I've eaten here many times since coming to the UK. It's affordable and delicious.

Delivered on time and the quality is good, but this order cost me over £23 so far too expensive for 5 x prawn tempura and 1 x crunch chicken roll!!! You need to re-evaluate your pricing.

Taste was good with quite big portions yet the dishes looked too plain. Could have added some greens as per the pictures shown in your menu.

The delivery was really good It came on time no issues the food was delicious but the only down side is there was no cutlery or chopsticks which wasn’t helpful but I would order from here and and recommend to other people

I highly recommend this store’s udon noodles and the tom yum soup is very delicious. I have to eat here at least two or three times a week. If you miss it, it will be your loss! !

Pretty authentic Asian food, the Bento Boxes were excellent, the sushi is great. The menu has a lot of choice, all the food looked good. Service was good, order and pay at the counter, the place has the usual cheap looking white plastic tables and chairs & doesn't look like anything special, but the food is great, certainly worth trying.

Amazing great service, fantastic food and friendly staff. I am fussy when it comes to chinese food and I am particularly fussy about eating in restaurants but this one has a relaxed atmosphere and welcoming and friendly staff who are not only polite but fantastic cooks. The food (sweet and sour chicken and beef in a black bean sauce) was so flavourful and well cooked. Very quick as well full of many flavours lots of vegetables not just a basic dish nd not expensive at all I will be back

The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, buzzing with happy diners. The menu, a delightful fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine, offered a tantalizing array of options. After much deliberation, I settled on the Kungpo Chicken, while my dining companion, Abbey, opted for the Katsu curry. The Kungpo Chicken was an explosion of taste. The tender chicken pieces were perfectly cooked, coated in a rich, savoury sauce that was both spicy and sweet. Each bite was a symphony of flavours, from the fiery chili peppers to the subtle hints of ginger and garlic. The accompanying vegetables were crisp and fresh, adding a welcome crunch to the dish. Abbey's Katsu curry was equally impressive. The golden-brown breaded chicken cutlet was incredibly juicy and tender, perfectly complementing the thick, flavourful curry sauce. The rice was fluffy and well-cooked, soaking up the delicious sauce. Topped with a vibrant salad, the dish was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. As we left Coishi, we couldn't help but feel incredibly satisfied. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We had been to Korokko many times before, but Coishi had truly raised the bar for Katsu in Southampton. From now on, Coishi will be our first stop for Katsu, and we can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu.

Very delicious food, large portions and filling, and the ingredients are very fresh. I highly recommend their pho and ramen, which are super delicious. The restaurant environment is quite good, the waiters are approachable and have a good service attitude

Extremely rude worker there. I asked if there were any sushi platters to take out as there was not many in the fridge. He confirmed they were coming out. When he asked what I wanted I explained and he asked how many. I did not know if he was referring to the platter or the amount of rolls so I wanted to clarify. He started getting frustrated and huffing and puffing because I asked one question. I usually enjoy the sushi rolls in this place but the service I received today was extremely inappropriate. I suggest If the staff are going to have issue with questions then they shouldn’t be working there. Anyway avoid this place and go to Kokoro. It’s across the street and the service is much nicer.

The delivery time kept falling back by 5 minutes then another 5 then another 5 etc. If you have a lack of drivers please just be honest and realistic about the delivery time. There were no traffic issue in this area and my order was early evening!!

Acaban de pagar un cargo por servicio. Recoges cosas de la nevera y luego vas al mostrador a pagar. Me sorprendió ver un cargo por servicio añadido automáticamente. Pedí que se retirara, pero el personal dijo que la dirección insistió en que se incluyera. Mencioné que esto iba en contra de la norma comercial, que reconocieron que podrían haber estado violando una ley, pero no eliminarían el cargo por servicio. Qué estafa absoluta. La comida se veía bien.

I enjoyed the food but the sticky rice wraps were sticking together when I got to those. Trying to pick one up at a time was a nightmare because sepirating them from each other whole was impossable. May i suggest a small piece of non stick paper around each one when packing them in the future. Delivery time was an hour later then the enitial eta, though they did keep the eta updated. I always judge delivery time by asking, is it within 10 miniutes of advertised delivery time, often its not.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and had beef brisket, Katsu Chicken, Gyoza and Sushi. All dishes were perfect, the prices were really good and the eatery is clean and well presented. Can’t fault the place at all and looking forward to coming back.

I wanted to get takeaway from this restaurant. The lady behind the counter refused to give a mixture of the sides like rice and nudles she said its imposible... i said ok... musr be very complicated! Then when i try to pay she put service charge and i told her i will not pay service scharge!!! The owner came along and i told him i not willing to pay service charge as there is no even waiter you have and no scheff. If your food worth 10% more i willing to pay but by law you have to display the price what the costumers need to pay for the food and if thay not aggree with the service charge you can not charge it! The owner become agressive and send us to eat other restaurant. We did than, we find kokoro what provide the same food (but looks better quality) and there we not get charged with servicecharge!

