Got our food before our drinks because there were at least 5 hen nights going on and the staff seemed overwhelmed but drinks and food were good

Nice place with yummy food. Service is very slow on a Sunday especially if you have not booked- and might need to eat outside if not booked- though chilly, blankets provided. Really nice ambience inside.

Had a really chilled out brunch. Service and food first class. Can well recommend. We all had the garden breakfast on the brunch selection of the lunch menu. Fabulous!

Mi esposa es celiaca y encontrar un lugar con un menú sin gluten Y está lleno de cosas sabrosas en lugar de las opciones habituales es raro. Llegamos llenos de optimismo y durante la mayor parte de la noche que estaba plenamente justificado. Las verduras de tempura eran geniales, mi filete era perfecto y su coliflor deliciosa. Incluso mejor los cócteles eran brillantes y el personal estaba realmente informado sobre la seguridad alimentaria. Entonces todo salió mal. Mi esposa pidió la crema Brûlée. Una cucharada y ella se quejó de que no sabía bien, la textura era errónea y granulada en lugar de suave. Lo enviamos de vuelta y lo sacaron de la factura. Estábamos de camino a casa cuando mi esposa comenzó a sentirse muy enferma, signos clásicos de haber comido gluten. Al día siguiente en la investigación parece que Cosy club hace dos versiones de crema brûlée, una sin gluten y otra no ya que incluye miga de galleta. ¡Nuestra conclusión, sirvieron la versión equivocada! Si es cierto, entonces un grave fallo en la seguridad alimentaria. Así que nuestro consejo si usted tiene alergias ser ultra cauteloso, por lo tanto, solo dos estrellas! Ps. ¿Por qué tener dos versiones del mismo desierto y por qué diablos añadir galleta a la crema brava?

Great to be able to access Gluten free and dairy free food options whilst shopping in Bath. Full English breakfast can be made gluten free and dairy free. Staff at front desk weren't very clear but overall experience was good

I booked for dinner, found in the search for British cuisine, I would say it's a mix, of other places. The place is very characteristic (nice) I would say that it is very English, a little noisy yes. However the food was very good, the service excellent and the prices are not high I loved it

Went here for a pre theatre dinner and it ticked all the boxes good selection of drinks and food for all tastes, have to give a special mention to our server George who was a absolutely credit to The Cosy Club Bath.

Worst breakfast we have had cold fatty poached eggs were more like hard boiled my partner had the butcher's breakfast chop was fat sausages were cold bacon was fatty poached egg was like hard boiled after waiting 25 mins when not very busy expected it to be hot

I ve been for birthday lunch with my 3 daughter and mum it s the worst restaurant ever been the is cold I ve been on the 17th February arround lunchtime I ve ordered a chicken clubsandwich a hardly food in the plate the room is cold and the service is horrible I paid 90 pound the food is worth 45 pounds I would recommend any one to go there and I will not come back ever there adel berriche

I ordered the smashed burger and it was very bad with a sour aftertaste and dredging in fat. My English garden cocktail was unimaginable and weak. The buttermilk chicken dry, the arancini balls over fried and the Asian chicken bland. Waitresses were constantly hovering over our table to take empty plates and reminding us how much time we had left since half an hour before we had to leave the table. We weren't even asked if we wanted any dessert.

I had an amazing lunch at Cosy Club in Bath today! I ordered the Butcher's Brunch, and it was absolutely delicious — you could tell it was crafted with real care and attention by the chef. It was my first time having pork belly in an English breakfast, and it was a delightful surprise — beautifully roasted, tender and melt-in-the-mouth, rich but not greasy at all. Even the baked beans were special, cooked with spicy chorizo, adding a unique and flavourful twist. My friend had a burger, which was equally delicious — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavour. It’s rare to find an English breakfast with such thoughtful details. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a creative and satisfying meal in a cosy setting!

Large spacious cafe bar in the South Gate. Lovely decor and atmosphere with subtle lighting, spacious and airy. It was early when we went, so it was still quiet, but I am sure it gets very busy at times. The jug of water and water glasses was a nice touch. Coffees and breakfast were lovely, well presented, and tasty. Classic Breakfast at £12.25 was good value and lovely. Service was friendly and attentive and efficient. There is an outside terrace, which would be lovely in the summer. Will pop back again to try lunch or dinner 😁

A mediocre meal and experience. Despite booking, emailing ahead and trying to call to request a high chair was on the booking, we had to wait 5m at the table for one. We felt rushed to order and then it was very long wait for food. Which was noted and we received an apology. Food wasn’t piping hot and because of how long it took to arrive none of us felt comfortable raising it there and then. Food was tasty though and it was a nice atmosphere.

