Genuinely the worst Café food experience I've had. Went here with some mates. I got a Spicy Sriracha Chicken hot pocket which was frozen inside with literal ice on the chicken and tomatoes, which was replaced when the issue was raised. However, I found it to be a weird tasting concotion of frozen flavours which just didn't work. For £7.25 you can do much better. Save your money and a possible night on the toilet.

Terrible. We ordered a hot drink, and they gave us a plastic straw - and it melted. Safety hazard. Also we had a cookie dough but it was horrible, the dough was just a lump of sugar and some syrup. The staff need more training - one asked me to retract a negative review and I don't expect this kind of service nowadays.

La comida... increíble, no podría recomendar los gofres de pollo palomitas de maíz más, los kebabs de frutas rociadas de chocolate eran suculentos. Big fan. The potions are big and everything is lovely. Sundaes are great and my friend is OBSSESSED with the cookie dough. Will not shut up about it. I bring them here just to shut them up for 5 minutes. Also the guy working gave up student discount cards. Big fan

Llegué allí con nietos y solo había otra mesa ocupada. Después de 10 minutos subí al mostrador para tratar de ordenar solo para que me dijeran que pasarían 10 minutos antes de que pudiera ordenar y luego 20 minutos antes de que llegara la comida. Nos fuimos con niños muy decepcionados y sin comida. Nunca más.

Terrible, ordered a waffle and arrived so cold. Told one of the servers and they ask me “ what do you want me to do about it? “ I just got up and left. Find it strange too I had to pay before receiving my order later found out this doesn’t happen ? Won’t be returning extremely rude staff needs training more.

Shocking service waited 20 minutes to order they took payment at the table then took a 40 mins for one of the two orders to come out then when we had to leave when the second came to get to the cinema on time they only brought half portion

Terrible experience...Took ages for the food to arrive, we waited about 45 minutes. My tiramisu hot pocket was really dry and didn't have any of the coffee custard inside, we had to ask for my partners because they had forgotten his order. I mentioned that there was no custard in mine and instead of getting me a fresh one they brought back the already cold one with a bit poured on. If it wasn't for who I assume was the owner who offered to do that, one of the waiters was pretty much disputing that it was dry even though you could see it was. Very chavvy clientele in there too. The marketing definitely makes this place look better than it is. Would avoid, if you want a nice experience go elsewhere!

The ice cookie dough and the ice creams were the best. It was a really good portion for not an expensive price. The 3 guys on shift were very welcoming and the service was amazing.

Hemos pedido a través de Deliveroo muchas veces en el pasado sin problemas, sin embargo, recientemente se hizo un pedido de dos postres y dos batidos! Al tomar un sorbo del batido Biscoff, me di cuenta de que había un poco de plástico en mi boca que claramente había estado en la bebida! Al inspeccionarlo parecía ser una pequeña cantidad de envoltura de galleta de galleta - no pensé mucho en ello, estas cosas suceden y procedí a beber más en qué parte de ella aparecía la envoltura se había mezclado con el batido! ? literalmente cada sorbo tenía un poco de plástico en él! inmediatamente tomamos fotos y lo levantamos con Deliveroo, pero genuinamente no entiendo cómo sucede algo así? es una verdadera lástima ya que nuestras crepes eran encantadoras, al igual que mis socios batido.
