Costa Coffee Sunningdale in Windsor and Maidenhead

It's what you expect from Costa. If you need to meet someone then it is ideal.

Friendly staff, plenty of seating and an overall nice atmosphere. It's a nice place to come and get some work done, although the music can be quite loud at times. The coffee and food is always served fresh and tasty. It's definitely one of the better Costas that I've visited.

It's the usual Costa menu. No issues there. The staff have gotten much less friendly recently, and barely seem to be able to speak now. One toilet had been marked as out of action for weeks, but staff seem to go in. I assume they have claimed it for their use only. The second toilet seems to be on the verge of breaking down. Try Fego across the road. It's much friendlier.

Not any healthy food. But great service

Great staff, clean environment and good service. Free parking, but this is limited on time and there are only a few bays in front of the shop.

Been only a couple times however each of the Barista's are lovely and greet you with a smile. Make sure you go just after the big lunch rush if you want a quiet coffee experience

Worst Costa ever ! Lady who was at the till today was unbelievable rude. My daughter and her friend visit Costa every Friday after school for over a year now. This time we came a little earlier and I got a discounted toasty, then my daughter’s friend came and ordered toasty. The lady refused to toast my toasty because it was bought with discount and put my daughter friend’s toasty in the oven! I asked her to help me to scan reward on the app and now I am looking at it and she didn’t ! I asked for straw for cooler I bought for my daughter and she refused! Meanwhile she had her 2 years old running around the premises and inside the till area. Having kids myself I do not mind but when she refused to do toasty for my daughter 3 times because she couldn’t eat untoasted toasty and when I was waiting until her daughter calm down as well as the whole queue I think it is not only unprofessional but also showed absence of empathy and compassion.

Standard coffee shop with nothing to talk about. Service was prompt and with a smile. Busy location.

Possibly the nicest Costa I've ever visited. We dropped by whilst waiting for family on a sunny Saturday afternoon, when the inside tables were approximately half full. Received a warm welcome from the staff, each of whom were so unbelievably polite and friendly (the team here are a shining example of what the Costa experience should be). My coffee to cup mugs were pre warmed with hot water to make our drinks stay warm for longer. The coffee was great and the tables kept clean and spotless. Hope to drop in again next time we're passing.

Visited around 16.00 on Wednesday 28th June 2023 . The male barista was exceptionally pleasant and kind to my 4 year old grandson who had had a very bad day. Thank you.

If only I could give 10 stars!! I visited Costa Sunningdale with my mother on Monday, we had coffees and something to eat. The two young ladies were more than excellent! Very helpful, friendly, smiling, working hard, keeping the place clean and tidy. All in all, food was delicious and service was amazing!

It's a nice spot to have a coffee and meetup with friends.

The outlet was large and roomy. But had an organised service as I was in a queue for morning coffee My pain a raisin was still warm Not sure I'll be passing that way again but if I do will use it if I am !

Same story, nothing around, Costa is king. To be truthful, I am in Penzance now, raining outside, sitting in my car and having a Costa coffee bought from drive thru .

This Costa (Sunningdale) is in a handy place when doing our bike ride. Service is fine. There weren't any queues. The reason I've rated it 3 star is because the coffee isn't that well made. It's wet and takes vaguely of coffee but compared with what proper Baristas can make, Costa isn't for coffee lovers.

Normally love a Costa but this time they were so disorganised. Ordered on the app and waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Why? Because our order print out had been dropped on the floor....

Excellent service, the members of staff, that was working was fantastic, it was a Sunday,and everyone was working as a team, I order a moca, and a bacon and a sausage bap, and what impressed me ,was the lady behind the counter. offered to warm it up before I even got in the queue. And even though she had a mask on . you can still see her smiling through her eyes, great service 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered two hot chocolates. Sadly both only warm at best. The gentlemen behind asked for extra hot. I would highly recommend taking his advice if you visit.

One month and this place has taken a rather bad turn. It’s getting dirty and new staff is simply not coping. You wait ages for a simple latte. When I came the place was empty, most of the tables were not cleaned, behind the counter you could see dirty cups everywhere, coffee spilled on the surfaces. Only one member of staff serving, the other person suddenly appears after the line forms behind me. Not great comparing to my previous 5 star review.

More peaceful than the Ascot branch, tricky to get any parking though but that is just Sunningdale all over

It's a chain they have something in their coffee which is addictive which I prefer to starbucks or nero

I proberly spend the best part of £1500 a year on the same hot drink I've had for two years a flat white but to be told that the drink im not happy with is right is an insult. The barista couldn't of been anymore put out that I wasn't satisfied with my drink. I will be avoiding this branch in future and it's a shame as I'm local to sunningdale

Very quaint and quiet place. The Manager change my Panini for a new one because it was toasted too much - all because it was done by a trainee, so no real issue. The girls serving were kind while serving and fast too. Keep it up Costa Sunningdale !!