Popped in to catch up with an old friend. She chose the Cosy Club in the city of Bath as she was a regular there. I gave them another chance, as on the last two occasions they were let down by the service as she was very pushy, rude and rushed even if we were only two tables in the whole place at lunchtime. This visit was much better! We had two bottles of NZ Sauvignon Blanc between the two of us with 4 small plates. We spent almost £100 in total. I wasn't impressed with the starters at all. Very tiny or small as described, the taste was okay with nothing to write home about or returning soon based on food. The service was good this time, we felt relaxed, and they left us enjoying our time! Or perhaps it was in a bar area. All in all, we had a lovely time here with good company! My friend recommended breakfast here.

The food is good and mostly reasonably priced, great drink selection. Can get very busy, busy when I visited but food didn't take too long. I love the atmosphere of the cosy club and the service was fantastic.

Unimpressed by everything about this place.

This is the most terrible restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service is virtually nonexistent—they simply ignore you and leave used plates on the table. The food seems to be bought from Lidl or Co-Op and merely warmed up in a microwave. The chips were like wood shavings, the burger was rubbery, and the buns felt like plastic. I suspect they don’t even have actual cooks; the waiters likely just heat up frozen food from Lidl or Co-Op themselves. To add insult to injury, the food is criminally overpriced. Told the waiter that I would like to speak to their manager. I waited 15 minutes, but the manager never showed up.

Very cosy, was a lovely place to stop off and relax for a little bit before going home . Service was excellent .

This Cosy Club met our expectations and was in line with the others we've been to in the past. It was busy, but we were able to book a table and the service was very good. The location is fantastic and in the summer it would definitely be worth a visit to have drinks and a meal on the covered balcony.

Went to Cosy Club on Wednesday to enjoy their Teatime Tipple. Clearly stating in the menus that get two cocktails for 12.95 between 4-8pm. Unfortunately I was charged over 23 pounds with the manager stating they have changed that promotion to only after 9pm although all menus still state the previous special offer. It's a shame as the week before the offer was valid. As per trading standards legislation it's against the law to falsely advertise something, and I have checked all terms and conditions and nothing states the manager can change the promotion as they wish. Nothing wrong with the establishment but a chain like this should not be falsely promoting offers.

Booked a table so we could eat before a show in Bath at the Forum (Ed Gamble, highly recommend!). Had to call them on way there to move booking as we were running late - no problem at all. We were seated straight away, server was amazing (wish I had asked his name, he was brilliant). Explained we were running late so he did everything he could to speed things along. Food was really good, lovely atmosphere. But it was the friendly attentive service that made it fabulous. Thank you.

An incredible and unique place. Several spaces including a terrace for having a drink, eating... truly incredible. Porn star martinis served with a shot of prosecco are divine. The prices are in line with the quality and authenticity of the space, which is normal.

Very nice decor but this didn't make up for the bad service. I've been before and the food has been really nice albeit a bit cold. I have been recently and the restaurant has been quiet. The staff have been talking amongst themselves and it's been over 20 minutes before anyone even came to take drinks. We just left. It was unprofessional and a shame because I've had good experiences in the past

Ordered the Coronation Chicken Burger, very disappointing- no flavour and chicken over cooked. When asked “how was your food”, I gave our server that feedback. I was told the burger “can be a bit like that!” Certainly not worth £16.99.

First time at Cosy Club last night and thoroughly impressed. Gorgeous venue, really lovely, professional, down to earth staff and food was so tasty !! Separate menu which for gluten free which the staff were all knowledgeable about. Thank you.

Always a great buzz here and enthusiastic team of staff willing to help and serve great cocktails. I have never eaten here but the drinks are great. The only reason for a 4 star on atmosphere is the ability to allow children in with irresponsible parents who allow them to sue it as a creche whilst adults are trying to escape youngsters!!

Good quality food, but portion size does not reflect prices charged

Cold food, they microwaved it and still cold. The waiter did tell me he would ‘see what he could do’ and then did nothing. They even tried to charge us for it. Wine was a screw top and not good. Location is the only thing it has going for it. Spend your money and time somewhere else.

We visited yesterday morning for breakfast and had an excellent experience from start to finish, thanks to Cameron. We were seated on the terrace and Cameron was super friendly, professional and efficient, especially when we told him we were under slight time constraints due to having a train to catch - he let the kitchen know and also sorted our bill early for us. Food was excellent, coffee was particularly good, setting was great and the service was above and beyond - thank you, Cameron!

