We recently visited creams cafe,On my last two visits I felt unwell and nauseous. I thought it was just a coincidence but I just took my grand-daughter Noga and she felt unwell for two days.The server put his thumb on the scoop in contact with the sorbet. Maybe that was the reason........

I cant believe this so just now I went creams its my local one I haven't been for last 3 years you would think from bad reviews feedback they would improve on a lot aspects especially when they have competitors who are far more understanding when it comes to constructive criticism or feedback. I came today ordered apple crumble with hot custard I specifically said warm it. They couldn't because it would melt the plastic I didn't ask for it to be hot warm would of been good enough they couldn't deliver it the staff member serving gave attitude when I said there are more desserts places that do even big chains I simply said that's why I haven't come here nor been other creams he said then don't come here. So unprofessional. Creams when it first opened back in the day were sp good. Creams and staff need to use initiative he could of put it in the small espresso cup and covered with cling film or simply put it on top of the crumble. Indulge, shake bakes, treats are far more better and their quality is much better. This attitude with this generation of youngsters is astonishing. I'm 43 we wasn't allowed to give attitude back to customers at all. Again something called customer service training given by all companies. Feedback is there to help companies improve and have retention for customers not make them feel the place is bad.

We visited Creams with our kids, and it was such a fun experience, we ordered the waffles, brownies, and ice cream. The kids loved the 'create your own cookie doe' option, and the staff was so patient and friendly. It's a fantastic family-friendly spot" One staff member in particular that stood out was guy named Sam he was very good with my kids and very, very polite. I will definitely be returning with my family soon.

I visited creams cafe borehamwood recently and was fortunate enough to be served by Snehal. Her warm and friendly personality immediately put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. The female staff working on 19/8/24 between 1pm to 3pm has no customer service skills at all kindly train your staff to attend customer first when the shop is not at all busy .. I’ve been coming to this place so many times never had this issue and the staff has no patience could see on the body language..

I’m a big fan of waffles…. Unfortunately creams in Borehamwood has really disappointed me few times now…and I’m not the person to say something but it really got to me now…. The staff are not trained properly to be competent to deal with the orders or doing the orders as per the menu, one of the staff asked me what was my order…very untidy… mess everywhere…seats were dirty… Very disappointed….

Delicious desserts, a bit cold but very tasty , I do recommend having at least two members of staff at all times even if not busy as other things can be done. Other than that the prices are good and display amazingly done.

I have been to many Creams locations over the last couple of years and Borehamwood was by far the best. The staff exceeded expectations and were very kind and helpful. I came here for my son’s birthday and he absolutely loved it. I also have to mention, the customer service was absolutely brilliant, the food was great and it was very quick to come out. The manager/assistant manager was very professional and he even gave my son complimentary treats for his birthday. I recommend this place to anyone in or around the Borehamwood area. Loved it. 👍👍👍

Took kids for ice cream . Ordered coffee for me and my husband , took ages to make 2 coffees 25-30 min although 3 workers were there and not busy at all . Latte and cappuccino was absolutely disgusting, nothing like latte or cappuccino, but they both had a same bed taste. Waste of money and my time

Just ordered via Deliveroo and they sent the wrong item in my order. How difficult is it to read something and provide what was ordered? Poor!

Waffles and pancakes were okay but the place itself was dirty, litter on the floor, tables dirty. I went with my daughters and when they needed the toilet we were told that the toilets are out of order (it’s been like this for a few month now). When I insisted they opened one, fully functional, but utterly dirty, smelly. This place should not be allowed to operate until these problems are sorted.

RIP OFF. Instead or using a normal sized scoop they use a tiny icecream scraper. The icecream couldn't be seen as the scoop was so small it was buried in the cone, so we asked for another scoop (again, a tiny one, but at least my child could lick the icecream). Toppings? Sure, marshmallows please. So we got exactly FIVE tiny, baking type marshmallows and got charged £1 for the topping (20p per marhsmallow!). So, we ended with a one standard cone, what looked like one scoop of icecream, and 5 marshmallows. That cost £6. I can't wait to see this place close down.