The most authentic rice I’ve had since I came to UK! The dish was incredibly good. Getting it at such a price is definitely a great deal. I’ll be coming back to Southampton just because of this restaurant 🥰🥰

All the food here is delicious, the chicken is always well done and flavourful, my personal favourite is the takoyaki which never fails to impress the same can be said for the stir fry and bento boxes.

This time I ordered stewed beef brisket and Japanese curry chicken rice, which was really delicious. The chicken and beef were very tender, the sauce was super fragrant, and the rice was also very soft and sticky. I highly recommend this restaurant, the environment is very clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

Shocking customer service. No ginger with my order despite asking for extra ginger! Accused of being a racist because I tried to let them realise that a person who takes orders should be able to speak English! I had to repeat my order twice, request for ginger twice, wanted chopsticks twice, remind her it was a takeaway twice! Seriously! Whoever the person was that I spoke to on the phone ( a male…. am I now going to be accused of sexism?????? If he was a Manager I would be even more shocked!). Oh how I wish the old owners of CoSushi were back- what a delightful group of people they were! Not the rude obnoxious employee from Imperial Garden Chinese Restaurant which is where I see my payment went to.

My friend was treated really bad, after spending £90 on lunch, the owner needs to learn some business ethics. He said dont come to the restaurant as he cant just charge a £2 on his merchant machine.

I asked for extra spicy spicy beef Japanese noodle soup it wasn't overly spicy but taste amazing ( I love spicy food so this could be too spicy if you like mild - med spice ) my first time trying this kind of food will be Def going there again freshly made with fresh ingredients overall yum !!!

It was a good place with fantastic service but the sweet and sour chicken had so many chilli's and there weren't many options as there are in a place like kokoros or a place like that. There was no one in the place and the atmosphere was very dead and quiet as I think but overall a good restaurant 👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃😃

Good food, great portions. Seems to be a small glitch when trying to build your own noodle dish that doubles the price from £15 to £30+ so, might want to look at that. But its a fantastic meal experience, love the milk tea

However, I'd like to offer a few observations that could further enhance the dining experience.Firstly, concerning the decor, while the food is exceptional, the interior doesn't fully capture the essence of a Japanese dining space one might expect for sushi. The lighting seems out of sync with the style, and a small change in this aspect could greatly improve the overall ambiance, inviting guests in from outside. I suggest incorporating large, appetizing food graphics on the walls near the cashier. Not only would this catch the eye of passersby, but it could also increase foot traffic. Additionally, a change in the color scheme from blue, purple, and pink, which don't harmonize well, could be considered.Another point is about warming dishes. Using a microwave, though practical, means the sound of the timer can be heard in the dining area, potentially disrupting the culinary experience of guests. I recommend exploring alternative warming methods, like bain-maries, which would be less intrusive acoustically. I hope these constructive suggestions will contribute to the further development of CoSushi, benefiting both the owners and customers. I'm convinced that with these minor adjustments, the restaurant can become even more popular.

Terrible service!!!!! Don't recommend it! Stuff don't bother to help or to do their job like they should. They laugh for nithing and make stupid jokes in front of customer!

I have order from them first time. They changed the delivery time for 3 times and they not wven preparing my order! I was dissapointed after i have waited more than 1 hour and half for 16 pieces of sushi!!!

We visited CoSushi and I must admit that the sushi was really tasty. The variety of flavors and freshness of ingredients deserve special praise. However, I would like to share a few comments that could further improve the experience of visiting the restaurant. The first suggestion concerns interior decoration. Although the food is excellent, the decor does not quite reflect the atmosphere of a Japanese place where you would like to eat sushi. The lamps seem incongruent with the style, and a small change in this area could significantly improve the overall atmosphere when inviting outside guests. I would recommend using large, appetizing food graphics on the walls, just like in the cash register area. This would not only attract the attention of passers-by, but also increase traffic in the premises, plus changing the colors blue, purple and pink because they do not match each other at all. Another issue concerns heating food. The use of a microwave oven, although practical, makes the sound of the end of heating audible in the room, which may disturb the guests' culinary experience. I recommend considering alternative heating methods, such as bain-maries, which would be less acoustically invasive. I hope that these constructive suggestions will contribute to the further development of CoSushi and benefit both owners and customers. I am convinced that thanks to minor changes, the restaurant can become even more popular. If necessary, I will be happy to provide further assistance in increasing sales, rebranding and processes in the company!

Worst experience ever! Service was appalling! Blaming us that they got order wrong even though me and my partner repeated it twice! Useless staff and even manager weren't very helpful. When asked for refund, he refused! And didn't listen either when I asked for takeaway! Very bad experience, won't go back there ever again!

The food was tasty but what wasn't made clear is that it's an automatic 10% surcharge for eat in orders. We couldn't see that this is written anywhere on the menu/price displays in store and only in very small font on the table menus. This made it quite pricey as a lunch option.
