my food was extremely late I called up twice and when my food came it was cold

Had to remove all the chicken out the curry as it was really slimy with a pink hew, totally disgusting and disappointing

Average quality, late delivery and just food needed reheating

Food was Luke warm. Tested and looked like it was cooked three days ago and then just reheated. Will never order from them again. And frankly I want my money back.

Very dry and greasy. Prawn toast was over cooked and tasted quite stale. Chow me in was bland and greasy. Spare ribs were dry and over cooked. Crispy beef, was not crispy, was quite mushy.

I forgot to order 1 of the meals. when I sent the order in they confirmed it wasn't a mistake and had the meal to me quickly. Great service.

Great food great quality. Definitely has one of the best fried rices.

I always come here for food but tonight I have been gutted the chicken in the curry tasted off I asked for mild curry and it was spicy and the prawn toast was like rubber in the middle

This place use to be 1 of the best Chinese food I've had but they have gone down hill, they have rationed the food to a child portion so bland. Shame

we placed our order at 6.30pm and rung the restaurant twice to be told was on its way..its now 8.20pm and still no food

Thai green curry was very disappointing. No coconut milk in the curry and full of mushrooms which is not authentic. Please if you put the dish on your menu do it right .

Pork smells funny chick was chewy and was like rubber

Chicken was wet in the chicken balls and didn't taste very nice

Not one to leave reviews, as I wouldn’t want to affect a business but on this occasion unfortunately I feel I have to. Ordered a Red Thai Curry - which is meant to be somewhat spicy. There was literally no spice. It didn’t even have the consistency of a curry and was extremely watery and runny - tasteless. Was completely disappointed with this takeaway and on that basis would not order from here again.

Last night my order was late and cold as ice tasteless never again will I order from them and to be honest I bet I'm not the only one to complain about such an awful experience from the crispy duck

Food turned up Luke warm, no chips came with the chicken curry even though I added it to the order. Fried garlic prawns weren’t fried and was slimy couldn’t eat them. Can of pop was warm. Best part was the soft noodles but it’s hard to mess up that. Ended up throwing most of it away waste of 30 quid.

It didn't turn up till 12.30pm when ordered it over an hour before that and when it arrived it was cold

Last two orders massively late. Marked as despatched on the app but then when it doesn't arrive after 30 mins, the takeaway tells me "it has just been dispatched".

The Singapore Chow Mein was good but the Crispy Chicken sauce had lumped together and wasn't nice at all. The Prawn crackers didn't taste very good and sadly the barbecue ribs were terrible and went in the bin. Could always rely on tasty food from here but won't be ordering again. I'd have a refund if I could.

Chicken in lemon sauce was over cooked dry and rubbery, curry sauce was bland and no taste and the beef in the special fried rice was rough and dry

Can't go wrong with Crispy Duck Express. I am on a gluten free diet and I can still eat from this Chinese. Beef Ribs and egg fried rice is yummy.

Disappointed today. Food was nice but the size of the prawn crackers was a joke. 13 full prawn crackers and a few bits for £2.80.

Chow main had no favour and not much meat . Sweet n sour had loads of oil on top Daughter in law said her curry was tasteless . Garlic chilli chips had no taste Can’t say what the special fried rice is like has son hasn’t eaten it yet . Waste of money Bought has a birthday treat 😟

Special curry was disgusting, mainly onions in it, hardly any meat n there was hardly any taste in the sauce, I could of made a better one at home with the mayflower curry powder from b&m...won't be ordering again

I'm usually very happy with the food from here but this time the food turned up cold and dried out. I didn't enjoy it at all and ended up leaving most of it. Hopefully it was just a one off.

The service was very good, only if the food was as up to scratch. Was very poor. Just all tasted like the same thing and nothing had much flavour. Wouldn’t be eating from here again.

I asked for no bean sprouts in my order on the note but there was bean sprouts in my chow mein

Food was an hour late cold and greasy. It went straight in the bin. Absolutely appalled and disgusted from poor service, bad food and being hoaxed into ordering from a supposedly local legend. Do not use this restaurant at all costs unless you are prepared to be dissatisfied, disappointed, go hungry and put food / money in the bin.

The food arrived very late Didnt taste fresh, was cold The service from the driver was poor. This restaurant is normally my regular place but after spending £40+ the poor service I recieved, I will be unfortunately considering somewhere else.

I do love the crispy duck but something needs to be done about the delivery time it's really bad i had to phone twice to see where the food was waited hour phone said it would be here with in 20 mins waited another 20 mins still not here when food finally arrived food was good

Unfortunately the experience with Crispy Duck Express was disappointing. The food was late, we did get a text however but I did still have to call the restaurant. The curry was terribly bland and the Yuk Sung was overly salty. I think we have been incredibly unlucky as the restaurant has high reviews and scores high out of 5.

Food was due between 7.40-8 I called after 8 to see where it was as it hadn’t arrived After having to push for a time frame I was told it’d be 20 mins. The food arrived at 8.35 Everything was cold - the chips had to go in the bin This is the third time in a row - we love the food when it’s hot etc so didn’t want to order from elsewhere - to lose customers due to delivery time is a shame

We order from crispy duck quite a few times but this time we had a big order we didnt recieve the egg fried rice and food was delivered cold. Not their usual standard.

Call crispy duck numerous times about my late order all they could tell me was it was with the driver first time I called was 10 mins late they said it had been with driver 5 mins already when not finally arrived it was cold to the touch called them back manager wasn’t available so chucked the whole thing in the bin!

Over an hour late and of course food was cold this isn’t the 1st time I have had very late delivery Fro crispy won’t be ordering again

2 hours and 10 minutes later and still waiting for the food. Rang them numerous times and they keep saying they're busy and I can collect it myself if I want, after I've payed for delivery! Won't be using again.

I ordered at 17.30. food eventually arrived at 20;05. I know its chrismas eve but I have had the same service on quieter days. The driver eventually arrived and seemed rather unapologetic for his lateness. I addressed a lady on the phone at 19.00 who said the items would come 10 minutes later and it turned into a hour. They said that closer proximity orders were fulfiled first but we live 10 minuets away and had to wait a hour? The driver when questioned then said.that orders were fulfilled based on 1st to last. we were deliberately misinformed to conceal tardiness and poor communication. I have ordered from them in the past and had drivers take 40-50 minuets on quieter days. I obviously will not be ordering from them again and take vigilance if you choose to.

40 minutes to arrive from when I received a message to say it was on its way. Food was cold, not even warm..... just cold.

Always amazing food - got in from work and really fancied a Chinese, delivered early & tasted incredible, just what I needed after a long day!

been waiting 2 hours since i ordered the food phoned for them to say its leaving in 10 mins. 30 mins later still waiting for food and now there not answering there phone !!!

Chicken looked undercooked. Curry itself was very thin and watery. Prawn crackers came in a plastic bag bit many were stale. Food wasn't very warm either. Disappointed in the food tonight. And didn't really eat much of it. Delivery time was OK.
