here on Saturday for lunch as we were driving through Eniskillen. Great find! Really tasty food and very generous portions. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant had a really lovely vibe. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

The service at the Crowe's Nest is the best I have had in Ireland. I was dinning alone but felt so included and confortable. The Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas was the best ever.

Passing through Enniskillen found Crowes Nest. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice choice on reasonably priced menu and food served was delicious. The place is spotless. Well worth a visit- will be back soon !

Crows Nest staff excellent. Food served very quickly it was well cooked and plenty of it. No waiting for 2nd course it was ready served piping hot well presented by friendly very efficient staff.

Lovely place to eat has the A/C on which was very nice with the clammy heat the day we were in town. Good service everything arrived very quickly and was very well presented and tasted great. Would recommend the bookmaker!

Came here for an evening meal. Was greeted by a lovely pleasant girl at the door who sat us at a booth. Our drinks came quickly and this was the same for our food! Couldn’t fault the food at all and we were constantly check to make sure everything was ok for us. As I said pleasant staff and great food! Will definitely be back again.

We cannot recommend the Crowes Nest highly enough. Excellent food and service. The food (including vegetarian) was perfect and plenty of it. Service was outstanding from both table and bar staff. The chef (Anthony) takes great pride in his work and this is reflected in the food. Reasonably priced and something for all budgets. A terrific venue for families. Perfect!

We stopped here for lunch We were sat down at a sticky dirty table, had to ask i for it to be cleaned had 2 Chucken Ceaser salads and 2 pints, Cost £27.40. Food was tasty. just becoming expensive over the years.

Booked a meal for a family birthday in the crowes for a Saturday night and it did not disappoint. I would eat here regularly and have always left happy but on this particular occasion I was just blown away by the level of service we received. Food was delicious (make sure you try the bookmaker) full of flavour and plenty of it. For having such a large party in a busy Saturday night restaurant the staff were so attentive and food arrived in good time. Everyone was delighted and we even stayed on after our meal as there was live music. Will definitely be back

Home for holiday always have to have turkey and ham dinner well i need a lesson how to do mash potato i have never tasted more spectacular mash, my Husband had the steak sandwich and Son had burger cannot go wrong here!!!

Small pub offering nice menu choices and the food is well presented and good value. The bar has a good selection of draft beers. Parking was found to be easy on this one way street in the centre of town.

Crowes nest is a great restaurant the staff all are very welcoming and professional. The food is delicious and there is plenty of variety on the menu. The bar has live music on a regular basis with a nightclub upstairs also there really is no need to leave this venue at all. Top class bar and restaurant would highly recommend to everyone

I was searching the town for a good restaurant to bring some visitors later this month and tried the Crowes Nest . I had previously tried Granny Annies nearby which was awful and had really poor customer service . The Crowes Nest had a really friendly atmosphere , the staff were friendly and very helpful . I ordered a burger which turned out to be one of the nicest burgers I have had in a long time . I will definitely visit again

Called in for Dinner. Was nicely greeted. It is a comfortable seating area. The food is great and not expensive. I would recommend trying this resturant if you haven't already.

Went into the Crows for a spot of lunch and a drink on St Patrick’s day with my brother. We were seen to immediately and given a seat and menus. The food variety is brilliant and great prices.

We were downtown Enniskillen, must have been a Sunday evening and were having a hard time finding a place to eat without getting back in the car. Someone said the Crowes Nest might be open and a few blocks later there it was. Just what we were looking for. A nice pint and good food. The "cups of starters," sorry, I don't recall exactly what they called them were excellent and a good value. The stew and the fish and chips were nice too.

On recommendation of a local shop assistant, my husband and I visited for Sunday lunch. He ordered a starter of garlic mushrooms, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Then we were served our main courses: turkey and ham for him and a steak burger for me. The portions were HUGE! The food was all well cooked and served by friendly and efficient staff, but there was just too much of it. We reckoned that the turkey and ham dinner would have fed both of us! I managed one of the beef burgers, but struggled with the second one. All in all, great food, but way too much of it. We felt it was great value for money and would visit again, when in the area. Naturally, we didn't order desserts.

Visited the Crowds Nest recently while out in Enniskillen with friends for food and a few drinks. Have to say the food was delicious and the service top notch. Stayed on and had a few drinks and live music seems to be on very regular in this bar. Very Irish feel and a nightclub upstairs

We visited a few pubs looking for nightlife, particularly Irish music. What a find this place is. We heard Sean Magee play and he is incredible on the fiddle( Irish champion) and penny whistle. Good singer too. One to watch for!

Pleasant enough atmosphere but not a patch on Granny Annies in terms of the decor and ambience. Quiet during the week apart from a sports team of some sort who were well behaved and mannerly.

Previously have eaten here and loved it, well today was such a disappointment. Dined here with my two girls and nephew. The girl who seated us then ignored us despite passing us on her way in and out of the kitchen. The other server took our order eventually ( I was just about to walk out). When the food arrived one order was missing and what was served was not good. The Nachos looked fit for the bin and the caesar salad had no croutons and not much salad, as for my daughters bolognese the only parts that she liked was the pasta, this is one of my daughters favorite dishes and she wasn’t impressed. My 10 yr old nephew asked me what I thought of the pork in the Nachos as he thought it was very dry, he didn’t like it at all the reason he left most behind. Had the kids not been so hungry we would have returned all. The server did not charge me for the bolognese and apologized but on reflection I am not happy we paid as had I served this food at home my kids and husband wouldn’t have eaten the same. You also charged £1 for miwadi which I have never noticed before. I was very supprised as I previously would have recommended this place as great place with lovely food. Very Disappointed.