Disappointed...portion was not generous and service was a tad slow. Like catching the eye of cabin crew on their way to their bunk rest! Also, don't try the avocado mushed with peas. It's not for the faint hearted.

Food was served cold, very expensive for the quality of the food. Something in it wasn't cooked properly and I ended up throwing up an hour after eating it and now I'm suffering with stomach pains. 100% won't be eating there again

So let down on this visit. Had been here once before last Christmas when it was busy but the food and service were great. However, this visit has totally changed my opinion and by looking at recent reviews the staff are not learning from their mistakes! My food and plate were not hot and my fish was not cooked all the way through - though the waiter insisted it was checked with a probe, even my friend could see it was uncooked across the table! As it was the last portion available they offered to recook it!!!! I declined and chose a starter to replace my meal as we were visiting the Forum and were short of time due to the length of time it took to serve us. No-one had checked to see if our food was ok, as I had to call someone over when I noticed my fish was uncooked. No-one offered dessert and we had to ask twice for the bill. My friend had breaded chicken which was dry and hard - ugh! On another note the hooks on the inside of th ladies toilet doors are inadequate and one customer shoved the door so hard when I was in the loo that the hook detached from the loop and the door swung open. Had booked a table of 4 for Christmas but won't be back now. If you can't cope with the bookings then don't take on so many

Lovely setting, huge chandeliers, rustic decor. Staff is very friendly. Food is expensive for what you get. House red wine was delicious. MUST book during weekends, or you will be waiting!!

Had a lovely meal at Cost Club in Bath! The team were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location in the city center is perfect, and I was delighted to find plenty of allergen-free options on the menu. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little restaurant in the Southgate area of Bath. I felt that the food (breakfast) was a little overpriced and was a bit on the stingy side, although it was tasty enough.

We didn’t even get a “Hello” just greeted by a very grumpy man whose attitude stunk! I’d taken my friend to cheer them up and this was suppose to be a treat. I understand you’re busy but to be spoken to like that was awful! I would recommend being a lot more kindness. I wouldn’t recommend at all. The guy whom I assumed was the manager muttered under his breath when we asked for a table and said “Oh someone else will deal with you!” And stomped off. Common, we all have stuff going on but don’t take it out on the customers.

Met a friend in Bath and we decided to try Cosy Club for lunch. Unfortunately very disappointing. I had the prawn massaman curry. Really tiny portion (looked like a child’s meal to be honest), only 4 or 5 prawns and it was mostly sauce, with a couple of spoonfuls of rice. Not even a poppadum or bit of bread. For the price felt like a total rip off really and I was left still hungry. My friend had a burger which was also pretty small and dry looking. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely setting , but won’t be returning as the food quality was very poor for the price.

Great Experience and will certainly return. Atmosphere, Staff, Food and Cleanliness Excellent. Great value for money. Well done to all and keep it up.

Awesome place to meet friends and family

Went for breakfast - I had garden brunch which was great. My pal had the poached eggs and avo - they mixed up order because I'd changed from. Having the same but I added bacon. I don't blame them for the mix up but when we pointed out that my pal hadn't ordered bacon they took it to kitchen, removed bacon and brought it back. She's a veggie and we had to ask them to make another. They sorted it but was surprised at what they did initially.

Great location, balcony views whilst you eat or drink are brilliant. Nice atmosphere, great decor. Friendly helpful service and usual great food menu. Good non meat options. Would recommend

Lovely dining experience! I had steak with my friend to celebrate my birthday. The food and drinks (cocktails) were delicious and when we had a mixup with the food the staff were great and quickly fixed things for us as well as discounted our meal due to the short wait we had for the amended dish. George in particular was very friendly and thoughtful making sure that we had everything we needed and I enjoyed chatting to them :)

The Cosy Club has always been a good spot for brunch. On this occasion (Saturday morning) it was extremely busy as could be expected. Unfortunately there were a few let-downs, some of which could potentially as a result of this: -Orange juice is not fresh, but rather from concentrate and from cartons. Had to return it as it tasted very unpleasant. -Food took about 1-1.5hr to reach us, which for breakfast seemed a little long. Oh well, it was busy. -Food was lukewarm when it arrived with us, which put a damper on the experience. Not cold enough to complain or send back, but not hot enough to fully enjoy, either. -Menu said on the classic breakfast 'egg any style' and then refused to make a boiled egg. Very strange? For a place that screams 'luxury' with its interior and customer service, it seems a shame that the quality was let down like this during our visit.
