Food was cold. Fish was dry and cold. Curry sauce and mushy peas also cold. No taste, very disappointed. Wouldn’t order from here again. Poor value for money.

Didn’t arrive I ordered at 7.15pm and I rang the shop he said the delivery guy not turned up I want a refund it’s not the shops fault it’s the drivers for just eat disgusting second time in a week so I await my refund

After reading positive reviews, I decided to check it out for myself and I was very pleasantly surprised. Value for money really good. Everything was tasty and warm. I definitely recommend it

Didn’t receive our food at all!! Not happy and I am going to fight for a full refund. For someone who waited over an hour outside after only having a c-section 24 hours ago and actually saw the motorbike miss the turning and then to get told by the app that my food has been delivered… shocking I have no words. That driver should be sacked as he delivered food to some random and didn’t even call me when my phone number was given to them …

It never turned up trying to get in touch with the restaurant it's an incorrect number appalling behaviour how am I supposed to get in touch with them.

Called in for fish and chips on the way to Wollaton open air cinema. Friendly staff, said ‘he’d have to cook the fish from fresh’ and they were absolutely delicious. Big portions, and big portions of chips too. Felt well stuffed in a good way. £12.40. Excellent value. Thanks guys 👏

You know when you really crave something? I fancied fish and chips, at first I was disappointed because they didn't have haddock, however I was completely blown away by not only the taste of the freshly prepared cod, but by the size as it flopped over the side of the plate. This with the also freshly fried chips and yummy mushy peas ensured that I simply couldn't stop eating it. It was all simply delicious! When I'm next in Nottingham, I'll definitely go back. A must for Wollaton locals.

Really disappointed with this chip shop. They got my order wrong. Arrived home to find I only had fish. At time of ordering I had the impression that they weren't concentrating. Fish was ok but small portion. Won't be returning

Fish is always fresh, so there is a slight wait but the fish is amazing for it. Chips are also great and the staff are friendly.

Good fish and chips at a good price. Can't complain

Several times while in Nottingham, we have gotten great fish and chips takeaway from this location on Middleton Blvd. The folks that work there are super friendly and try to accommodate you as fully as possible. Seems to be an uncle and nephew when I have been in. The nephew likes US sports and knows a lot about basketball. Besides that, the fried fish and the chips are excellent. Also have mushy peas, kebabs, donar, etc. This is our go to fish takeaway.

Hidden jem in Notthingam for fish lovers. I got a immense and amazing cod fillet for a few pounds. Locals are pretty familiar with it, and it is no wonder. I also appreciated a lot the friendly and homely atmosphere.

Love it. Amazing, affordable food cooked with love and served by friendly faces. My partner has been raving about this place for a while and I'm glad I finally got to try it. Will be back.

Nice fella, was sent down to get three lunches but forgot I only had £15. Checked a peas and gravy in for free. Fish cooked from fresh. Lovely.
