Crazy Pizza Marylebone in City of London, Westminster

Very poor service! Manager in the blazer is extremely rude to customers, wouldn’t let us sit outside where we wanted and took preference over other customers. Left without ordering food as was so appalled by the bad service.

They offer breakfasts but do not have capucino nor black tea. And we waited for the waiter 20 minutes even if we were there the only guests.

Snuck in just after midday wanting a late brunch, the team accommodated us which was really good of them. Pancakes were superb with bacon side and a pan au chocolat with flat white and green tea. Perfect food and very attendant service, thank you. Great place to people watch outside or from the windows on Marylebone High Street.

The new manager Tushar was great and made the experience with my wife amazing.

No particular plans, time to kill before the theatre so called into Home Marylebone for breakfast. Seating nicely arranged to give a casual atmosphere, menu comprehensive without being over large. That way you can usually be assured everything is freshly cooked which it was and delicious. Service slightly slow but with lovely weather the seats outside were in demand giving the friendly staff a lot of covers to service. Yes definitely a place to visit.

There’s a woman with curly hair that didn’t know how to serve a Guinness. I nicely asked for her to do it again and she got mad. From there her attitude towards me was terrible.

We had a quite delicious Pimm‘s here after a meeting. The Location is good. The drink was good - but quite expensive. Bill was around 60€ for 3 Pimm‘s, leaving us at 20 EUR each. Getting a bill was not successful. 4 Stars due to the absurd pricing.

We had a pleasant 40-minute walk to the restaurant where we had a reservation for three. It was still quite busy, even after 2 PM on a Saturday, but they had kindly kept our table ready. My wife ordered the mussels, and I was looking forward to the shepherd's pie—sadly, it was no longer on the menu and had been replaced by a fish pie, which I decided to try instead. The food took a while to arrive, but the lively atmosphere and good music made the wait enjoyable. Unfortunately, the mussels were overcooked, and my wife had to send them back. She decided to try the aubergine dish instead, which turned out to be a hit—she loved it! The staff were fantastic throughout the experience, checking on us regularly and even offering complimentary ice cream to make up for the mishap. When the bill came, I noticed they hadn’t added a tip. The waiter apologized, saying they didn’t feel they deserved it due to the earlier issues. At the counter, I mentioned this to the manager, handed over a cash tip, and told them, “Never forget to include the tip—it’s always deserved when there’s effort!” Overall, despite some hiccups, it was a good experience with great service and a lovely atmosphere.

Awful meal last night . Mains came the same time as starter & our food which came from the specials menu was over cooked ! Had it removed from the bill but we were very disappointed as we had high hopes for this place ! Staff were lack lustre and even told us that our main was frozen food and that’s why the pasta was over cooked !

We had our family Christmas lunch at Home Marylebone. The food was exquisite, the staff and service was immaculate, and the ambiance was perfect. I would highly recommend a visit. Their cocktails, drinks offer and food menu are great for friends and family!

If I could give 100 Stars I would: the place, the food, the staff the service and the atmosphere - Last night was my first time and I wouldn't be surprised if this place is going to become one of my regular go to place.

Nice venue with good ambiance. Staff were a bit too pushy in terms of wanting you to order lots of drinks and order as soon as you finished a drink and felt at times like you were being watched like a hawk which made the experience slightly uncomfortable.

The food was incredible, our drinks were very good as well, but there was an unbelievably loud DJ playing at 7pm (which felt too early for that volume or that kind of music). Especially for the environment, the decor, food, and atmosphere are upscale but that music would not lead me to return!

My first time having food here and it was great. Shared a pizza and some polenta chips and was very satisfied!

Sunday lunch is often a tricky plan if booking kinda late. Home solved the problem with a friendly team, really good menu, not solely 'Sunday Roasts' good value and of course, Marylebone, so great location. Bear it in mind.

Be aware to be overcharged. I went yesterday there for food and drinks. The prices on the menu are different from what are you going to see on the final bill plus service charge (but that's fine as in every restaurant you are going to pay) For example pizza on the menu was £12 but on my bill was £14, glass of wine on the menu was £7.90 but I got charged £12.20. Very laud inside you need to shout to each other and tollets are dirty. Won't recommend this place to anyone and won't come again. Very disappointed with this place.

