Crafty Dog in Leicester

Popped in for a lunchtime Guinness while waiting in Leicester. The pint was ok, the service was ok, degenerates in the bar talking about all kinds of atrocities made the experience a quick one and the only one.

Visited upon passing and new to the area, manager shannon is attentive and welcoming and id definitely visit again. Prices were similar to the area but the atmosphere was brilliant. A great local bar

Only thing good about the dog house is Shannon. Top star service, beer could be better. (Duncley says he would like to clear his pipes down on Shannon)

Great pub with great staff. Jordan is a great barman.

This is my local, been in there quite a few times, great atmosphere, not badly priced, have a decent range of spirits, a decent range of beer as well. Bar staff are quite friendly, great music, do a great Karaoke as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't been to visit at least once, they would not be disappointed

Loud music at midnight, creating lots of noise for neighbours at midnight, unable to sleep, very disrespectful and inconsiderate of others. Shameful business.

Nice place not so pricey Toilets are clean It is on the main road and every one can see you from road Music on vibe Chairs are not as comfy as it needs to be Toilets are downstairs and there is a sitting area downstairs as well but when you go downstairs it is so quiet Pool table is there Not busy on Thursday TV plays some random football They've sofas as well which is comfy They've boards games to play Music area as well.

Always visit pre match for Leicester games. The owner is fab and really friendly. Only suggestion would be to update the toilets but for a pre match pint and to watch sports on TV, it's our go to.

Popped in for quick drink after work. TVs on too loud, and the wooden structure of inside added to the general loudness of place. But good service and drink went down well 😁👍

Top drawer...lad running the bar in the last week shames all staff near braunstone gate..his service is quicker and smilier than them all put together...decent music,sport tv,well poured lager...cheaper than the place to the west!!!..real pub for real people...we're the ones that spend money

Brilliant pub, Sarah the landlady was welcoming, beer was good, lots of sport on the TV... wanted to go back today buy my legs weren't playing ball!

Attended the open mic night hosted by Rhett Barrow and had a brilliant time! A really welcoming venue on the thriving Braunstone Gate, operated by friendly staff and genuine clientele. Lovely Staropramen on tap, among other lagers, as well as a decent selection of bottled beers and the other usual beverage options. Performers included Rhett (of course) Calvin J, Mark, John Boulter, Tayo and Small Boy. Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

It was a bit quite but we was in early, but the staff was friendly and as the night draws it might be busier ok for a couple of pints great place to people watch
