End of the day on a Sunday, I saw the staff members packign the doughnuts away, out of curiosity I went and asked one of the staff what they dod witht he doughnuts end of the day? (Asking because of the rise in food rescue and discounted end of day stock to prevent food waste.) The man behind hte bar was incredibly unfriendly and rude. He snarkily asked me 'why,' I simply said I was curious and he snapped back, 'I dont have to tell you.' All the wile the girl with him was sniggering, I told him that he didn' t need ot be so unkind and walked off. Despite hearing good thigns about the doughnuts (except their price) This has put me off buying. Customer service is the best marketing for a business, and I will definitely be telling people about my bad expereince. I hope the company is aware of the type of people they are employing.

La primera vez que probé esta marca cuando estaba en Londres por trabajo y lo que más me llamó la atención fue el gran servicio que recibí. Me encantó la energía del hombre con el piercing del tabique y la chica con la que estaba trabajando. Tanto súper enérgicos como bailando, difundiendo alegría un lunes por la mañana durante la prisa. Lo disfruté tanto que volví a la mañana siguiente esperando lo mismo y allí estaban. Ambos excelentes para recomendar también. Probé la mantequilla de maní y luego el rollo de canela vegano. Buena adición a mi viaje diario!
