Basic neighbourhood pub for the locals. No food, good range if veers and ciders on draft. Large front and rear garden. Big car park.

Great atmosphere and great service

No food proper spit and sawdust, toilets always stink

Always known to Me as "Mauds" for the last half century, the last time I was there it reminded Me of the cantina in Star Wars ( and that was just the garden!) Bad language in front of children and surrounding tables, definitely no place to take a Lady! Any feedback from My Followers in Bristol, South Glos, Dorset, Wessex, Devon and Cornwall etc welcome.

Great little pub. Nowt to look at from the outside but really friendly bar staff, and a dartboard. What more could you want??! Not one for those looking for class and sophistication but if you want a pint in a friendly boozer, why not....I was made welcome and comfortable.

Lovely landlady and a great place

Really nice atmosphere everyone very welcoming, had a nice visit, they are dog friendly too, the staff are lovely, got my dog a bowl of fresh water.

Good car park, plus food and beverages at reasonable prices served by friendly and efficient staff.

It's ok. People and staff seem friendly enough. Not a huge selection of drinks but gets the job done if your on the piss. Definitely one of the local pubs but they all seem welcoming enough to outsiders. Give it a try.

A lovely friendly pub. Landlady very hospitable. Bar staff great. Great place to gig. Felt so relaxed and happy to be there. Will deffo be going back to gig and to be a regular customer. It's a shame not all pubs are as welcoming, friendly and well run as this. Thank you all from western rock 😘

I love this pub. Always a great atmosphere and the staff are really lovely too.

First time visiting this pub, got invited by a work mate. However i very much enjoyed the evening i spend there, fun and enjoyable, cheap pints of your favourites, live music and dancing, truely a local pub you can really relax in and be yourself.

Great selection of Ciders and Ale's all the staff are friendly and quick. Lots of entertainment at the weekends with live local bands, with 'Free Jukebox Fridays' to kick the weekend off. Sunday afternoon they have a meat raffle. Monday's is darts night as they have there own darts team. Great outside area and a great local pub.

Pub ok but to have a conversation you have to shout over the juke box so loud.

Very friendly pub staff are so helpful, you can have a dance too. We've had some great times up there we love it!
