The driver went to the wrong location twice, despite me placing a pin on the map and trying to give instructions when called

The delivery driver went out of his way to stop me from having to leave the hotel lobby, excellent service. The food was fantastic, if I lived in the area I would struggle to not order from here every single day! A++

An incredible little gem in Cambridge! You’re really spoiled for choice and it’s difficult to choose! Everything is delicious! Please do yourself a favour and order the Kinder Bueno crepe! Service was amazing and the manager is very nice and kind!

Do not go here…. Staff were so rude. We sat at a table near the toilets and a disabled man with crutches needed to get past and we moved the table to enable him to pass safely. Staff told us off for moving the table and did not care about the difficulty the disabled man had trying to get past.

New Year Visit I used to go to this restaurant frequently in the past. It has been too long and I haven't been here because I am busy doing reviews of other restaurants. Not many restaurants and shops open on New Year's day, so disappointing. With poor weather too. Glad to find that Crepeaffaire is opened for business. A good chance to write a review of Crepeaffaire. What a surprise that their portion didn't reduce over the years, so did the quality. The price was as reasonable as in the past. Got 10% off when you order by scanning the provided QR code in the restaurant too! Happy New Year!

the food was very cold, and wet everywhere and it was leaking as the coffee was not place right. . The delivery was very late. I would not order again. I guess it would be good if order at the place but not for delivery

Llevamos 20 minutos esperando una crepe y cuando le preguntamos a las camareras morenas con gafas fue muy poco educada y, como no soy inglés, se burló de mí, ¡haciéndome repetir la frase tres veces! ¡Por favor, no vayas allí! ¡Maleducadisinos! ¡No vayáis! Cuando le pregunté porque llevábamos 20 minutos esperando por un crepe se burló de mí, haciéndome repetir la frase en alto 3 veces. No vayáis es inadmisible tanta mala educación. Por cierto ni siquiera dejan cerrar la puerta. La camarera morena con gafas es súper maleducada

Updated review: Decided to try this place out again, crepe was lovely, staff were friendly and food arrived quickly. Cant say more than that, much better than prior experience years prior. Original Review: Crepe took ages, rude staff barged past my partner. Tbh, if you want a good crepe go down to the blue crepe van down the road. Better crepes and lovely staff.

Lovely place to stop for a treat! My wife and daughter had the vegan crepe and it wasn’t amazing, i shared biscoff waffle with my eldest and it was incredible! W we all said it was easily the best crepes and best waffles we hanged had! Would definitely recommend!

The crepes were semi cold, not heated through thoroughly. The coffee was great. The staff were nice. The cafe door was wide open on a cold December morning, Yet the heating was on. We asked the staff if we could close the door, but they said they had no extractor fan, so we sat with our coats on eating semi cold crepes and delicious coffee. Won’t return, thanks.

Beautiful food, well worth a visit!

An absolute gem to find especially if you have dietary or allergy requirements, food is so yummy and price is very reasonable. Staff were very kind, intentive and took my allergens seriously which feels so rare these days and was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Cambridge.

Lovely crepes (both savoury and sweet), nice staff, good coffee, good location. Went there twice last time and they remembered us, and gave us the free ice cream we didn't use in the the kids lunch meal later. That's great service!

The crepe was not what I expected. It was soggy and the strawberries were not fresh. When I flipped the other side of the crepe, it was burnt! My husband said the crepe was more like something our daughter would make for the first time.

Desafortunadamente este lugar NO es adecuado para celiacos, con solo una sartén operando y un pequeño espacio de cocina inadecuado para evitar la contaminación cruzada. Para los dos del partido que hicieron el pedido, las crepes de loto y de bueno más amables fueron buenas, pero no sobresalientes. Por el precio, junto con dos batidos (media de nuevo) y dos cafés (media y sírvete azúcares? ) no fue genial y ciertamente lo sería en otro lugar a menos que mejoraran su juego.

Absolutely love this place.. ordered my fave, the Fiorentine crepe and was yummy as usual. Only flaw is that there’s no option to request extra hollandaise sauce, that would make it so much better

Disappointing chocolate muffin had obviously been in the open all day and was dried out. Initial response was “it was fresh this morning”. When I said it was inedible they offered a refund which hasn’t appeared. So an expensive coffee - unlikely to patronise again.

