Costa Coffee Praed Street in City of London, Westminster

Service excellent. Coffee awful. Most disgusting taste ever. Nothing worse than having paid for a full cup of coffee that is so disgusting that ypu can’t drink it.

Looking for a good coffee having just left Paddington station. Found this Costa along the row of shops along Praed Street. A smiling welcome, clean tables, and the coffee was just what we needed. Thank you to the lovely lady serving around 2.30 pm

Came in and on a very busy Saturday morning but the server was really friendly and made us laugh, service was really quick. Couldn’t fault it!

On arriving at Costa coffee Praed Street after a 2 hour + train journey all I wanted was a Caramel Latte and a chocolate twist, sadly all the chocolate twists were gone 😔 I sat down with my Caramel Late and joined a teams call (the new normal) after 5 minutes I noticed a Chocolate twist had appeared, and when I turned around the manager apologised saying she was touched by my comments. Once I finished my call I thanked her, it was then that I established that the manager went out of her way to purchase one from another shop on Praed Street 👏👏👏👍👍🙂 Really made my day, fantastic service
