Cafe Aristo in Cambridge

I had to stop in due to a nosebleed. The staff was very helpful and nice. I bought a hot chocolate and a panini, both of which were very tasty and fairly priced.

The oat milk latte is delicious. The cafe is on my way to the university, and it's nice to get a decent cup of coffee to start my workday. The barista is also friendly.

Really lovely spot to sit and absorb the atmosphere around. The cafe has 10/10 music taste - definitely recommend if you’re a fan of Radiohead! I had a great panini but do note that there is limited space to sit

Ordered a latte with an extra shot of coffee and charged £2 extra (price of an espresso). I checked this was correct and the barista assured me it was. Coffee was also poorly made. Avoid if you want a strong coffee.

Awesome little coffee shop. Excellent coffee, excellent cakes / biscuits, and switching milk out for non dairy was absolutely no problem. We will be back.

The options and food is just about Okay. The server doesn't even bother to heat the Sandwiches without asking for it. Extremely limited place to sit and eat

Very good, i was only looking for a italian coffee maker, they also gave me a free bag of kimbo coffee. Recommended 100%. Please don go to a Starbucks, if you are looking for good coffee come here. Also here the latte is excellent

despite my chai latte being made of the same mass-produced powder as every other, the barista at Aristo made it with such care that it genuinely was elevated above its station. a mid-price location -- more than the sausage truck just down the street, less than a chain or a loftier independent.

One of the very good coffee places in Cambridge. And it is very close to a beautiful place on the river. You can take your coffer and enjoy the view on the river.

I believe Italians have the best experience in making coffee and this is one of those places where you can get Italian quality and taste in your cup! It is a small cafe at the corner of Silver Street, you probably will cross this café if you are visiting the Mathematical bridge or going for punting or simply roaming in the streets of Cambridge!. They serve coffee, some wraps and desserts (typical bakery stuff) and ice creams! The interiors of the café is cutely done but there is no place to sit and usually a long queue to order and take away! Hope you enjoy your cup of coffee as much as I did!!

Great! Best Coffee in Cambridge and better service. Besides the drink there’s sandwiches and bakery’s delicatessen. The barista is amazing. If you go there ask for Alexandra.

We called in here for coffee and a cold drink, the air conditioning was very welcome on such a hot day. Nice coffee, albeit in a cardboard cup. The pastries looked delicious but unfortunately we'd had a huge breakfast.

Passive aggressive customer service. To be open for business and run it successfully you should not be rude with your clients. Won't recommend it, won't be back.

On a recent visit, there was a quite few people in the cafe, the girl serving who was there by herself, was making coffees and panini to order quickly and efficiently, and still with a smile.

Looks tiny from outside but actually very spacious once you walk in. Tidy layout and super friendly staff. Decent coffee with reasonable price unlike some other cafes in town. Highly recommend

With time to kill waiting for our punt tour we popped in for a snack, baguettes and cups of tea to take on to the punt as it was a cold day. Friendly lady serving and must benefit from close proximity to the punt boarding quay

I went into the cafe, having a nice day seeing the city for the first time. I asked if the cafe had dairy free milk because I am allergic, they said no, so I asked where the nearest cafe might be that could have dairy free milk. The woman just laughed in my face and said no. I have never been treated by staff like this ever, the customer has a right to their preferences and if you cannot serve someone with allergies then they have the right to go somewhere that can!

Poor food, good choice of drinks and the waitress. Ordered some food and waiting for a very bready chicken melt thing with not much chicken. Then the waitress said she had to go out and ask me to leave. Also she has little or no customer services skills.

Dropped in on a nice saturday two weeks ago this shop had a line almost out of the door, service wasn't quick but it solved our problem for finding food near to the punting. I'm told the sausage roll was excellent and the drinks were cold. Pop there again if I come back, most likely if I dare to go punting again

Didn’t manage to actually become a customer of this place, so this probably will get removed shortly... but it was a bit of a surreal experience to come in looking for a morning coffee, say ‘hello’ twice but not manage to get attention of a waitress standing behind the counter with her face very much in her mobile phone... Never experienced anything similar to this complete lack of attention. Well I guess it’s not customers who pay the wages... just an annoying part of the job we are...

This is a very small takeaway cafe that serves really good coffee and snacks at a very reasonable price. We had 2 lattes, 2 hot tuna melt paninis and a muffin which was less than £10 in total. There is no where to sit but you are very close to the the River Cam where you can grab a seat and watch the punting. We were lucky that we ordered our food at 12, when we went past it later it was very busy

Had a couple of great coffees here on a recent visit to Cambridge. Great chap behind the counter on that Saturday. Good pastry and cake selection too. No seating so takeaway only. I could not find the cafe listed on TA and so submitted this listing.