I went to Crepeaffaire and really love it! The crepes were fresh and tasty. I had a Nutella crepe, and it was soooo delicios. The staff were nice, and the place felt cozy. It's a great spot for a quick snack, and I’ll go again for sure!

The crepe is nice and sweet. I love the 3£ deal, so worth it. The atmosphere is nice and there is free wifi. Food is ordered and paid online.

I have to say overrated. Crepe very average, toppings basic and no wow factor. Crepe was dry and welcome haphazard. Disappointing overall for the price.

Lovely cafe, doing a selection of savoury and sweet crepes. Cool tip: on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, their sweet crepes are reduced to £3 (from around £8)!!! I had the Oreo crepe - very tasty. Polite and friendly staff, table service. Recommend.

I have walked across this place for 3 years and it is fairly busy. A few months ago I finally popped into Crepeaffiara and ever since I'm a regular here....love their waffles and crepes. The staff and owner, Bonina, are very warm and always welcoming! I always request them to toast my waffles slightly golden brown which they happily do 😀 the only time I eat sugar is when I have the sweet waffles and crepes here and it's absolutely worth it!! Highly recommends Crepeaffaire!!!

I got into crepe affaire without an idea of what to eat but the ladies were awesome. They customised a meal to my taste and I was over the moon!!!! Taking that I’m a chef myself, believe me hen I say it’s a good place to walk in, have a coffee and have a bite!!!!

Lovely staff, couldn’t get to order anything as came too late but still had a nice chat with them and made me feel comfortable and enjoy my time although not having anything to eat , while I’m sure I would’ve enjoyed their food if I had ate.

Sorry, very disappointed. We had a hungry family, tried to queue for a pizza nearby, but gave up because of long queue. No queue at the creperie, maybe a clue? 2 staff in empty shop wanted us to order via app! Eventually did it for us, took 2 of them about 5 mins to enter an order for 7 folk, FORGOT to deliver one item even after that. Ridiculouly expensive for what I would call small crap crepes which were soggy. Stopped at McD on way back to get far superior food at about a fifth of the price. McD was Royston, whereas this charges central Cambridge prices, but even so unacceptable to me.

We have been there with my 2 year old son. Bonina gas treated us excellently with a professional approach and also friendly and warm. Our son was crying and she kindly came to calm him down. She also fed him as he didn't want to eat. She has been awesome. Thank you Bonina

I had a great experience in Crêpeaffaire. Everything was wonderful, the food was amazing and the staff are incredible. We enjoyed the margarita crepes and my boyfriend enjoy a lot the Lotus milkshake :). Highly recommend. Thank you very much for your wonderful experience :).

In the heart of Cambridge, Crêpe affair will satisfy all your craves and needs. We visited this place a few weeks ago , and was instantly mesmerised by the lovely manager - she was a lovely Italian lady who was very welcoming , kind , and a very big heart. We tried the Nutella Crêpes and Waffles that was super moist , sweet and fluffy. The fruits on top were fresh and delicious! We hope to be back again soon! Thank you! P.s you have to try fresh cannoli , especially pistachio flavour! Very good!

The place is very nice and welcoming, the food tastes very good. They can prepare you crepes, juices, croissants and the cappuccino is top. Furthermore, the owner is very funny. A place specializing in crepes but not only, in fact other desserts such as cannoli and croissants are also very good. Welcoming place especially thanks to the very nice owner (of Italian origins).

A really lovely cozy cafe for eating crepes and waffles! My friend and I had the banana split crepe and an Oreo waffle. The food tasted amazing and the staff were friendly. The seats were comfortable as well and I enjoyed resting and eating there.

I usually come here daily for a single shot cappuccino, which is sweet enough without me needing sugar. The pesto formaggio and ham & cheese crepes are my favourite. The hazelnut cannoli is good too. The music is usually very good. Upbeat rock/pop of the late 90s and early 2000s. The best is the view. It overlooks an old church and you often see all sorts of students and tourists just going about their business. It's also a pet friendly cafe, and if you're lucky, you'll meet a friendly dog!

Awful crepes. I ordered an eggs Benedict crepe. The actual crepe appeared to be the same as they use for the sweet ones. There was no discernible egg Benedict , just a squishy mess inside. I only ate it because I was hungry. Only good thing there was the mint tea.
