Subway in Newham

Mohammad is only staff gave me a foot long which I didn't want when I asked him he said £7.20 but when I went to pay he charged £10.50 didn't ask whether I want as a meal with a drink. When I asked for a drink he again charged me £2.20 for the drink. I felt like I have conned. This is a dead subway probably this is the reason. Staff always try to charge extra without asking.

I never received tge order although it showed as delivered. I sent a text to the driver he didn't get back to me. I want a full refund!

you didnt put vegan cheese in my footlong yet u advertise vegan cheese online for my order.

Bread was tough and chewy. Salad was fab.

Terrible service at 11pm, Subway states online that the store closes 11:30 and the guy refused to honour an order made for collection beforehand - he told me to talk to the assistant manager tomorrow instead of making my food. If you can clearly see my order and you’re not closed (I arrived at 11pm and made the order 10:50) why not just make the food. Incredibly rude person rushing to get home and he closed the shutters as soon as I left. Change opening times if you are going to close at 11. This could have been resolved much faster than our back and forth - is this how staff is trained at Subway?

order was wrong and not for the first time I have ordered from here, they don't seem to know the difference between chicken breast and chicken tikka.

He was just lazy and couldn’t even bring the food to the door but overall was an okay experience

This Subway needs a bad hygiene rating! Some staff don't change their gloves after touching surfaces around the back of the shop. Then they serve customers touching the raw ingredients contaminating the food. Environmental Health need to check this Subway out pronto!

Avoid this store. Sunday morning i was there with my wife. The lady serving was alone in whole shop and she Just Don't love her Job at all. No greetings, no Interaction at all. I asked for Foot long Big bombay but she was making Meat Ball. When i told her that i asked for Big bombay, she just made a face. Later she told me that they have no Pepper, so i asked for Black olive to add and if possible to add Spicy sauce or spicy mayo. She told me that Big bombay set menu doesn’t come with other sauce!! I Didn't argue as i am already pissed. Most annoying part was Soft drinks Dispenser. I was taking fanta and 4/5 Ants dropped from Fanta dispenser!!

There was nothing good about this! Not only did the delivery guy turn up late, he went to the wrong place, I had to direct him to where I was. We are only in a small rise of flats and he wouldn’t come up, so my daughter had to go down in her pj’s, I told him she was coming down and what she was wearing and yet he walked past her like she wasn’t there, so she had to call after him. Food is disgusting. The sub came wet like water had been on it. Cheese bites were stone cold like out of a fridge and we had to heat it all up and throw some away

Is it really worth the 1 star - NOPE. As you can see from the receipt - ordered 2 footlong Veggie Delite's, paid for extra cheese, lettuce, cucumber, pickles, sweetcorn with Sweet Onion sauce. Now, there's no way of ordering the sub online and asking them not to put the sauce on so we rang and spoke to the staff. Great they arrived and the sauce was in a container. However, look at the photo's... what care was given in creating the subs.. Mine (the footlongs) a few slices of cucumber, NO lettuce, a few pickles, not even a child size handful of sweetcorn! Also take a look at the care given in creating my partners sub (NONE). Nothing like what they would create if you're stood in front of them. Called back and 'Hassan' if that's his real name wouldn't give us his managers name - apparently there's a different manager each day! Didn't really care to the fact that he'd missed putting the lettuce in, or the fact that the sub wasn't even filled like it should be. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM HERE!

I paid for Chilli heatwave Nachos which was £3.59 , they gave me Doritos chilli heatwave crisps. Not happy at all

Had a good subway experience. The foot long sub was fresh and delicious. The store was clean. The guy who served me Muhammad Mithun was friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommend.

You can tell they rushed this sandwich. Sauce was more on the outside then inside. They only cut through the top bread and not all the way through. And it was cut 4/8 ratio. I get you might be busy and it's a job to you, But on the other end it's someone's lunch, that they worked an hr in thier work to get the money to pay for it. And you couldn't take probably 2 extra seconds to make it presentable?..

Absolutely disgusting. The asian cashier was in the back of the store when I walked in and I was waiting for 3 minutes. He didn't change his gloves and started making my sandwich. Didn't put enough filling so had to tell him to put more. Put the wrong sauce in my sandwich. He really didn't seem like he wanted to work there. This is why East ham is "East ham".

The chicken from Subway always tastes kind of gross, so I hope they cook it better in future. Other than that, it was OK. I liked the smell and the sauce. The sauce reminded me of everything I like about sauce.

I had ordered double meat and cheese, it did not come with it. Usually all orders are read correctly. This time it did not happen. Disappointed

I ordered a steak and cheese wrap and they put everything wrong and missing. i called subway and the guy told me it’s impossible and was rude on the phone. i have picture proof. i got mayo instead of bbq sauce. they put sweetcorn and lettuce when i wanted neither. i wanted pickles, jalapeños, red onions, olives and cucumber but got none of those.

Subway card machine never works and the fat Asian guys always says only manger can turn the machine on. What a liar and what a cheat this place is! Sub card machine never works here so you can’t Collect points. Pointless

If I could give zero stars I would. Two Asian ladies are absolutely rude. I walked in on two different days. Day 1 I was told they can’t serve me because they are doing just eat delivery’s . When they are TWO members off staff there. And on multiple occasions they decide to clean at very i Convenient times during the day so that they can finish and leave there shift quickly. Absolutely horrible. Another time they got my order mixed up with the lady next to me and I found out when I was home and she had ordered pork which I don’t eat. The lady’s who so rudely refused To serve me due to there delivery’s was a shift was at 15:00 on weds 3rd Aug 2022.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Got food poisoning from the last time I visited, it was an awful experience. Never felt more worse in my life. Was vomiting for 4 days straight. Also the menu prices are ridiculous. Daylight robbery. The guy behind the counter with the beard is an absolute fraud. They don’t issue receipts and claim the unused subway points. Avoid at all costs. Go to McDonald’s which is down the road. This place needs to get closed asap. It’s a health hazard.
