Cosy Cafe in Havering

i go to the collage next to it and they have really nice pie and mash and are really really nice people definitely worth going

Had the worst pie n mash ever served to me . Had about 3 mouthfuls and walked out . Owner asked what was wrong and told him but wasn’t offered my money back . Certainly would not recommend this place to anyone

Great food at reasonable prices. Portions are very generous. Very friendly staff. Worth a bite to eat, especially brekkie!

Have used this cafe for years top quality food amazing staff and would recommend to everyone. Food is amazing.

When I complained about the food the manager was rude and started saying I done it as a set up!...

The food is good but I found several hairs in my food which the manager then accused us of placing there ourselves , will not be eating there again.

Had breakfast here prior to visiting friends on a Saturday morning. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Staff were friendly. Not the most expensive breakfast I have had but not cheap.

We visited Cosy Cafe two years ago when our son was playing rugby at Campion school and were hoping for the chance to return in his final year of school rugby. The breakfast was as good as we remembered, its easy at Cosy Café to build your own reasonably priced breakfast including fried bread which is not served everywhere. The service was quick, the food good and unlike the family next to us who ordered far too much we had clean plates apart from a little bit of bubble (mashed potato and cabbage pattie) left by my wife. It was definitely worth leaving home an hour early and driving through heavy rain around the M25 for. Our only regret is we are unlikely to return as its too far from home.

Have visited this cafe now on several occasions mainly for breakfast food great and very hot reasonable priced cafe clean and staff friendly.

We went I for lunch, the food was very good and the service was great, the staff were very helpful, we will be visiting again.

Visited on a Saturday,six adults and two young children.Cafe was clean and a good choice on the menu.We ordered all at once and didn't have to wait too long, bearing in mind how many of us.It was nice to see all the orders were correct first time.The food was as you would expect from a cafe. Best fried bread I had for sometime.Would I go there again? possibly. Didn't quite get the atmosphere of a cafe.

Grilk Grilk and a plate of grilled logy. Whilst it was cooked well, I feel it lacked that certain oomph and sadly I haven't been back.

The service is a bit slow, the food takes a while to come out and then the quality isn’t even that great.

Always received service with a smile whether dining in or take away. Good selection of food. Very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and very personable.

Saturday morning had a late breakfast. Good choice on menu this place doesn't just do breakfast also does lunch and dinner. Lots of choice from the set menus or if you don't see the combination you like you can make your own choices. We had the set breakfasts which were large and came with some nice fresh bread or toast. The only disappointing thing we found were the fried eggs, they are supposed to have a orange yolk but these eggs were more white than anything else. On the plus side they do have very clean toilet facilities, and the staff were nice.

I came in for breakfast and got breakfast,it's a nice cafe,but leans more to being a restaurant with its prices.i spent about £9.00 with a couple of teas.quiet expensive really.not the best cafe for the area.plenty of competition in the area.i ain't returned but reading a few of the reviews,it appears the prices ain't got any better.

Lovely full English the works door step bread and butter or toast free newspapers to read while you're having your breakfast very clean staff very friendly always try to have my breakfast at the Cosy cafe whenever I'm in Hornchurch .

Not the best cafe in the area however the food is not the best for what you're paying e.g. £7 for a full English however the staff are friendly and always get service with a smile.

I'm from the North East of England,and visited my family on holiday in Gidea Park recently. I called in at the Cosy Cafe three times for a cheeseburger breakfast dripping with onions and wasn't disappointed! Cosy Cafe is the right description for this place. Fast and friendly service and great latte too!
