Ridiculously expensive. £4.09 for one scoop of ice cream in a cone. The place was empty and no wonder why.

I used to go here during lockdown and thought I would go yesterday for an ice cream. I had a cone with 2 scoops. The scoops were so tiny they fell into the cone. I paid £6.95! You are better off going to McDonalds for an ice cream to be honest. The new owners seem to be undoing all the good the old owners did.

Recent change in ownership with an obvious impact on quality, price and even smaller portions, in regards to the ice-cream.

Really poor value for money; not only small ice cream portions, but also overpriced.

The establishment has clearly changed hands. The tables and chairs are new, the choice of ice-cream varieties is still good, and our order arrived quickly. Music was mindnumbingly loud though and the menus were crumpled sheets of paper. Before leaving I popped into the loo. I kinda wish I hadn't- it clearly hadn't been cleaned for ages, the baby changing table had come off the wall and there was rust coloured sludge all over the hand dryer. I then glanced at the worktops the orders are prepared on when leaving and felt a lot less happy about the visit.

AVOID! I used to love this place but they seem to have had a change in ownership. Since then the service has declined and the orders are subpar. Here are some examples of food that is just not what I’d expect. A waffle without a back. A strawberry waffle with virtually no strawberry. A fruit waffle with hardly any fruit.

Went with friends. Good quality of items on menu, freshly made and at a fair price. If you show some compassion to staff they are willing to offer good service and doing their best. Will definitely visit again.

Dodgy place. A crepe and a waffle took over half an hour to arrive despite this small shop being only moderately busy, no apologies for delay. One drink arrived afterwards , one didn't. The small cup of tea that arrived was only half full of water, no plate to put the tea bag on, no milk provided. All the cutlery arrived wet, we had to dry it ourselves. The waffle arrived with no cream on it as described on the menu, the waiter realised and ran over, added it at the table after had started eating. Laughable really, staff were quite sarcastic throughout as well. Avoid this place for the reasons above, and it's not even reasonably priced either!

Wonderful place! Excellent assortment of flavours, very friendly staff, and most importantly - the ice cream is absolutely fantastic.

Utterly diabolical. The place was filthy, the staff had no clue what they were doing, the card machine was 'broken', my wife found a piece of plastic in her ice cream - and the ice cream itself was expensive, bland and tasteless. Avoid at all costs.

This place is absolutely shambolic, everything is made one at a time, as and when customers come in your order is put on hold whilst they deal with new customers. An hour for 3 crepes and an ice-cream Sunday, after 30 mins we had to ask if we were getting drinks. Kids wanted to go to the toilet, nope no light and no toilet seat. Staff totally out of their depth. Shut the place down and be done with it. RIP

Under new management and standards have dropped dramatically from previous owners.Miserable staff and slow service dirty mirrors behind counter and main windows again dirty.No Air conditioning running and on the hottest day of the year so far the main window was opened allowing a blast of heat into a ice cream shop very strange practice.A visit to the toilet proved challenging as no lights were working. I certainly will never give them my custom in future as plenty other options on high street. Avoid at all costs would be my recommendation

Good ice cream, great flavor and choices. Always a decent spot for the week end stop in family. Service is poor and since change of ownership the new waiters have no experience whatsoever of clients interactions. Could do with a bit of training and the place would then get a better rating.

This is a very nice, family friendly place. The staff were very welcoming and nice to be and my four year old. The only thing they could improve is the service, that was slow that day, and from that I could see they were not very busy. But the nice, friendly people that work there, made up for it! We will come back

First time going here. Toys where dirty No gloves were worn My baby had been sick and is unwell and so is my niece.

We got a cookie dough hotcake and two green smoothies, and they were delicious. The staff were so friendly and attentive and even gave us a board game to share. I can’t recommend it more!

Done an online order. Waited 2 hours of having Deliveroo drivers arrive and leave only for the order to them be cancelled. It’s happened 3 times now, will not be ordering from here again 😡

I made an order for my family. When the food arrived my wife’s milkshake was laying on its side in the bag and was empty, also my wife’s waffle order was placed in the bag upside down. When I phoned to complain I was called a liar on the phone. The gentleman then asked for my postcode which he would already have as he delivered my order. When it was The Cream’s Factory this never happened. I paid £35 for an order and can’t eat most of it. AVOID if you’re thinking of ordering from here. If I could give no stars as a review I would

Milkshake- was flavoursome and made with passion and love couldn’t have asked for a better milkshake to go with my football later on, I will happily dine here again.

The decor, post re-furb, is perfect for a parlour. The servers are really friendly and accommodating. The gelatos looked quite depleted and a bit ‘melty’ so we had a soft-serve (quite small) and tea. The coffee machine was ooo.

I’m not sure where the good reviews come from. The sorbet was okay and the milkshakes were terrible. The older gentleman who was working was also quite rude as when my wife asked to pay he told her to sit and relax. Luckily he came to his senses quickly. UPDATE: After looking through the reviews again, the only good reviews are from people making their first review, it is obvious to me that someone is posting fake reviews to inflate their score. STAY AWAY!

