Sorry, very disappointed. We had a hungry family, tried to queue for a pizza nearby, but gave up because of long queue. No queue at the creperie, maybe a clue? 2 staff in empty shop wanted us to order via app! Eventually did it for us, took 2 of them about 5 mins to enter an order for 7 folk, FORGOT to deliver one item even after that. Ridiculouly expensive for what I would call small crap crepes which were soggy. Stopped at McD on way back to get far superior food at about a fifth of the price. McD was Royston, whereas this charges central Cambridge prices, but even so unacceptable to me.

We have been there with my 2 year old son. Bonina gas treated us excellently with a professional approach and also friendly and warm. Our son was crying and she kindly came to calm him down. She also fed him as he didn't want to eat. She has been awesome. Thank you Bonina

In the heart of Cambridge, Crêpe affair will satisfy all your craves and needs. We visited this place a few weeks ago , and was instantly mesmerised by the lovely manager - she was a lovely Italian lady who was very welcoming , kind , and a very big heart. We tried the Nutella Crêpes and Waffles that was super moist , sweet and fluffy. The fruits on top were fresh and delicious! We hope to be back again soon! Thank you! P.s you have to try fresh cannoli , especially pistachio flavour! Very good!

Milkshake was much smaller and sadder looking than advertised. Crêpe was tasty.

The place is very nice and welcoming, the food tastes very good. They can prepare you crepes, juices, croissants and the cappuccino is top. Furthermore, the owner is very funny. A place specializing in crepes but not only, in fact other desserts such as cannoli and croissants are also very good. Welcoming place especially thanks to the very nice owner (of Italian origins).

A really lovely cozy cafe for eating crepes and waffles! My friend and I had the banana split crepe and an Oreo waffle. The food tasted amazing and the staff were friendly. The seats were comfortable as well and I enjoyed resting and eating there.

Love coming here! I usually get sweet crepes, but the savory ones are great as well.

I usually come here daily for a single shot cappuccino, which is sweet enough without me needing sugar. The pesto formaggio and ham & cheese crepes are my favourite. The hazelnut cannoli is good too. The music is usually very good. Upbeat rock/pop of the late 90s and early 2000s. The best is the view. It overlooks an old church and you often see all sorts of students and tourists just going about their business. It's also a pet friendly cafe, and if you're lucky, you'll meet a friendly dog!

Lovely welcome and crepes are absolutely yummy! Brought us iced water without even asking, on a really hot day Will back soon!

Awful crepes. I ordered an eggs Benedict crepe. The actual crepe appeared to be the same as they use for the sweet ones. There was no discernible egg Benedict , just a squishy mess inside. I only ate it because I was hungry. Only good thing there was the mint tea.

This place forces you to order by your phone. However I had no mobile signal (Vodafone network) and the store WiFi wasn't allowing connections (attempted on 2 different phones) so was stuck gormlessly trying to order for 10 mins until staff just took the order directly. Tried to order the vegan Lotus milkshake, to be told they weren't doing milkshakes... all in all pretty pathetic. The crepe was nice though, but hardly a bargain. The hot chocolate was poorly stirred and all the chocolate stick to the bottom of the mug.

A bit cold and noisy but not atmospheric. The food was pretty good and made fresh to order. They have an app for table service but 2/3 of us didn't have any phone signal. The staff were helpful and attentive and took our order before we could work out the app problem. They have vegan and gluten free options and the coffee was nice.

Only dropped in for coffee and a muffin. Coffee was really good, the nicest we have found so far on a Cambridge trips. . Muffin was good too. Staff friendly and work non stop as it’s so popular.

Food was good but it arrived piecemeal. The service, well, staff trained by Basil Fawlty. Wearing t-shirts saying “crepes make you happy” was ironic. Maybe the staff should consume more of their own product.

My granddaughter had a ‘create your own waffle’ very good value, staff so friendly even offering more toppings, she was in waffle heaven, the latte I had was so tasty too, will make this a regular stopping point in future ❤️

We had absolutely delicious pancakes, and the service was exceptional, so good with our older son and made me feel comfortable when breastfeeding our youngest, looking forward to returning and trying more off the menu

The worst Matcha I ever had. No effort to even wipe out matcha so it’s not floating in lumps.

Friendly service . Ordered breakfast crepe surprisingly filling. Dropped my ear buds worker kindly helped me look for it on the floor. Another customer found it near their seat.

Great quality & lovely staff in Cambridge. My Avocado Superveg was delicious & very filling but the single crepe for Lemon & Sugar was disappointing so lost a star overall. Coffee was perfect! Edit: the L&S crepe itself was lovely. The fact it as just ONE crepe was it's downfall for the price. The other dessert crepes were very much enjoyed. Would definitely visit again.

Spent a pleasurable hour or so one Sunday morning, having brunch with my son. On arrival plenty of places to sit, and had a quiet corner. However gradually filled, but didn't feel rushed to leave the premises by staff etc Ordered at the table using the QR code, and food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. Crepe nor coffee did not disappoint.

The food tastes good. They have savoury and sweet crêpes and also milkshakes.

