Pizza arrived on time good and hot. Will definitely order again!

Food always good hot and fresh, delivery is always early Driver always polite.

The delivery was on time and perfect, the food was delicious too.

I am 6 months pregnant, as I opened my food and take a bite out of donor wrap I noticed it was stone cold, so after ringing up and speaking to two different people I was told they couldn’t give me a replacement because I took a small bite out of the wrap!!!!!!! Which I think is absolutely disgusting and all they offered was a free wrap the next time I ordered….. which I will never be ordering from this place again ever

The food is always nice, it's hot and the best touch is the smiley face on the inside of the box it says enjoy. Keep it up crazy pizza.

I always get the 2 pizza offer making them deep pan the crust is beautiful not soggy or dry crust there always full of filling well worth the money recommend crazy pizza to everyone

I always use you guys, but for the order to be marked as delivered was like a red flag to myself. I had to call and chase the order well after delivery time even though it was marked as delivered on Just Eat. It was supposed to be a Meat Feast Special Pizza, No Donner meat, No Spicy Beef a little bit of bacon, Garlic Sausage etc but loads of cheese which I can't eat You are so much better than this but it wasn't a Meat Feast Special and it annoyed me more that Just Eat was marked as Deliverp

very unhappy, my food came cold, and to a very poor standard, both pizza and my burger was burnt and looked like it's been sat for over an hour and was stale, and the cheese on both are rock hard, restaurant refused to refund. disgusting standards of food quality!

That is the worst food I have had in a long time... oven chips with unmelted cheese on top and the worst greasy pizza I have ever seen... Wanted to try local shops but that was disgusting!!! Will try and get my money back from uber

STOP HUMILIATING YOUR STAFF ! The way that theowner spoke to that lady on the counter was absolutely disgusting and very hard to watch. Humiliating her in front of customers and ordering her around like she was some sort of dog. I even made a point to him by saying go easy on her and he still continued to talk down to her. Food was OK but the treatment of staff spoilt it for me. I feel so sorry for that young lady and I hope the owner changes his attitude towards his staff.

The food was hot tested really nice and the chips with the chicken were delicious with add flavours,I will definitely be having those chips again most definitely set out from the other take outs.

Old man delivers nice fella paps his horn when on street and i go out to collect as i have steep steps wouldn't want him to fall, food is good fresh and tasty.

Delivery is pretty much always early (compared to the stated time) unless you've made a big and varied order. Delivery driver is always friendly. food is great. Usually have pizzas on the deal, sometimes burgers and kebabs.

Simple order Pizza and garlic bread Tipped the delivery driver good 20%, pissed off because the man dad driver trotted out and didn’t bother to shut the gate. Pizza alright but the garlic bread was inedible.I do have all my teeth! I called to let them know, I don’t usually it’s hardly worth it. But the excuse I got was quite laughable at least, “Yes next time free garlic bread but ‘ask for it not to be so brown just a light brown because a small portion of the customers like it burnt’ and overcooked I mean I was lost for words Only to tell the grown man dad delivery driver Just shut the gate, ffs

Food was great as always just 1 error was salad on the kebab when it should have had none . Pizzas lovely, Stromboli very tasty, piri piri burger , doner meat, chips and garlic mushrooms and garlic bread with cheese was all superb. Unless they are shut for any reason we never go anywhere else.

Ordered Chicken fillet burger, Shawarma and chips, a piece of chicken & a Cheesy garlic bread. Selected this place because of the variety and the reviews. Chicken burger was 'supposed' to come with salad and mayo. A few lettuce strands and a far too many onions, a very very light drizzle of mayo. The chicken burger and the piece was incredibly dry, really chewy and very much over cooked. Shawarma was okay. Passable. not much any one can say about a CGB. It was cheesy and garlicy.

Nothing missed this time but a nice surprise from them with a FREE garlic bread with cheese. Excellent service , my absolute favourite takeaway in Huddersfield without exception 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The order was extremely late, the time it was due kept being changed so we had no idea what time to expect it. The food was terrible not as described in the menu, if you are going to use chicken mince (otherwise should be chicken pieces as advertised) then the menu should be changed appealing

One issue was the pizza ( 12” pentathlon ) was just ham ( missing the pepperoni, chicken, mushrooms and pineapple ) asked to put in comments by the restaurant staff who were excellent and willing to sort for us but told them it was not necessary. 5/5 for customer service too. People complain a lot on here about the response when mistakes happen but try being nice and respectful and the response from them will probably be the same. Be rude, don’t expect a nice response

Disappointed With my order. firstly the just eat app had said that we had received the order, we then proceeded to call the restaurant to claim that we had not received the order and the phone service man was plain rude he ended the call after claiming he will ring the delivery driver and we never received a call back. We ordered at 6 claimed they delivered at 7 we decided to wait to see if it was a mistake, was it? NO. I then proceeded to call the company myself to ask about the order the man answered and the guy asked all the usual stuff. He then claimed he had delivered to my house saying he had delivered to a young man. I am 37 and my friend is a woman i wouldn’t say that we are young nor men. I found myself then greeted with horrible customer service with a man asking what he’s meant to after i had told him that we had not received. i would not reccomend this takeaway to anyone wanting great customer service and a delivery driver with any common sense. The house we live in is not secluded and our house number is clearly on display. disgusting service do not order if you don’t want to waste your time with rude people and poor customer service.