It's bin over a year since we were last in the Crows Nest and I must admit we are not impressed, when we were last here we had a great nights craic, however this time we were met by waiting staff and when we said we were only in for a drink we were told we must sit in the bar area and we were shown to a cramped table by the door. Unless they were expecting a bus load of staving customers then then I would understand but the eating area was nearly empty. We left after one drink and left the place with virtually no one left. We went to Granny Annie's and had a great night.

Watched the World Cup semi final at Crowes Nest. We have been in Ireland for a week. I would say the best food we have had out so far. Nice choice on the menu and each of the dishes we had between us was great. Personally had the salmon which was excellent. Good atmosphere in the pub for the game and also great service while we were there. Would really recommend this place

This place is in my top five for places to eat in Enniskillen. Food is always presented nicely and, as much as I love my food, I can never finish anything! Portions are great, food is never heavy or greasy. Staff are very friendly and polite.

We found ourselves hungry in Enniskillen on a Thursday evening and not very many places were open, but the Crowes Nest was open so we decided to give it a try. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the interior decor and feeling of the place, but to be fair, the ambience was probably different because it was virtually empty. I suspect that on a weekend it'll have a better vibe.

Wir hatten die überbackenen Nachos die sehr lecker waren. Als Hauptgang Butter Chicken. Etwas verwirrend das es dazu Reis, Nan Brot und Pommes gab. Wozu 3 Sättigungsbeilagen gereicht werden - man weiß es nicht. Satt wird man auf jeden Fall und das Ambiente ist sehr gelungen. Empfehlenswert :)

Stopped in here on our way home from lusty Beg. Greeted and seated straight away. Order was taken quickly. I ordered baked salmon and it was beautiful!! It has a lovely cosy feel and the staff all seem 2 have a great relationship

Called in here for tea with the family. Shown to our table quickly and the staff are friendly. Ordered drinks and food together and the drinks arrived quickly followed by the food in good time. I had the 3 cups for £10 i.e. 3 starters as I had eaten earlier. We can recommend the stir fry and the curry is excellent, serving are a good size and food is nice and hot. The surroundings are great since the refit and I would recommend a visit if in Enniskillen.

Crowes Nest is a great Irish tradition bar with great food and drinks and live entertainment on over the weekend and weekdays. A great location on the high street of Enniskillen

We spent a few days in Enniskillen for my husband's 60th birthday and brought our collie Megan too.

I ordered sliders for £5.95. Received 3 sliders with a small salad, My husband ordered the steak burger which had two beef patties, salad, chips, and coleslaw for £8.95. We had more than enough food and had no pressure to order alcohol. Wonderful tasty food!

Went out as a part of a group for our Christmas night out. Although it was very busy they managed to find us a seat very quickly and did not let this affect the service. Our drinks were brought down very quickly and our server was just lovely. Most of the group decided to go for the traditional turkey and ham and it surely did not disappoint! Food and service are one of the best I’ve came across within the town. The staff all seem to get along very well which helps in creating the homely atmosphere. Will definitely be back cannot recommend this place enough

Me ,my friend and my daughter called in yesterday for lunch the staff where brilliant brought my little girl crayons and a colouring in page which kept her so content and the food was just delicious definitely will be back and highly recommended the staff are very helpful xx

Poped in with my mum and dad for a late lunch.Lovely fire going as soon as you walked in, was so cosy!I Must say the food was first class, we went for the 3 cups and the bookmaker sandwich.They have added new cups to the 3 cup menu and I must the the veg spring rolls are so tasty My dad also enjoyed his bookmakerWe managed to squeeze in desserts they were also very good.

Went into the crowes nest to meet friends for some food and a few drinks. The booths are well laid out for groups and the food & service was top class. Stayed on for a few drinks after with the fire lit and the ambience could of honestly stayed on for the entire night.

First class mid range better than pub grub fare. Fairly extensive menu provides something for everyone, the Southern Fried Chicken was too much to eat but well cooked and well presented. The staff were very helpful, attentive and the service was very good. Enjoyed, better iside than it looks from outside, clean and comfortable bar and restaurant.

I had lunch here with the family last Sunday. It has relatively recently undergone an upgrade so we were interested to see how it looked. The "restaurant" at the back was far more like a sports bar with loud TV's everywhere blaring out a football game. It was hard to hear oneself think. I was looking foward to a steak as I had perused the menu on line before visiting - only to be told that the menu online hadn't changed since the place had been done up and was now obsolete. It was obvious the new menu was designed to do away with as much cooking in the kitchen as possible and replace it with pre prepared food. On the plus side, I ordered turkey and ham and it was delicious. My wife and son really enjoyed their food too but the ambience was attrocious. One match finished and the channel got changed immedately to take in another match. I think they have an identity crisis in tems of what they aim to be as a business. If I am looking to watch a live game in future, I will go to the Crowe's nest as it is actually well laid out for that. I won't bother eating there again though (unless perhaps for lunch midweek when there will be no assault of the eardrums from the TV's)

Food was delicious, the bookmaker is definitely one of the best in town! Desserts are very tasty also. Stayed on afterwards for drinks and enjoyed a great night with music and great atmosphere! 5* venue will definitely be back

Went here for a catch up with friends and had heard about the crowes nest from it reopened this year after a refurbishment. Bar is nice and very traditional at the front and restaurant to the rear is very nice and cosy with booth style seating. Large screens above the bar for sports and a great range of drinks & cocktails. We were informed of an offer of 2 for 1 cocktails on this night so we just had to try a few and they didn't let us down, fabulous! Food was ordered and arrived promptly and very generous portions. I went for the 3 cups and they were very tasty and filling! 1st class service and would highly recommend the crowes nest!