Took a little trip to Cambridge today as the UK weather had picked up and stumbled upon Crepeaffaire. Just want to start off by saying I’ve never felt so welcomed in an establishment - the service, friendliness and attentiveness was beyond exceptional. The General Manager who served was such a sweetheart with a lovely, bubbly energy about her. Of course the crepes and iced vanilla latte’s were wonderful - opted for the Mexican Chicken crepe (delicious!) and the Maple Syrup crepe with bananas and strawberries (absolutely divine!). Would very highly recommend and really hope to be back again 🤍

Delightful, creative crèperie. Great atmosphere, comfortable, cosy, fresh & delicious food - and utterly charming staff. Manageress provided truly outstanding and remarkably kind service, when my mother-in-law popped in for her very first visit (on 21 April)… in a muddle, and needing some help. A week later, she is still gushing about that happy experience - and promises to go back regularly.

All good - as always. Quick order taking and delivery to the table - much appreciated as we were in a hurry to get to a presentation and had only a brief break for lunch. Additionally as a Coeliac I appreciate the gluten free galettes

Very poor service, lack of cleanliness of the place, our table was really dirty and there was not intention to keep it clean for customers. I was disappointed this time. We wanted to celebrate with my family an special occasion, sadly either the staff was tired or they didn’t make an effort to even take an order from my teenager nephew and he was ignored. It’s not difficult to make people feel welcome to a place where we come often, at least before this experience. What a pity to have a good product but to loose customers because of staff attitude and lack of cleanliness.

A friend told me we should try this place and was pleasantly surprised. I had the "im having what she's having" and was really good.

A great place for a good meal. The interior is very cozy and comfortable. The food is great, with lots of options on the menu, and at a very good price. Service on the day I went was great.

Both the coffee and the crepes ordered have been excellent. The waitress was very careful and kind to everyone. We went with 3 small children and 2 teenagers.

Staff was very rude. I waited for 10 minutes but no one attended to me. Staff raised their voice at me when I tried to sit down at an empty table.

Popped here after a theatre visit. Wasn’t 100% convinced it was going to be open but glad it was and there were tables. We noted the sticker on the table that said to order via ur phone which we did and received 10% off using the code. Staff around but no acknowledgment as such but I did hear them explaining things to some customers who hadn’t clocked the stickers. Good came and was nice. I had ultimate Nutella and hubby had lotus biscuit. Wish we had had it served on the plate rather than a piece of paper that the food either stuck too or had started to disintegrate. The ice cream was in a little separate dish which was nice but no spoon to use to get it out which was tough using a fork when it had melted. Overall happy and would recommend

I went here today to meet a friend. The table was dirty and stained my top. I had to ask someone to remove the old plates from the previous customer. I ordered a gluten free crepe with ham and cheese. The ham and cheese were fine, but sadly the buckwheat crepe was not great. Service very poor. Food average. Atmosphere good.

Excellent quality food and coffee! Good service. A bit high price, but you get what you pay for. Online ordering also works ideally, at the table, using the QR code. You have paid immediately!

Don’t bother going in here if you don’t want to order your coffee online! The employee was sat at a table doing stuff on a laptop and just shouted over at us to order our drinks online instead of serving us like any normal place would. We were shocked. We are local and have never been treated so rudely in any other cafe in Cambridge. They need to look after their customers. Would not recommend

Wonderful food, cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff

We had a great lunch at Crêpeaffaire - their pancakes were absolutely delicious and the hot chocolate and coffee was good. Prices were reasonable too. It's best to come a little early as it got quite busy at noon.

Met with a very warm welcome. Easy to order in person or the app. Food was cooked fresh and was absolutely delicious. I could've easily eaten it again. Fabulous place, will be back.

Great crepes, beverages, and service!

This is a great little independent cafe at the quieter end of the city centre. They do a nice line in freshly made crepes, and decent coffee. The staff are friendly and service is quick.

Nice sweet and savory crepes, though a bit expensive. You have to order and pay via your mobile phone. When we visited the cafe was crowded, we felt rushed.

This is a lovely place. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Not only that but also my daughter who has multiple food allergies, and eating out is always an issue, was able to have a pancake too. She loved it!!! We are definitely going back, and soon 😊

Walked past this place for years but today I finally went in. I had a waffle with maple syrup and whipped cream and it was delish! I'll be back

The waffle is so tasty, it’s a must when visiting here!! The online order is a bit complicated. The service is okay, a little delayed but understandable. A nice place to visit for sweet tooth.

Ordering is only via qr codes on the table which makes it a bit unwelcoming.

Horrible order experience. The lady just called me and told me to cancel my order because they don't have the ingredients, expecting me to pay the charge. I suspect they were closing up and didn't feel like taking a last minute order, which is fine, but cancel it yourself, don't make me pay for an unfulfilled order... Rude af

Very handy branch of this chain / global franchise and within the centre. First of all very positive vegan friendly menu and well marked as such, exactly how brands should do this so credit for that. So why is the service so hum drum and borderline grumpy, drinks almost just chucked on our table with no interaction and lacked any sense happy to be there? The vegan crepes were at best 'ok', not at all hot but luke warm, savory filling ok and crepe batter not exactly 'super lovely' (more dry vs other vgn crepes weve had). Not sure why the service misery but otherwise may return to see if our food was just a one off as if the norm would be a shame
