Pre ordered a delivery from their website, as a treat for my daughters birthday, only for the delivery to be cancelled 10 minutes before time. When I phoned up the shop to ask why it had been cancelled I was told that they do not take orders through the website, even though I had a confirmation email to say that my order was placed. I was then refused my order (I gave them my order number and what I had ordered) and was told that my refund would take up to 5 working days. Will not be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service and the website should not be taking money from people's accounts and sending confirmation emails if you can't order this way

Ordered online at 8pm. Confirmed delivery was 8.30-8.45. Order didn't arrive until 9.25. When I rang them the woman said it was because they only had one driver (hardly my fault and she gave no apology whatsoever). Then she rudely hung up on me.food was barely average, and extremely cold. Not worth the money spent

This place is unreal milkshakes and waffles are lush… the waffles are so tasty and plenty of toppings Mike shakes is delicious and not and thick thanks guys

i ordered food from the cream curls in Washington and i have to say never again! the old school cake i ordered tasted like it had been left for a few days, didn't taste fresh at all! and for £3.50! the chips i ordered were freezing cold and rubbery, once again did not taste fresh! £22 spent on absolute crap, sorry to say that i won't be ordering again and i will voice my opinion on myfacebook for all to share

Ordered burger and skinned fries...absolutely disgusting, inedible burger, greasey and cold. Please don't order from here, should be reported to food hygiene agency, as I'm left feeling sick

Ordered in the app. No food turned up and money has been taken from my account. Phone lines turned off and manager not responding to any correspondence what an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a burger and fries and chicken pieces burger was delicious and exactly how I want my burger, chicken pieces were akso delicious, seasoned well and tasty. Chips were quite cold and gad to be heated up in the microwave. However, would 100% recommend, brilliant value for money

i went here not to long ago and got the signature ice cream rolls. i went with the kinder bueno flavour and it was the best ice cream i have ever had! would recommend to everyone i know 👍🏻💞

I love cream curl it always makes me laugh and smile in there. It’s so cosy but yet posh in a way. There ice cream is this nicest thing I have ever tasted in my life never gona find better in my life. I love they they have almost every choice you can think of. they are also so so friendly in there. I love the fact they let you sometimes try to roll the ice-cream I love it there and the prises are so good for what you get also you need to try the fudge pleases they are so so good. I really do recommend this place as it has amazing ice creams cakes milkshakes slushes sweets ext… I really do give this place a 1000/10 it’s so so nice xx Amy Xxxxxxxx

So me and the hubby popped in for a treat, we got cheesy wedges and a carrot cake with custard to take home. We also got our 2 teenagers a milkshake each. They were all beautiful I literally couldn't fault anything Highly recommend, we will be returning soon. Vicky.