Went for ice cream & crepes on a Friday evening. Firstly we noticed the overwhelming heat in the shop, it was hotter than outside and left us with beads of sweat rolling down our foreheads as we ate, which we did quickly did to get out the heat. Ahead of time we checked their site where it clearly said they had vegan ice cream, but when we ordered the young staff member seemed completely confused by the word vegan and just pointed to all their regular ice cream. I quickly repeated myself in case he hadn’t heard me and he said he didn’t know and he’s new (didn’t even try to ask anyone else, when there were 3 other staff members). So I ended up having a plain crepe with lemon and sugar. My husband ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and when it arrived they plopped it in front of him and said ‘sorry it’s melted’. We definitely weren’t impressed and wished we’d stayed in and done it ourselves.

Worst milkshake I've ever had. I can't even call it a milkshake. It was just sweet milk. Order 2 for myself and my daughter. Two different flavors, so couldn't be a fluke. Will not go again.

Real Italian quality ice cream. It’s the best by far. I wouldn’t even consider going to any chain ice cream/desert shops! The Cream Factory ice cream it’s always fresh and very tasty, like you would eat in Italy. The service is always really good. Very clean and warm atmosphere. I would absolutely suggest it.

Popped into Creams Tonbridge and treated ourselves. Such a great place. Staff are outstanding and the food is utterly fabulous. Highly recommend

Great ice cream and service! Although we had a little hiccup with some mixed flavours at the beginning, I was very well impressed with how fast they corrected it and also kindly insisted I took some ice cream home at the end. Will definitely come back and bring my visitors.

It opened a few minutes late, but not by much. The service was good. The quality of the waffles was port, they were not crisp. The ice-cream was so-so. The chocolate cake was so dry it was hard to swallow. It was smothered in all kinds of sauces completely masking the taste of the cake but not enough to make it go down any faster. The other Creams I've been to are better. My daughter couldn't even finish her waffles.

'Creams' is the sort of place you cannot imagine not being in Tonbridge, a little goldmine in the summer and do well in the summer by doing coffee and pastry deals. Much more of a family feel than the likes of the coffee shops further in town. I really enjoyed a Lemon Sorbet here on a hot day, not too sweet and sharp enough to remind me of sherbert lemons, very refreshing. Sometimes a little too much choice and better to make the decisions whilst queuing up. Great to have something at the top of town and not lost amongst the middle of the high street.

We’ve been several times. Always a great selection of ice cream, crepes, milkshakes and waffles. The coffee is nice too. This evening I took my daughters and young nephew. My nephew fell over on the way to the shop and cut his elbow. The staff were brilliant - they gave me towels and water (bottled) to wash him down and a plaster. Such kind and caring people and they wouldn’t let me pay for the water. Thank you.

A great place to get a sweet treat such as one of their excellent waffles or milkshakes! The range is good, and although prices may seem quite steep, they're worth it! Overall, an amazing place to go!

Order a lot through Deliveroo or UberEats. The waffles are always great and the ice cream is good. Had a couple of small issues with them but always resolved very quickly and easily

It’s always hard to find an ice cream shop that gets the correct balance between legitimate flavour and good value... Creams have done it! No fake flavours (my caramel banana was flavoured with real bananas!) and good service is always a winner!

Creams is one of the very best additions to Tonbridge High street of late.We have visited on three occasions within the last couple of months. On every occasion the staff have been friendly and attentive. The restaurant is spotless, the food is sensational. The quality of the produce is exceptional, it’s really an artisan ice creamery.

Went with the family for a treat for the kids, very friendly staff, clean and bright seating area. The ice cream was of high quality, service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and will be back again

Came tonight with a group of 16 young people for our youth group social, Steven immediately put tables together for us and was kind and cheerful throughout. All the staff were so accomodating and cheerful throughout service. Food came out quickly and was yummy! We've been before for a youth group social and they were equally as kind and accomodating.

Love the desserts here. Nice to have small waffles. Lovely flakes and str aticela ice cream. Others had nice strawberries or bannas with different ice creams. All good. Glad its open till late.

While the food is not the most affordable, the quality far out weighs all cost.They have a nice selection of menu items and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are also quite attentive. Would recommend when hanging out with your friends.

Nice ice-cream and we had a good time but very surprisingly we found the staff very laid back serving us (a group of 10) which was odd since we were the only customers on a very wet day.

Got a milkshake and sat to kill some time during the afternoon. Came when school had just gotten out, so it was busy and noisy in there but can't fault them for that. So many options; very overwhelming! Very delicious too.

Nice Italian Ice cream parlour, with nice Italian Espresso - what's not to like? We enjoyed our visit very much. The owner was in attendance, but by no means intrusive - he was actually a very pleasant, and informative "Patron", giving us interesting little snippets of information about the Parlour, as he passed by going about his duties. Thanks for a very pleasant coffee break!