Visited Home multiple times and have always enjoyed my visit! We went for some drinks recently and their cocktails were exceptionally good. The food is also delicious. It’s the perfect place to visit when you either want a sit down meal or even just drinks and a snack

As locals, we have never been so disappointed in a London restaurant experience in every aspect. We started by ordering drinks from their cocktail menu, however, after 1 sip could tell that they had been severely watered down. Everyone at the table commented that it tasted of no alcohol whatsoever. The wait staff was extremely pushy about what my friend should order and insisted on the seafood linguine dish when she clearly stated that she wanted another dish. The bad experience continued when the food arrived. Her linguine was swimming in unseasoned pasta water, and her pasta had absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. It was quite literally just plain pasta with rubbery seafood dumped on it. We have never sent back food after years of going out to eat together, and this was our first experience in doing so. We will absolutely not be returning.

I absolutely love going to Home. Fabulous place, always quite buzzing and with great a crowd. It’s a place you can go from morning til night. They serve breakfast, healthy lunch choices and dinner & drinks for the night. The team and Lazarus are outstanding and he somehow always manages to find a place for us ;-) My favourite snack: polenta chips 😋 Oh and not to forget: it’s dog-friendly! So big bonus.

The worst experience ever! We ordered Aperols listed at £5 each on the menu, but when the bill came, we were charged £15 each because they claimed an Aperol Spritz costs £15. There was no such price in the menu. We asked them to correct the charge, but they refused. This feels like a scam. Totally do not recommend!

I've popped in for coffee and breakfast a few times. Both are good. Service can be a bit slow but it's a nice environment to while away an hour or so with a friend.

Waited 30 minutes for appetizers that never arrived. Staff were lazy and inattentive, despite plenty of open tables. The only reason I can believe this place is in business is the fact that it’s on marylebone high street, every other aspect of the experience was embarrassingly bad.

What a beautiful cocktail bar & restaurant. We were met by Laz on the door who made us feel very at “home” (no pun intended). Drinks and food were equally delicious. Will defo be going back

Doesn't quite tick the boxes. Erratic service and all waiting staff look flustered and never have same server so no one knows who's ordered what. I sat watching the bar staff making drinks and cocktails most of the evening and witnessed all drinks being filled up with ice and only half glass of drink actually being poured. Shocking. The manager is very harsh and aggressive so all in all not the best. Food ok ish but nothing special

Great place. Been twice over the last week for some reason. First time for a work related dinner and that was lots of fun (great cocktails) and second time with family and friends including my 2 kids. The service is superb. The staff are so kind and attentive. I thought we'd get a bit of attitude going into a busy place with 2 kids and a pram (happens often enough) but the manager and the waiters were excellent and in fact made it more fun for my kids. I love it when that happens. Highly recommend going for many types of occasions. Food is solid and drinks are great. Atmosphere is pretty cool and in warmer months it's fun to enjoy a drink outside.

Charged £4.55 for a coffee that's advertised £3.50. It is a discreet service charge and as I was handed only the machine to pay and not a receipt it's hardly discretionary.

Went to Home Marylebone for a birthday. Great venue, rhe canapés that kept coming out of that small kitchen were superb. One element tram Home, please fix that men's toilet seat!

Pleased to find this place serving after 9pm, after we had to leave another establishment due to a mouse. We enjoyed the food in Home, the pizza being the best dish. My gnocchi special was fine, but needed more seasoning and was a little bland. Without a sauce, whatever the flavours in the dish were, they needed to be stronger. Very nice inside, staff were friendly, enjoyed it.

Terribly painful and slow service. Even when they’re not busy it’s a struggle to get the staff to engage with customers. I would certainly recommend The Marylebone (just a few doors down) over this place. It’s really unfortunate as the set up looks lovely, but sadly the service always disappoints.

My go-to cocktail bar in Marylebone, nicely furnished and cool crowd. Not yet a 5 star rating, I would suggest spending more time and effort organising the post dinner - Perhaps moving the tables and seats aside and creating more of a clubish environment.

