Love going to this costa , friendly staff

As someone who works in hospitality, I can say this place is good, despite being a chain.

Best Costa in Gloucester! Very relaxing place. Bright and spacious. Excellent service, staff are very friendly.

Didn't have any food, but I its a nice chill place

Clean and tidy but staff slow to serve never had food coffee was ok

My experience was unpleasant. The girl with an accent serving had poor people skills and made me feel as though she was doing me a favour. The service was unfriendly and as if I'd done something wrong to be honest. I made a friendly joke but there was no breaking that ice. Needless to say, I won't be back but for those that are going, be advised that while I was waiting, I did see 3-4 flies which landed on uncovered cakes and around the coffee machine and cups etc so from a hygiene perspective, this isn't an area this particular Costa is excelling at.

As we know, most Costa coffee branches are the same, but this particular branch has a good level of service.

I like costa coffee and they have some of the nicest locations but what I don't like is that some locations after covid have been closing earlier.

In a convenient space shared with the Next showroom. Lovely place. Good coffee. We had a toastie and some snacks for the kids.

It was okay. My latte tasted more like milk than any coffee. I have lattes all the time so this was probably the weakest I've had. Still nice though.

The staff were brilliant on the day we were there. The owners need more staff and to show existing staff much more respect. No wonder there is a crisis in hospitality when staff are put under unacceptable pressure for unacceptable wages.
