Crazy Pizza in Kirklees

We were regular customers until we ordered here and got the complete wrong order. When we tried to discuss this with the store they told us that they will not refund us unless we give them back the wrong food they sent out. When we asked why they didn’t give a reason so I’m assuming it’s to resell to other customers massive food hygiene risk and unacceptable. We were told that if we took a bite from the wrong food they will not refund us despite their mistake. They spoke to us disgustingly throughout the conversation. Such a shame will not be reordering from there.

This was my absolute favourite local shop to order from, the chicken loaded fries are absolutely delicious and the onion rings were the most perfect onion rings i have ever had, then, for some reason they changed the onion rings to breaded rather than battered and now they are terrible onion rings ☹️

So disappointed. I have been ordering from the place for years and the pizza is usually really good. I was so excited to order NYD which also happened to be my birthday, and the pizza was disgusting. The dough is usually fresh but this time they had used premade pizza base. I don’t know if they did this because the place was busy but its inexcusable when I’m paying £8.30 a pizza. I ordered from this place way more than I would like to admit and they have now lost a consistent customer.

This is the best place to eat pizza. I ordered on a Monday which meant they are also open on that day. Open from 16:00 till 11:45.

I have ordered from this place a couple of times and it is so sodelicious. It’s my absolute favourite place to order pizza and chicken tikka as it’s reasonably priced and tastes great. 5/5 place and incredibly kind staff. Can find no faults from this place!!! 🔥😋 💯

Foods always nice and hot and delivered quickly

HORRIBLE FOOD - AVOID Ordered here last night after good recommendations from others... Pizza was supposed to be 14" but was small more like 12". Pizza was just ok ,wouldn't get it again but the worst part was that we ordered 2x cheese loaded fries which were supposed to be loaded with tomato sauce, mozzarella,cheddar and nacho cheese. These were horrible , first no tomato sauce in sight and second they sent us one cheese loaded and the other one just a plain fries?... Contacted restaurant to discuss the issue of there being a wrong order and was greeted with rude staff and manager ,after having to explain the situation multiple times for them to understand their wrongdoing ,they sent the other cheese loaded fries up 20 mins later( still no tomato sauce in sight -false advertising) Defo not worth it , fries tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil and were over peppered and nasty. After wasting £27 on what was supposed to be a nice treat we were very disappointed . Dips were cheap and tastless. The only positive being how quickly it was delivered - 25 mins DO NOT RECCOMEND - HORRIBLE FOOD

Ordered pizza doner on chips with 2 drinks and pizza was disgusting like its been pre heated think someone Ordered it and never collected it and was passed on to me chips looked like they been fried in 6 years old oil and doner had really bad smell ony had bite on each item thing safe to say only the Pepsi drinks tasted normal would give -10 stars if option was available

Always ordered from here and never had a problem ordered yesterday the pizzas were burnt and tough they were disgusting not able to eat at all which I was surprised as never had a issue tried ringing for over an hour no answer I am very disappointed won't be ordering again

Brown lettuce on my burger, cannot describe what was on my takeaway box was cold chips salty, always order from here but was shocking, the delivery driver didn't give a damn and it took over an hour and a half to arrive, don't know what has happened to this place turned into horrible food

I am not entirely sure what happened however I received a call from the phone number of this establishment today (23/10/2024 at 10:05). Guaranteed I didn't answer my phone but I live nowhere near Huddersfield and have never order food from here.

I am 6 months pregnant, as I opened my food and take a bite out of donor wrap I noticed it was stone cold, so after ringing up and speaking to two different people I was told they couldn’t give me a replacement because I took a small bite out of the wrap!!!!!!! Which I think is absolutely disgusting and all they offered was a free wrap the next time I ordered….. which I will never be ordering from this place again ever

I always use you guys, but for the order to be marked as delivered was like a red flag to myself. I had to call and chase the order well after delivery time even though it was marked as delivered on Just Eat. It was supposed to be a Meat Feast Special Pizza, No Donner meat, No Spicy Beef a little bit of bacon, Garlic Sausage etc but loads of cheese which I can't eat You are so much better than this but it wasn't a Meat Feast Special and it annoyed me more that Just Eat was marked as Deliverp

STOP HUMILIATING YOUR STAFF ! The way that theowner spoke to that lady on the counter was absolutely disgusting and very hard to watch. Humiliating her in front of customers and ordering her around like she was some sort of dog. I even made a point to him by saying go easy on her and he still continued to talk down to her. Food was OK but the treatment of staff spoilt it for me. I feel so sorry for that young lady and I hope the owner changes his attitude towards his staff.

The food was hot tested really nice and the chips with the chicken were delicious with add flavours,I will definitely be having those chips again most definitely set out from the other take outs.

Old man delivers nice fella paps his horn when on street and i go out to collect as i have steep steps wouldn't want him to fall, food is good fresh and tasty.

Delivery is pretty much always early (compared to the stated time) unless you've made a big and varied order. Delivery driver is always friendly. food is great. Usually have pizzas on the deal, sometimes burgers and kebabs.

Simple order Pizza and garlic bread Tipped the delivery driver good 20%, pissed off because the man dad driver trotted out and didn’t bother to shut the gate. Pizza alright but the garlic bread was inedible.I do have all my teeth! I called to let them know, I don’t usually it’s hardly worth it. But the excuse I got was quite laughable at least, “Yes next time free garlic bread but ‘ask for it not to be so brown just a light brown because a small portion of the customers like it burnt’ and overcooked I mean I was lost for words Only to tell the grown man dad delivery driver Just shut the gate, ffs

Food was great as always just 1 error was salad on the kebab when it should have had none . Pizzas lovely, Stromboli very tasty, piri piri burger , doner meat, chips and garlic mushrooms and garlic bread with cheese was all superb. Unless they are shut for any reason we never go anywhere else.

Ordered Chicken fillet burger, Shawarma and chips, a piece of chicken & a Cheesy garlic bread. Selected this place because of the variety and the reviews. Chicken burger was 'supposed' to come with salad and mayo. A few lettuce strands and a far too many onions, a very very light drizzle of mayo. The chicken burger and the piece was incredibly dry, really chewy and very much over cooked. Shawarma was okay. Passable. not much any one can say about a CGB. It was cheesy and garlicy.

The order was extremely late, the time it was due kept being changed so we had no idea what time to expect it. The food was terrible not as described in the menu, if you are going to use chicken mince (otherwise should be chicken pieces as advertised) then the menu should be changed appealing
