Country Club Trent Park in Enfield

Just wanted to say huge thank you for hosting us on 2nd February. Everyone had a great time!! The food was really good and service outstanding! Halloumi cheese was out of this world 😊 Thanks again 🙏💖

Debbie had great communication, was so helpful in the planning stages and helped the afternoon run smoothly. The team were efficient, kind and very proactive. The venue itself is so nice! A huge thank you to Debbie and the whole team who supported and helped give our Dad a lovely wake.

We hired Trent Park Country Club for our Mother’s Wake. The venue is beautiful, clean and accessible (we had a few older people and a couple with mobility issues). They have great facilities for music and for a visual tribute, both of which we made use of. It also has a lovely outside space, which we didn’t use, due to weather, but would be fantastic for a spring/summer event. Debbie the manager was very helpful and patient with us given the situation. Debbie and the whole team on the day were brilliant, helpful, discrete, polite and friendly. They also allowed us to bring in our own caterers and worked with them so well, you wouldn’t have realised that they weren’t an onsite team. A number of guests commented on how lovely the venue was and we were able to celebrate my Mum’s life with no worries at all. We would definitely use this venue again.

Booked for my Xmas work dinner and drinks, staff were amazing, very helpful and polite, and also put up with our horrendous singing . The music was spot on and got us all up on dance floor not to mention the food was great! My colleagues and I enjoyed the 3 course Greek food. Would defo recommend for a good night out with family and friends !!

We hosted a corporate event at this amazing venue. The staff and service were fantastic and the evening ran like clockwork. A special mention for the food provided by the kitchen here, very fresh, very tasty, plenty of it and great value. Thank you all, we'll definitely be back

This was our work Xmas do for 20 people, £48 per person. It was one of the worst experiences I and my colleagues had. Food was insufficient for the number of people at each table, very poor quality and meat was cold. Drinks served in plastic glasses!!! A waitress sugged we complain and ask for a refund and also indicated she would bring us some more food. A few minutes later we were told we couldn't have any more as they were running out of food ! we spoke to someone who was apparently the manager and we are waiting for a refund. Were promised that we will know by Wednesday. In addition, there were too many tables, and was difficult for anyone with mobility issues to move. Overall, this was such a poor service and wouldn't recommend it

Was here for a Christmas Work party last night - 8 December 2023. What a joke! Food was awful - lack of food for a table of 10! I skewer each, a bowl of chips, rice and salad. Dessert platter of cut up birthday cake, a few quality street and candy cane! Staff then started stacking chairs as if packing away whilst people sitting at tables still. Music was rubbish Quality of food was awful Not enough food Refunds should be given Don’t book!

AWFUL Christmas party food! Should I say lack of food! There was no food, literally scrapping for scraps to put on our parties table. We were all hungry. The place should not advertise food sold there let alone charge the extortionate price for lack of food served. Iceland chicken skewer burnt per person and a few frozen chips each in a tiny bowl past round table of 10 people. Shocking! Refunds should be made for all those that booked and attended for food on 08/12/23.

Was here for Christmas work party. Disappointed with the quality of food. Was not enough for 10 people. The drinks were so over priced. Music wasn’t great. Got better as the night went on. Everyone was hungry. Was very hot inside and tables so close together.

Just had the worst dining experience ever tonight at this venue. Work colleagues and I went there for our Christmas meal. The venue was heaving with lots of other parties all occupying tables with 10 people. We occupied two tables with 10 per table only for each table to be served one paltry bowl of chips, another with rice, small skewers of chicken kebabs (one each) and 4 small vegetable skewers. It beggars belief to think that such miniscule servings could feed ten people and to add insult to injury the food was cold. We politely asked the 'waitress' & the reason why I say 'waitress' is because it later transpired that she didn't work there but was helping out!! On numerous occasions we asked for more food and when that was not forthcoming we asked to see the manager. Who we thought was the manager offered no apology but said she would try to sort something out. Still nothing until after the 5th or so complaint out came another paltry serving of chips only to be told there was no more food, that there was an issue with the kitchen. The poor 'waitress' looked flustered and was apologetic and was clearly rushed of her feet because it was evident they were short of serving staff. We eventually got to see the 'manager' who stated we needed to email a complaint in order to get a refund. Basically it was a case of sheer greed and very poor management and customer service. In one word the experience was 'Diabolical '. Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment. I'm off to get a take away...still hungry!!!

Worst Christmas party ever. Booked weeks in advance, not enough staff. Plastic glasses for drinks. Waited ages for food which was insufficient for a table of 20, and it was cold. Half the table didn't eat as there wasn't enough. We were then told there was no more as they had run out. Drinks were expensive. We left at 9.30pm.... should have partied til early hours.

Coffee needs to improve lattes were lukewarm. Seating are good. Access to beautiful gardens. Did not use restaurant so canbit comnent

Debbie and her team hosted an excellent prom for our Year 13 students. Their smooth organisation made sure that a fun night was had by all. The actual venue was really classy with lots of photo points for their insta moments! In fact, the decor meant we didn't need to spend loads on additional decorations. Most importantly, the team, including security, treated the young people with respect. I have run a few proms over the years and this venue was hands down the best. A special shout out to the DJ, AJ.
