I have mettin online and I wait my sis to coming after 30 m some employees coming to tell me go out because you not order I tell him I finish my meeting and take coffee he tell me too much point and cannot stop talking I tell him we’re all this rolls not paper or online or any other thing tell me again you must go out their v v v rood and un humanity’s I need my respect back from any wear Please 🙏

given Costa at LCY doesn't have regular customer base I thought the service friendly and helpful, proper cup and saucer and teapot, my toastie nicely laid out, they brought me serviettes with a smile and 'hope you enjoy'. Small things that matter

My food was ready and I requested a guy, can you please give me my food and he starts arguing with me there are other customers came before you, I said ok but that guy keep talking we are only 2 guys working, you have to wait, I said calm down bro but he keep talking, the way he was talking to me was insulting and at the he said, that's the door go away. I asked who is your manager he replied I am the Manager. this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back to Papa's chicken eastham

1 Food Court Lower Ground Floor, The ArcadeI order a DeLuxe and they serve me another hamburger. I bring it back to show the error, I am told that it is indeed a DeLuxe. I then ask where the famous mustard sauce is and I am told that there is no mustard in the DeLuxe 😂 I go to BK at least they know their hamburgers...
