Closed during working hours. We driven here to have breakfast and store is closed at 12pm. Unfortunately wasted trip. Wrong working hours displayed on the door and Google

Fantastic service, huge portions. Well worth walking here from other parts of the docks.

Small scoop of ice cream in an oversized scone for £3.50. An absolute ripoff! You are better off getting an ice cream in nearby Sainsbury’s.

I love the waffles but the owner needs to be careful with the night shift attendants. They respond grudgingly and when there are many requests they become lost and grumpy. Afternoon service is better

The place serves nicedesserts. We had a banofee with ice cream and milk chocolate cookie dough. Both were served with a side of ice cream. Cookie dough was nice, I will try waffle next time.

Really amazing waffles! The toffy sundae was a little too sweet but the waffles weren't. They balanced out perfectly. The atmosphere of the place was alright. Lots of good seating but the vibe doesn't match what the food is about.

Owner so rude and disrespectful. Just shouts at you and doesn’t even let you speak. That I decided to just avoid ordering altogether and resorted to ordering elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Poor customer service. The location was empty and the waitress was ignoring me. When she decided to speak to me she was arrogant. I ordered my ice cream, her and a colleague gave me a wrong product. I said this is not what I ordered and they started shouting at me.

Standard dessert as you get in the other branches. But the manager was so condescending and rude. Kept on talking and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways. Got 2 of the orders wrong but trying to correct his wrong doings would be like talking to a brick wall, happy Sunday xxx

Very bad customer service, the whole store was almost empty but the staff didn't bother to take any order. We waited for more than 15 mins looking at all the staff members but no one paid any attention. Other customers also kept waiting who came much before us. It was a pathetic experience to wait for more than 15 mins to just get someone's attention and we didn't get any and decided to leave the store without ordering. The staff was not even busy and kept pretending to be busy when there were hardly any customers in the store. Terrible customer service, ruined our mood and evening. Will never go back again.

Been going there ever since moved to Royal Wharf. Strawberry and Banana by Leanne is whati recommend. And you are lucky if Chris is taking orders and keeping the positive vibes. My family loves it!

First time i ordered I got plain ice cream and i received something that had nuts in it I called the store and the manager was very rude and said that they dont sell ice cream with nuts in it the second time I ordered a nutella crepe with strawberry i travelled all the way home and instead i saw that they had given me a waffle instead of a crepe. Im not sure if its just me but everytime i get food from here and dont eat in something is always wrong. The best option if buying here is to eat it in store.

Went here last Friday with friends and family great experience good customer service especially manager Chris very welcoming and professional. Will be visiting again.

Got one of their flavoured milkshakes, it was all milk and barely any flavour. Some of the time the milkshakes come out good, but there’s no consistency and for £6.50 a milkshake it’s not worth the risk, had to throw it away.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Creams Cafe Royal Wharf. When I asked one of the staff if I could try the Lemon ice cream before placing my order, he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying, "Are you expecting to have it for free?!" I was really shocked by his response since it is common to inquire about samples. To make matters worse, he rudely commented, "It's like going to McDonald's and asking to taste the Big Mac first." Shockingly, this guy said that he is the owner of the store, despite lacking basic customer service skills.

Awful experience, multiple pieces of plastic in my drinks and when we asked for a refund we got told there is nothing they can do.

The main guy serving who thinks he is the boss acts too bossy and is very loud. Wasn't too pleasant to be around him while waiting. I think the workers quietly hate him... I would suggest this boss to be a little more humble and treat the workers better! The ice cream isn't very tasty. The milk shake and apple crumble were nice.

It’s alright for a quick dessert, with the cookie dough, waffles, or ice cream being popular options but the coffee is terrible. It felt like flavored milk and I am not impressed.

The best Creams I've been to. Service was excellent, Non stop making people smile and laugh while serving. Plus the Royale Sunday was soo good! Couldn't finish it all as I was stuffed I definitely recommend this place!

Pretty poor. Staff looked like they genuinely would have preferred to be anywhere else but there. The cheesecake was frozen and the waffle looked better than it tasted. I won’t go there again.

Today we visited the place for the first time, even though we were the only customers, it took the person behind the bar about 10 minutes to pay attention to us and take our order. We ordered the simplest and easiest things they had on their menu - two ice creams and two espressos, the cones were handled without gloves or a napkin, which is extremely unhygienic, and the coffees were shocking - a full cup of watery tasteless coffee, nothing like single espresso (I always wonder why restaurants offer things that they do not know how to do).

Nice "sweet" place in royal wharf area serving all forms of sweets They have elaborate options on "create your own" kind of thing where you can choose from waffle, crepe and sundaes as the main base and huge list of toppings. The waffle was really soft with fresh fruits and the cream was good too. Everything was great except they need to work a bit on the savoury side. Service was quick and portion size okay.

Great desserts. Awful service. Two of the guys who were serving looked very uninterested and unfriendly, the place was a mess too.

Visited this branch today, as i was waiting to order - I’ve been told they “too overwhelmed with order so they couldn’t take my order” 😂😂😂 Two families behind me also been thrown away from the shop with the same reason. Rude customer service, no business sense at all. Not sure because they only been paid hourly/no manager on duty - the owner should still be accountable for the losses

Food was very nice and well made however the staff were rude and incompetent. Ordered to take out and was given no cutlery and when I went back to get it, the staff were rude about it. Also was given a fanta that needed a bottle opener to open, and couldnt open it. We werent given tissues either. Very annoyed at the customer service, 3 stars for the food.

