Excellent friendly service. The beer is not expensive. But good. The food is excellent. Always an enjoyable time here.

We stayed in a cottage in Farnhill and took a walk down to this place . We didn't eat here but sampled the fine beers and staff were very friendly as we are not from the area .We will be paying another visit in March when we are there again..

Had one of their fantastic beer called BYB. A really nice pint. Dave Saunders knows his stuff in producing. Gabby was very friendly and knowledgeable also.

We often call in for a drink but this time we had friends staying, and after sampling the beers, we decided to order food. All four of us thought it was first class. We ate outdoors in hot September weather, which was perfect. We had steak pie chips and mushy peas, the fish finger sandwich, hallumi and pepper stack, and nachos. All great, but special mention to the chips, which were amazing! Great food at reasonable prices. We'll definitely eat here again!

What a gem of a cafe, faultless breakfast, great, friendly service by Bronte and Olivier. No little ramekin of beans here, a good portion in a large bowl, two rounds of toast, two sausages, two hash browns, two rashers of bacon, two eggs, mushrooms and six halves of grilled fresh tomatoes. Sauce of choice. £6.50 excellent value and a stones throw from car park. Highly recommend, will go for lunch next time!

Had a lovely meal with wine, the Buddha bowl, the seafood/mackerel one with truffle & parmesan cheese fries on the side. The Chilean house savignon blanc was suggested to us even though it was cheaper than the New Zealand. Goes to prove they were not just trying to make as much money as they could out of their customers. A refreshing change these days, & a refreshing wine. Thanks for a good evening we enjoyed the atmosphere, the humour, & of course the food. Andy & Tracy.

While the food was great, they mistakenly marked the vegan food (it had a vegan flag, but caused my friend to have a reaction after a while) *edited review because I couldn't respond to the reply. Service was really prompt even when the cafe was super busy
