Sunday 2nd Feb, I noticed Cheap mentality customer service assistant at counter ,girl (Indian origin) was more interested in discussing UBER taxi drivers make a lot of money , flexible benefits, When she noticed alot of drivers are at counter ,she started shouting at them stay back and frowning at them 😡,, weekend the place vibes are like slum area .Why they forget they are just hourly paid workers who may be working less than those drivers ,but behaving ancient Rulers Controlling their kingdom.Learn some British etiquettes,behaviour.

Cold crepe that I could barely cut.

The delivery time kept changing

sent me the completely wrong order !

Milkshakes where watery has ever the ice creams was melt so was runny like water n the waffles wheee hard

Ordered a sundae and come in a pot and the pot was half empty. Very disappointed as usually the pot is full. Have ordered a few times and this time was really disappointed won’t be ordering again

Always love coming to creams, but Kisanet was really the cherry on top in terms of making my visit a wonderful experience! She was super polite and attentive, greeted us warmly and seated us to our preferences, all with a big smile. She is patient and friendly, and just put me at ease whilst also serving us super efficiently! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Kisanet

Sundae definitely getting smaller and smaller . By the time it got here as it had been against warm food ended up with a small sloppy mess !

Shocking service delivered the wrong order I ordered a dessert tried to deliver a burger 3 very unhappy children. Completely incompetent

waffles were dry and cold and they didn’t taste the best neither

Ordered my food at 16:30, came at 19:00. Tried to contact JustEat and couldn’t get any help, so was just sat waiting for my order to be collected and delivered. Waited for 2 and a half hours, such a joke.

Had to wait over two hours for my order when the place was only 20 minutes away

The red velvet cake was NOT a red velvet- it had chocolate ganache in between the layers with a white vanilla frosting. The flavour combination was not right, traditionally a red velvet is made with cream cheese icing or white vanilla frosting. I was very disappointed. Will never order the red velvet again.

Despite sending clear instructions not to smother my dessert with chocolate sauce as I don’t wanna cause myself diabetes with one seating they did exactly that. Can’t follow simple instructions kept changing delivery time

Brought my son here and left with him saying he loves this place. We was served by vivek, warm and approachable plus very friendly. Recommended 💯

I just came in morning the service was really good. Vivek introduced me with creams menu and the best sellers. Honestly, it was so amazing experience coming to creams and the food was so delicious.

As a whole team they worked very good and the behaviour of each person was very positive towards customer and friendly. ( Sohaib, Alina, Andreea, Anto ) Visited for the first time and the best experience as a customer.

Today, I went to Creams with the coupon I got at the Freshers fair. They asked me to choose a crepe from their menu. They also gave an ice cream along with it for the takeaway! The crepes were absolutely delicious and satisfied my sweet craving ❤️🩵 The staff were very polite. The ambience was good. I liked the lake view from the table.

the only hot thing was kept in the bag underneath all the cold items, worse thing is that from the moment I ordered the time of the tracking was constantly increasing until it was well over an hour

Today was my birthday. My mother told the staff and they all came to sing me happy birthday. Really nice service and I actually had a good time for once. I'm still giving 4 stars because the previous times I've come here (for dining in) I've always had issues with either service or food. But this experience was very nice, the staff were lovely and the food is always good here. I will revisit this review since I think they've improved within the past years.

The shop sells absolutely delicious desserts,but the fact that it's adjacent swanswell lake is another bonus for me.if the weather does not allow strolling in the park around the lake,sitting on the tables which oversee the lake's view is my absolute favourite, and doing so while enjoying icecream is definitely better

Our family of 5 visited the Coventry Creams today and really enjoyed our time here. We tried various snacks, desserts and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed all the items we had. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and whilst it's my first visit to Cream's, certainly won't be my last. Can highly recommend 👍

Visited for the first time and will definitely be back again, not too soon as the calories are high...don't care, it was wonderful.

Came to get some desserts and could not fault the customer service from all the staff especially Ahmed. The desserts were lovely and was a pleasant experience😊

We are a family of four, thought it would be nice to get some desserts, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing that let it down was that our desserts came out at different times, I had finished mine before the third one came out. I had to ask where the fourth dessert was and was told they had forgotten to make it as it was busy. Inside was maybe 10 customers and they were already eating. So my whole experience was let down as you expect to be eating as a family, not individually. 2* given just because of the service.

Highly recommend Creams Coventry Desserts were delicious and plentiful Ali was ever so kind to assist me to the toilets as i was using a crutch. He was very attentive, friendly provided great customer service and made sure i had everything i needed.

It's a good place to eat and has good food! Right next to sidney stringer academy so it attracts many of the students on hald days oe on holidays! I have put atmosphere as 2 stars as it is always empty in there. Previously it always used to be very busy, but since COVID not many people go there. One time I needed the toilet, and I had to pay for ice cream,wait and eat it before I could go! Its a good job i didnt need it badly.

food was colder than cold and seemed like it's been sat around all morning, waffle was heavy, cut in half through the middle, dry as a bone and had the wrong toppings

the delivery time once with the driver kept getting higher but the driver was nice.

It is reasonably expensive and there are cheaper alternatives but I have to say, their desserts are definitely worth it. We've had the cheaper ones and whist good, are not quite as good and the selection isn't as large as Creams.

Hi there guys, we came in here today to eat here with my husband the food is ok, but the staff is rude, they don’t know how to work with people, and you cannot use the toilet only after you pay.

Waffle didn’t taste nice and very stingy with the toppings on it, only positive was the milkshake

Ice cream parlour. Wide range of ice cream, smoothies, waffles on offer. Slightly tired decor but tasty desserts and reasonable prices

To be honest went to creams as a back up because heavenly desserts ran out of the ice creams and toppings we requested (it was late in the evening around 10), but we were glad that we went to creams instead. Portion size was really good and desserts were amazing, very polite staff and we sat by the window next to the pond so had a good view. Good thing is they have their own parking too, very convenient.

We had an amazing trip to creams coventry for my grandaughters 6th birthday. It was a very warm welcome and they made my daughter feel special by bringing out a cake and singing to her. Very jolly. It was quiet when we visited but still a lovely occasion. We will come again! Food was delicious.
