Oodles Batley in Kirklees

The boxes we ordered were large but those delivered seemed to be medium. There also seems to be inconsistency in the amount of meat in the box, one had a good amount reasonable to the rice/noodles, the other had less meat. Otherwise the food was tasty as usual.

The food was delicious, it was hot and delivered with a smile by a very polite driver.

We used to drive long distances just to pickup food from Batley Oodles just because it is HMC certified. But now quality of the food is so terrible, it's no longer worth it. Very disappointed.

wrong chicken and sweet and sour was bland

All good, very tasty! Bit spicy for me but I've got a low tolerance for spicy food; the rest of the family were happy with the level of heat. We'll order from here again, delivery was great as well. Thank you!

I ordered noodles and they forgot the noodles?! fuming.

Absolutely terrible. Got a bento box from the batley location and it was the worst thing I have ever paid money for. The rice and noodles both tasted like the cheapest you could get from your local supermarket and the sauce was not chow mein sauce, tasted like sweet and sour but watered down. Do not recommend!

Was waiting 2 hours for the food. The app kept delaying and pushing the time back. We Rang the store after about an hour of waiting. Another hour later it arrived and was dry and cold. Disappointed

Surprisingly poor food, for a premium price...disappointing. Hugely packed out with rice/noodles and very little main dish of chicken etc. The noodles and rice were also REALLY overcooked. have ordered here before and pretty good so maybe just unlucky this time; not sure but very low quality food today.

Ordered the food at 6pm did not receive girls food until 8:06pm absolutely disappointed especially the girls had to open there fast. Quickly had to make other stuff for them to eat.

The food was good as always but the dip advertised with the dumplings was missing which was disappointing. This is the second time that they have been missed on a delivery that included dumplings to this house (previously ordered by another person not myself) hopefully this attention to detail will be picked up going forwards. That aside, the food was good

We got two regular boxes with rice, noodles and mixed chicken dishes and genuinely it was the nicest we have ever had from here…. Really tasty, everything was cooked well and it was nice and warm on arrival.

Unfortunately the bento boxes was far too spicy and enabled. The chicken in the boxes was nice but the noodles was far too spicy I had to throw them out. The children’s box was lovely though my daughter enjoyed it.

I had a great experience at this place. Staff were on point and helpful in talking me through the menu / options. Clean place with plenty of room to eat in. The food was cooked very well, tender and tasty. I made use of their Tuesday lunch hour deal that they've got for a limited period. I'll be visiting again.

the sauces etc were ok but the food has to be one of the worst I've had, got a mix of chicken and udon noodles and chips, as well as a BBQ chicken wrap, the chicken was tasteless, almost like cardboard, and didn't have a nice texture, the noodles were bland as well, and same on the wrap, chips were ok but that's about it

how spicy do you need to have your food?! I got medium box with rice and noodles and katsu chicken and crispy chicken too spicy and the bentonite box woth rice and beef, far too spicy I have had to there it on the bin which I a shame as I like food from here! disappointed

Food here is absolutely gorgeous its my favourite takeaway it's good value when you consider your ordering 4 different dishes for around 8-10 pounds and the salt and pepper halloumi may be the best thing I've ever eaten.

The food from Oodles in Batley has the potential to be really nice, but unfortunately, it has arrived cold both times I’ve ordered. It’s such a shame because the flavors are good. On the positive side, the delivery was quick, and the driver was polite, which I appreciated. If they could improve on keeping the food hot during delivery, it would make a big difference.

Disappointed with my experience at Oodles in Batley. The food arrived cold, which ruined what could have been a nice meal. This has happened on more than one occasion, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Delivery was quick, and the driver was polite, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the cold food.

Beware, these guys are frauds and will try to overcharge you. When you confront them, they will say the menu is old and the price have gone up.

The chilli on the salt and pepper chips was a crazy amount and inedible. The Katsu sauce showed no chilli and that was also too spicy! Almost £20 in the bin!

First time using Oodles and the food was awesome, will definitely order again.

Way too over priced and for that price I expected consistency, which you don’t get here one day it will be good the next day the chicken will be like chewing gum, a large box of egg fried rice is wayyy too over priced, won’t be coming back until you sort the consistency out and the prices ! So, coming back after 2 years to see if they have improved, I have just paid £8.50 large box for food that has made me only half full 😅 prices are the same and portions have shrunk almost half in size, steer clear from this place! The food is absolutely lovely BUT it was left on my doorstep without anything to notify me that it was there, no knock on the door, no message, email or anything. If i hadn't gone outide for something else who knows how long it may have been there.

Amazing food after a long week of work I come down to oodles batley and have a nice large salt and pepper chicken with plain chips it is the most mouth watering savoury dish I absolutely love and much respect to the employees at oodles they truly have a pure heart food is fresh and tasty I give it a 10/10 If you haven’t been it is a must try once in your lifetime
