Today was my birthday. My mother told the staff and they all came to sing me happy birthday. Really nice service and I actually had a good time for once. I'm still giving 4 stars because the previous times I've come here (for dining in) I've always had issues with either service or food. But this experience was very nice, the staff were lovely and the food is always good here. I will revisit this review since I think they've improved within the past years.

The shop sells absolutely delicious desserts,but the fact that it's adjacent swanswell lake is another bonus for me.if the weather does not allow strolling in the park around the lake,sitting on the tables which oversee the lake's view is my absolute favourite, and doing so while enjoying icecream is definitely better

Our family of 5 visited the Coventry Creams today and really enjoyed our time here. We tried various snacks, desserts and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed all the items we had. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and whilst it's my first visit to Cream's, certainly won't be my last. Can highly recommend 👍

Visited for the first time and will definitely be back again, not too soon as the calories are high...don't care, it was wonderful.

Came to get some desserts and could not fault the customer service from all the staff especially Ahmed. The desserts were lovely and was a pleasant experience😊

We are a family of four, thought it would be nice to get some desserts, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing that let it down was that our desserts came out at different times, I had finished mine before the third one came out. I had to ask where the fourth dessert was and was told they had forgotten to make it as it was busy. Inside was maybe 10 customers and they were already eating. So my whole experience was let down as you expect to be eating as a family, not individually. 2* given just because of the service.

Highly recommend Creams Coventry Desserts were delicious and plentiful Ali was ever so kind to assist me to the toilets as i was using a crutch. He was very attentive, friendly provided great customer service and made sure i had everything i needed.

It's a good place to eat and has good food! Right next to sidney stringer academy so it attracts many of the students on hald days oe on holidays! I have put atmosphere as 2 stars as it is always empty in there. Previously it always used to be very busy, but since COVID not many people go there. One time I needed the toilet, and I had to pay for ice cream,wait and eat it before I could go! Its a good job i didnt need it badly.

It is reasonably expensive and there are cheaper alternatives but I have to say, their desserts are definitely worth it. We've had the cheaper ones and whist good, are not quite as good and the selection isn't as large as Creams.

Hi there guys, we came in here today to eat here with my husband the food is ok, but the staff is rude, they don’t know how to work with people, and you cannot use the toilet only after you pay.

I changed my mind and the woman who was serving was so lovely about it and got me the delightful apple pocket. Ali was a lovely smiling waiter have to give him a mention too

To be honest went to creams as a back up because heavenly desserts ran out of the ice creams and toppings we requested (it was late in the evening around 10), but we were glad that we went to creams instead. Portion size was really good and desserts were amazing, very polite staff and we sat by the window next to the pond so had a good view. Good thing is they have their own parking too, very convenient.

We had an amazing trip to creams coventry for my grandaughters 6th birthday. It was a very warm welcome and they made my daughter feel special by bringing out a cake and singing to her. Very jolly. It was quiet when we visited but still a lovely occasion. We will come again! Food was delicious.

Lovely place, well decorated with chill music and delicious food. Great prices too

All their cones broken and so they offered the kids chocolate covered cones and then Charged for them no offer at all as there were no other cone options. Don’t mind the broken cones issue but don’t try and up sell. Joshua offered me a broken cone that ‘wouldn’t be structurally sound’ which I said was a bit out of order. So end result we got no cones. Poor service in my view and will use Shrewsbury gelatistry I think going forwards.

Yasaswi served us ice cream with chocolate fudge cake and waffles with chicken chunks and both were amazing!! The service was really quick and the presentation was spot on. The serving sizes were really big too! Loved the service and will definitely come again! Highly recommend it!

Great place for pudding!! Plenty of options for everyone including vegans!! Waffles, ice cream sundaes, pancakes, etc etc. Loads of ice cream options and loads of toppings and sauce options. For vegans try the vegan waffles, with a great selection of loads of tasty sorbets, loads of vegan toppings and vegan sauces. I had the waffles in the picture, I had a bite before I took the picture and had chocolate and lemon sorbet. The sorbet is banging, and surprisingly the lemon and chocolate went well together. The biscoff toppings and chocolate sauce was well sickly, but that's how I like it!!!! The pancakes in the picture have white chocolate shreads on, it does look like cheese, but was apparently really good. Milkshakes are expensive, but my kids loved them and said they were the best milkshakes they have ever had!!! The coffee is well nice too. I had a coffee and an extra double espresso. Good stuff. My partner had the Nachos, not the best for the price, I advice sticking to the puddings. Lots of tables, but book a table during busy times. Parking around the back for a short time, 2 hours I think. Not many spaces there though, but there is parking near by. Just outside Cov City Centre by Swanswell Park, so nice views if you get a window seat. Well worth a visit.

Been many times but today was a refreshing surprise which has led me to out this review. We were welcomed by a bright smile and a very polite young caucasian woman. Our food was bought out but a young Asian man who took the time to double check my allergies and requested wooden spoons. There was a slight toilet smell in the atmosphere as we arrived which was unpleasant and the toilets were not very clean. Overall, staff that made it a nice experience.

Worst experience ever. Went with my nephew for his birthday and waited over 40 min for the order to then notice that was not even in system. No apologies or anything. Rude staff, had to give them my receipt so I can get the order without even explaining what happened

The food and interior are good but the service is bad enough to never want to return. The only time I've ever received good service is when I am taking out. The service for eating in is horrible. Staff are rude, forgetful to give you the menu/cutlery, ignore who's waiting in line and prioritise people who have newly entered, getting the wrong orders and if you ask for extra items on your order they'll put it on someone else's item. Completely disorganised and awful. Rarely have a good experience here.

Well, can't review their food or drink because they never served us! Went there with a guest. They gave us a table after a little wait. When we went to the counter to place our order, another waitress came and seated other customers at our table. Do you not have a system where you communicate with each other regarding which tables are occupied! Isn't this a basic thing in a food business where you have seating facilities for customers. It was really really embarrassing. We walked straight out without ordering and no one even bothered to ask if there was a problem. I know you are very busy but poor service don't last long in food and hospitality business.

Two or three years ago, I usually ordered my favourite through Deliveroo and then after this, someone was replaced by another I believe, it was disgusting and uncooked. I ordered a few times on different days. it needs to be investigated by the health and safety inspector again.

Freero Rocher milkshake tasted nasty, couldn't even taste the chocolate in there. Cake and ice cream were OK.

Went tonight with family. Service great. Staff were very friendly. Well worth going.

Food was average as what they are showing on display, but the presentation was different, plus the washroom was too dirty ..uuuuuuu I can't explain and when I did complain then one of staff member mumbles mean didn't bother to attend

Went to creams last night with our family (first time in Coventry) and the dessert and service was so lovely. We would like to give a special shout out to Ali who was so friendly and always made sure we were ok. He definitely showed a lot of customer care and attention. We'll definitely be back!