Considering we finally have a British summer, the need to for ice cream shops is higher then ever. Sadly, only few chains left around. None to be honest is really tempting. Not sure why creams picked that black and purple colour theme for the chain. I personally find these shops feel almost unwelcoming. Maybe it is just me... Still, we fancied ice cream and with long summer days, we assumed just after 8pm is still early but they guys running the shop seemed keen to ensure by 9pm the door will be shut and started to clean tables, lock doors and limit business to take away. Not smart if I was the owner of the chain and considering the heat these days. Ice cream choice is quite basic but the ice cream was good and the milkshake was even better. So good ice cream, decent coffee but it seems the same in all shops of these chain, something is off about the experience.

My time there was unplesnt and the strawberry saw was un edible it tastes like plastic and the posters aren't catchy meaning no customers.The open doors leave flysheet to come in and a fly landed on my food this is unsanitary and they need to sort this out as well as this makes hay fever there number 1 problem so many people have this and they will lose customer because. until then I will not recommend and will not visit again this is shamefull and they should be ashamed absolutely disgraceful

This review is for the staff, they are excellent! I popped in quickly at 9pm today (hottest day of the year so far) and they had been extremely busy all day. Yet they greeted me warmly, they were chatty and friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job. A shout out to the two guys on shift this evening! Keep going boys.

Fat white guy in particular who works there has an attitude, doesnt even bother wearing the correct uniform. most of the staff swear behind the counter and are generally very unprofessional. excessive waiting times for poor quality products, never had a good experience, place has poor cleanliness, overall not a good thing to say about the place.

Waiting for 40 minutes for 3 milkshakes and all that could be heard through the store was various swearing from the staff behind the counter The staffs behaviour by shouting and swearing made us feel very uncomfortable and eventually we asked for take away milkshakes and left - it’s a great pity because the desserts and milkshakes are good but not worth the environment

Went with husband and kids on a Sunday evening to eat in, venue was really quiet so thought we’d be in and out quite quickly, was told there was a 15 min wait for food. Half an hour later we’re still waiting. Food comes after about 45 mins, slush puppies were far too sweet you could barely drink them. The guy at the front was really apologetic but just not good enough. Definitely will not be going back.

I ordered 2 thick shakes 1 millionaire waffle and 1 bunny bum Sunday and they charged me £35.80 but it should it come to £27.80 so that's a £8.36 overcharge I would not recommend this business to anyone the staff was rude and not helpful and was to busy on the phone I will definitely NOT be coming here again

I’ve just been into creams Borehamwood with my daughter to get a couple of takeaway ice creams. The nicest guy was behind the counter - very thirsty little girl so he gave us iced water. It’s little things like this that make you return and recommend to friends. Top marks.

Arrived at the restaurant 19/03/2023 at 8:30pm and waited 15 minutes at the till without being greeted or apologising for the wait and with no one in front of me whilst the staff was prioritising deliveries and dealing with drivers who had pushed through in front. Once finally ordering waited a further 15 minutes whilst they continued doing other things and when receiving the order which was 1 shake and 2 scoop of ice cream (takes 1 min max to prepare) the shake was complete liquid and had no flavour at all therfore had to come back and ask for it to be remade , waited a further 5 - 10 minutes they gave me the shake however threw the straw onto the counter in front of me instead of passing it in my hand and did not apologise and walked off. Will not be coming back to this branch. Staff were swearing about the restaurant getting busy before closing time and made customers feel uncomfortable being there.

Wasn't even particularly busy. Waited at the counter first in line for nearly 20 minutes and they still didn't have time to take my order. Also needs work on cleanliness. So left to go somewhere else. Won't be going back there again.

We met up with our friends and kids for the day and decided to go to Creams at end of the day. The venue is so clean and spacious. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. I was having some difficulties deciding which ice cream to go for. They gave recommendation and I have to say they were spot on! Our kids loved the food and was so full. Best sundaes you can get in town! especially the oreo

- Hot drinks, nachos and any savouries snacks were closed by 8:15ish pm. Only waffles, pancakes & ice creams were served. Should consider needs of people evening preferences not everyone has sweet tooth and operate hot drinks/savouries till close recommended.

The food is better when you eat in compared to a takeaway. The staff were really helpful when we attended and the resteraunt is very clean and well maintained.