It’s lucky to get even a star! I ordered 2 ‘thick shakes’ from this place. By far it had to be the worst milkshake I’ve ever ordered. Extremely milky and had very little flavour. It tasted literally like milk. The lady behind the counter was ok however a member of staff who seemed to be the manager was very rude and abrupt with his colleagues. Didn’t feel welcoming at all. I’ve escalated this matter to Creams Cafe UK. However funny how they don’t get back to me at all. Will be taking this matter in my own hands!

Went here with a few friends and waited 1 hour for my hot and cold sundae. The cake wasn't even warm let alone hot. My friend's hot cookie dough was served in 2 mins. 2 of my other friends had oreo milkshake and felt dizzy after they left. My other friend ordered hot chocolate which came warm/cold. Verh bad customer service. Not coming here again

I've been to this creams a few times, and although I've never had any issue with their desserts, yesterday I was shocked to see one of their staff members, using his hands without any gloves placing cut strawberries/bananas on somebody's waffle, I could see this particular individual walking around, and touching other surfaces. At least put on some gloves when handling food. My party of 4 was so shocked by this, that we decided to walk out.

Tiramisu was ok, service was lackadaisical if I’m being generous. When I walked in there was one table already seated and served with 3 staff working. I ordered and paid and was seated for 15minutes before the cashier came to tell me the ice cream I ordered was not in stock. They didn’t have my alternative option either. At this point I asked for a refund. Why did it take 15minutes after I had had paid and seated for you to tell me you didn’t have one of your best sellers available. To top it all off the tiramisu took another 10minutes to arrive. I can’t understand why since it was prepackaged so literally no prep was required. When I was asked to go to the till to get a refund (honestly, why don’t you have portable terminals?!) the colleague asked me what I had ordered. Excuse me??! And to top it all off I asked how long my refund would take to be processed he said it would be complete on the same day, he replied same day. I swiftly corrected him and told him that could not be the case and directed him to ask his manager to clarify. His manager confirmed a reasonable time. Hooray, you got something right. I asked the manager why Noone could tell me they didn’t have my ice cream available as there were no customers waiting. He confidently said, they should have asked me first and that was it. No apology. Don’t come here, The spoons are filthy, the service is laughable and it seems like incompetence truly reigns in this establishment. On the bright side, the tea wasn’t the worst, which is more than I was expecting by the time it came. Zero stars!!

We visited Creams at Royal Wharf as my Birthday treat and the food didn't disappoint. The Waffles were our favourite and the Strawberry sundae was a humongous yummy indulgence. Yanking away the stars as the place and tables were not clean. We requested the staff to clean table, which they then did but it kind of dampened the experience.

The staff didn’t seem able to understand that “cookie dough gelato” meant that i wanted gelato on my waffle and no the crumbs. The fudge pieces were rock hard and seemed likely stale, which is impressive not having been open for long. The waffle was freshly made and was nice enough but would have been nice if the gelato i asked and paid for was included. Probably wouldn’t go back, but if I did then would suggest to share 1 waffle between 2 adults.

The doughnuts are from frozen making it soggy and warm. Presentation was poor - chocolate, strawberry and tea splashes/prints on every dish. Tissue also had chocolate stains. Hygiene looks good nonetheless. The quality of the waffles and strawberries are a amazing.

On the website it’s saying opening at 9am went there 9:20 am on the window it was saying 10 am waited till 10 and there was no sign of them opening anytime soon…. When they are open the staff look like they are unbothered to be there.

Wouldn’t go back. The chap who took our order at the till was pretty impatient and decided to stop taking my order mid-way to make a waffle or pancake. I guess my half second pause on what to order was too long… so I then had to wait until he was done so I could complete my order and pay. It felt pretty rude. The Waitress came to the table twice, as our two desserts came at different times (not ideal - ice cream melts). First time she didn’t say a word, just put the dessert on the table and walked off. The second time, the waitress wandered round with our dessert and didn’t seem to believe my Wife when she suggested that this dessert was hers.. even though she’d asked every table in there already. There were also multiple tables that were left dirty with plates and crumbs. There didn’t seem to be much urgency in keeping the seating area clean. What’s it like in the kitchen? I ordered hot cookie dough, and I didn’t really get it frankly. The cookie dough was half baked and incredibly sweet. It needed half as much dough and something to balance the sweetness. More ice cream than the two scoops would probably do it. Meanwhile my wife ordered the waffle. It was actually good but again, the waffle was huge and the ice cream scoops were miserably small. She ordered an extra scoop (£2.50!!!) which actually came as a half scoop. A joke when you’re paying for half a Ben & Jerry’s for a scoop and what you get is half of that. And again the ratios were all off, and way too sweet. Given the name, Creams, we assumed the main thing was ice cream but seems like it’s just dessert. And ice cream is a side show or a pricey addition. We thought it is important to provide feedback because it’s newly opened and hopefully the owners will read this and sort some of the basic problems we experienced. And hopefully it’ll be a better experience for others in the future!

Tiny portions and so so expensive. Not worth it at all. Really unorganised and took more than 45 mins and was not good. Looked way bigger in the photo, £8 down the drain. Staff not helpful either.

5 star service, only thing I suggest is making the takeaway portions a little bit larger
