5/5 Stars! I m obsessed with Creams Coventry! This place is a dessert lover's paradise! The atmosphere is modern, sleek, and inviting, making it perfect for solo treats. The dessert menu is EXTENSIVE, with a wide variety of mouth-watering options to choose from. I've tried their waffles, crepes, and sundaes, and each one has been a masterpiece! The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They're happy to make recommendations and ensure your experience is top-notch. And then it took driver 15 mins on top of that time

First and last time going. Went with my friend who had visited a few years ago and had good things to say about it. Ordered Mexican Nacho sharer, and then a warm desert each (or so we thought). Nachos and deserts came at the same time. When I said the desert would be cold by the time we had eaten the nachos the server just said "oh sorry about that" so naturally we ate our nachos and the speed of light, which was easily done as it was just a cold packet of crisps in a plate with some cold dips. I dont think I've ever experienced uncooked nachos before, especially ones without cheese on 🤔. I felt my desert to see if it was still warm, but no fear, it had never been heated up. I ordered the "melt in the middle" chocolate fondant with pistachio gelato. I don't think they're realise one has to heat up the fondant for it to melt, instead I was served a cold stodgy cake with a blob of ice cream on top and a jug of green melted white chocolate. It was all really quite grim. My friends waffle was also served cold, not just gone cold, served cold. I dont know if their kitchen was broken tonight or what but literally everything we ate hadn't been near any source of heat. Rank.

Lots and lots of options in deserts, If you love desert this is a must visit shop in Coventry. Nice atmosphere, good service.

I had such a lovely time with my family. We ordered 4 desserts, which we got very quickly, and Cristina was so friendly, and such a pleasure to order with. I also messed up my order but Cristina and Vivek were so helpful, got me exactly what I needed and gave us such good customer service. that we will definitely be going back. Thank you to the entire team there!

The food looked great, but it was very hard and felt old.

Terrible visita Lo primero, el lugar estaba muy desordenado Se entiende que el lugar está bastante ocupado, pero es “ no hay excusa para no ordenar ” o dar prioridad en la realización de pedidos en su lugar He visto a un personal preocupado y tratando de limpiar, la señora en la caja haciendo las órdenes, puede ser el personal superior, ella le dijo "ve a tomar esta orden y no pude ver nada más que negligencia en su cara Pedimos crepé de bolsillo caliente y crepé y helados y chocolate caliente El bolsillo caliente no estaba lo suficientemente caliente en el interior para decir que es “caliente” El personal de chocolate caliente me recomendó que era horrible con crema y café expreso que se ha terminado Inicialmente pensé que no lo diría, pero bueno, no importa que pagamos para comer allí Vi a una familia entrar y alejarse al instante, la mamá tocándose la nariz insistiendo en que su hijo no deje comer aquí” bueno creo que el personal no lo ha notado Podría ser una situación y mucho menos, lo escribo porque nunca debería volver a pasar Siento que el personal está abrumado allí, no se ven felices. ¡Culpen a la dirección! Ordered an Oreo shake & cookie dough. The shake was flavourless & the cookie dough had a very dry texture & a weird flavour. Creams is great when I dine in but today’s delivery favours were dry, stale & really flavourless

This place has changed over time. Prices are quite high, but the owner needs to spend some money on the place to sort it out. Looks a little dated and run down. Staff are friendly, and deserts were good.

Food was freezing cold, the cake was a sliver for £6 that was a rip off, the drinks and ice cream had split. Very unhappy

2hr 30 min from order being placed to deliver, ice cream was completely melted

I don't know what's happened to creams but it is now awful. you get nothing for your money. may aswell just buy a waffle machine.

Sunday 2nd Feb, I noticed Cheap mentality customer service assistant at counter ,girl (Indian origin) was more interested in discussing UBER taxi drivers make a lot of money , flexible benefits, When she noticed alot of drivers are at counter ,she started shouting at them stay back and frowning at them 😡,, weekend the place vibes are like slum area .Why they forget they are just hourly paid workers who may be working less than those drivers ,but behaving ancient Rulers Controlling their kingdom.Learn some British etiquettes,behaviour.

Always love coming to creams, but Kisanet was really the cherry on top in terms of making my visit a wonderful experience! She was super polite and attentive, greeted us warmly and seated us to our preferences, all with a big smile. She is patient and friendly, and just put me at ease whilst also serving us super efficiently! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Kisanet

Sundae definitely getting smaller and smaller . By the time it got here as it had been against warm food ended up with a small sloppy mess !

Shocking service delivered the wrong order I ordered a dessert tried to deliver a burger 3 very unhappy children. Completely incompetent

Ordered my food at 16:30, came at 19:00. Tried to contact JustEat and couldn’t get any help, so was just sat waiting for my order to be collected and delivered. Waited for 2 and a half hours, such a joke.

The red velvet cake was NOT a red velvet- it had chocolate ganache in between the layers with a white vanilla frosting. The flavour combination was not right, traditionally a red velvet is made with cream cheese icing or white vanilla frosting. I was very disappointed. Will never order the red velvet again.

Despite sending clear instructions not to smother my dessert with chocolate sauce as I don’t wanna cause myself diabetes with one seating they did exactly that. Can’t follow simple instructions kept changing delivery time

Today, I went to Creams with the coupon I got at the Freshers fair. They asked me to choose a crepe from their menu. They also gave an ice cream along with it for the takeaway! The crepes were absolutely delicious and satisfied my sweet craving ❤️🩵 The staff were very polite. The ambience was good. I liked the lake view from the table.

Today was my birthday. My mother told the staff and they all came to sing me happy birthday. Really nice service and I actually had a good time for once. I'm still giving 4 stars because the previous times I've come here (for dining in) I've always had issues with either service or food. But this experience was very nice, the staff were lovely and the food is always good here. I will revisit this review since I think they've improved within the past years.

The shop sells absolutely delicious desserts,but the fact that it's adjacent swanswell lake is another bonus for me.if the weather does not allow strolling in the park around the lake,sitting on the tables which oversee the lake's view is my absolute favourite, and doing so while enjoying icecream is definitely better

Our family of 5 visited the Coventry Creams today and really enjoyed our time here. We tried various snacks, desserts and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed all the items we had. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and whilst it's my first visit to Cream's, certainly won't be my last. Can highly recommend 👍

We are a family of four, thought it would be nice to get some desserts, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing that let it down was that our desserts came out at different times, I had finished mine before the third one came out. I had to ask where the fourth dessert was and was told they had forgotten to make it as it was busy. Inside was maybe 10 customers and they were already eating. So my whole experience was let down as you expect to be eating as a family, not individually. 2* given just because of the service.

Highly recommend Creams Coventry Desserts were delicious and plentiful Ali was ever so kind to assist me to the toilets as i was using a crutch. He was very attentive, friendly provided great customer service and made sure i had everything i needed.