Cute vibes but ruined by a RUDE waitor with bad energy. Very expensive for the quality of service and average food.

What a brilliant find...couldn't get a table at Chiltern Firehouse so walked into the village and loved the music coming from this place. The food did not dissapoint either...out of this world! Big thank you to the staff who were also terrific!

Went in for my first experience at "Home" all year, approximately 6 weeks ago. A very crowded and chaotic Thursday evening full of suits and professionals doing post-work drinks, but in the maelstrom, I was served by an outstanding new member of the team, Cara. She was fast, efficient, friendly, welcoming, gave honest opinions and made my experience personable, comfortable, and homely. And is that not the main point of the establishment? Their starters are generously sized and packed with flavour as well as looking very aesthetically appealing. The mains were succulent, perfectly cooked and balanced so well with all the major food groups present while also tasting incredible. Ambience was energetic, with low-level ambient chatter, moody lighting, elaborate ceiling decorations of artificial plants plus a live DJ who started after 9pm and set the lively mood perfectly. Apo, Gio and their team are running a tight ship and doing a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend any higher!

You're not allowed to order anything but alcohol because they claim theyre not making any money if you're ordering a coffee (why own a pub if you don't allow people to order what they want) They also report any negative review so this will probably get deleted

Good food and well balanced menu with several different options (gluten free, vegan, lactose intolerant ect). The staff is extremely polite and open to walk-ins. We went for lunch and did not reserve a table. The location is quite nice and the atmosphere lovely and well thought out. Would recommend for a lunch date with friends or someone special.

A really lovely restaurant. The food was delicious with a good range to select from. Whilst it was full, it never felt over crowded as the intelligently design seperated those having a sat down meal and those having starters and wine / coffee etc. A real delight and one to return for again and again.

We had a welcome party to kick off our wedding weekend at Home Marylebone in July 2023 and it was perfect for us & our 60 guests. Lazaros and his team were incredible, reading the room in pacing the passed food, making sure drinks were refilled, and communicating where we were with our spend minimum. They graciously let us stay in the bar area well after our hire ended too. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend for any gathering!

I first went to Marylebone pub nearer. They said that they had only pizza and it would be in takeaway box. They said that it was because the pizza was made in Home Marylebone and brought there. Then thought why I could not come here directly and eat fresh. This is how I ended up here. They don't have variety of beers. Flashy decor. Did not like loads of artificial plants hung on the top of the head from the roof. Must be plastic and felt bad. Ordered pizza a beer, a margarita pizza, a chocolate torte and an espresso macchiato. Pizza was ok and the torte was good. The menu did not say it would be accompanied by a venilla ice cream. I don't prefer venilla generally but it fitted well in that desert. The ice cream was intense on the flavour and hence good though the sweet is more for my taste (note I generally like bitter taste). The pizza dough was a bit dry though manageable. The cheese quality was mediocre. Nothing new or exciting on their menu but whatever they have seen to have decent quality. The service was fast.

Terrible service! Wanted to sit down as a local and grab a cup of tea for an hour this afternoon at 3.30pm while me and my partner work in the shelf window seat. The lady refused to serve us! We asked for coffee and tea but she said no we do not serve hot beverages after 1pm… but then went on to say we only serve hot beverages to people ordering food. How absolutely ridiculous! The place was 70% empty! What she was basically saying is… you’re not welcome here unless u spend more money which inadvertently has prevented me from wanted to visit the venue ever again. Very disappointed as a resident of Marylebone that had visited a few times for drinks as well as food on other occasions and live across the road to have this type of treatment and makes it very hard to think I will want to visit the venue again.

Absolutely disgusting “hospitality” disgraceful environment should be ashamed of them self. Stood there for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the rude waitress who I could hear whispering behind my back to the other colleague. Went for an “interview “ but manager seemed to have no idea what I was talking about nor did he even care to conduct any sort of induction I was just stood uncomfortable until I finally left because I just felt so uncomfortable. Don’t work here the staff are rude and unfriendly !

We hosted an event for the second time at this venue for around 40 people, very impressed once again, the food and ambience was great, Lazarus and the team were very accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better night!
