Costa Coffee - Kennedy Centre in Belfast

Cuando se acerca al personal para hacer un pedido, le dan una mirada sucia como si su servicio estuviera interrumpiendo su reunión social. Simplemente no podían ser molestados en ayudar o incluso sonreír.El café es terrible. Su lette, blanco plano, capuchino y mochas (diferentes cafés con diferentes concentraciones) se ven y saben igual. Café con sabor a leche. Si pide un trago adicional de café para fortalecer su café con leche 9 veces de cada 10 lo olvidarán, pero le cobrarán lo mismo e incluso con el trago adicional no mejorará mucho.

Indifferent staff, the noisiest coffee machine I have ever heard and a constant boom boom of the rubbish music system playing for the benefit of the staff rather than the customers made this an uncomfortable experience.

Así dirigimos aquí después de ir de compras con mi marido y mi niño pequeño. Fue 10 a 6, en un domingo. Antes de comprar café pedimos cuando tenemos que salir y nos dijo que un barrio 6. Pasó 10 libras en cafés, bebé chino y brownies. Poner nuestro niño en la silla alta y apenas empezamos a beber nuestro café cuando nos dijeron bastante repentinamente por un miembro o personal que no había sido en el mostrador para salir y que lo estaban cerrando. Aclaramos para salir y me indicó que el miembro del personal que nos habían dicho que tuvimos hasta un pase de barrio 6, de lo contrario nunca habría comprado las bebidas. A los que me tenía mal entendida, en una manera muy grosera. Pérdida de 10 libras. Totalmente perjudicial para mi bebé y que habíamos sido habla de lo mucho que nos encantó en particular que como ella había sido costa ir ya que ella era un bebé. Bueno, eso es de 3 clientes que no volveremos nunca. Espero salir a tiempo de rush en Casa vale molesto a un niño de dos años y dos clientes leales! Nos preguntamos a qué hora teníamos que salir por una razón y sin adquirir bebidas lo contrario. seguiré mi dinero en mi bolsillo y mi niño en el tranvía por ahora y a caminar por! No vale la pena el estrés y claramente tratando de ser amable con el personal era una pérdida de tiempo por nuestra parte. . .

Great friendly service and a lovely latte as usual. Seating is perfect if u want to sit in a corner on ur own u can or in the middle of everyone. Nice comfy seats.

No va a perder mucho tiempo en este solo ¡evite! ! Una chica alta con cabello castaño / rubio en una cola de caballo pasó su tiempo bostezando y dándoles a las otras chicas que básicamente tenía que trabajar y no estaba interesada en hacer mi pedido igual con el cliente que estaba furioso. ! Deshonra absoluta y debe ser despedido en el acto! ! ! El lugar también es repugnante y no está limpio, ¡no volverá! !

Without a doubt the most disgusting toilets I’ve ever seen in a Costa. The same excrement has been all over the bowl for about six months. It is seemingly never cleaned. Filthy.

Cada vez que visite aquí tengo que encontrar una mesa que no tiene placas sobrantes de tazas/que no me ha quedado claro. . Las mesas están siempre sucia.Tuve que enviar mi capuchino ya que estaba lleno de espuma y sin sabor.Sinceramente, no creo que el personal tiene una idea de lo que están haciendo. .

Had some chocolate it was nice my ma had a chocolate hot and my gran had a cup of tea it was the first time I ate at this costa

Staff have awful customer service skills, not one of the tables where cleaned, had to clean the table ourselfs as staff were over crowed behind the counter! Have been a few times and not one been pleased with the customer service skills of your team

This was definitely a COSTA EXPERIENCE of the worst kind , I went in today for a well earned latte , the staff that served me were too busy talking to each other and watching someone they had no interest in what they were doing and indeed in my order , my coffee was served just slightly above cool not touching wam to the extent to me it wasn't worth drinking , I left 3/4 of my coffee and left ,but before leaving I told a member of staff of my complaint and got the reply "oh okay " , I will try another COSTA but never again this one .......do yourself a favour go elsewhere , martin scott

Absolutamente la peor experiencia de mi vida en un Costa Coffee! ! Esperé en una cola larga para llegar al mostrador y cuando finalmente me hizo una chica pesada con recto sucio pelo rubio (creo que su nombre era Megan) empezaron a gritar desde detrás de otros dos barman " ¿Qué quieres? ! "Qué quieres? ! "En un muy grosero Manor. Le dije lo que quería (un delgado massimo moka) y fuimos en ella literalmente me y laminados sus ojos! ! ! ! Nunca me han tratado tan groseramente en cualquier lugar en mi vida! ! ! ! ! Me tiré las bebidas en la bandeja (Yo estaba con mi marido) y yo intentamos conseguir algunos malvaviscos (todas las costas que he estado para darnos tostar) y comencé a tener un ataque diciendo que tenemos que pagar extra. La bebida era basura absoluta y el baño estaba asqueroso. Y para rematar, la mujer mayor que parecía un gerente sentado allí con la chica comentarios comentarios sarcásticos y hablar acerca de mi marido y yo detrás nuestro! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Las únicas palabras que he expresado a ninguno de ellos fue a contarles mi orden (aparte de la cosa le obsequiaremos), y por la manera de gestión aparentemente es aceptable actuó para ellos que tratan a sus clientes como basura! Nunca he sido tan horrorizados en toda mi vida! ! ! ! ! ! Experiencia horrible y no se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que la costa. Costa debería avergonzarse!

Our food took ages to arrive. Only wanted a panini and croissant heated up!! Restaurant wasn't even busy so don't know why it took so long. Staff totally not interested. Young blonde girl walking around like a zombie!! Food not very appetising and very expensive....

Llevé a mi hermana pequeña para un café y nunca volveré. El servicio es muy lento. No hay comunicación entre el personal. Estaba parado esperando 15 minutos para un café con leche sólo para ser preguntado por el colega haciendo el café "Por qué están allí? ". Él ni siquiera sabía que había pedido.

Stood in queue and watched an old man TRYING to interact with the staff while he was being served... they werent having any of it. You could see his demenour change as he was ignored.Then when i was being served, observed the cups that the coffee is filtered into stained and congealed with all the previous filters being put into them.And then while finally sitting down to a very average latte... dance music blasting out over the speaker system.Would gave complained but no manager in.... sort of explains it... when the cats away......

Lovely coffee and great service, nicely spaced out tables which helps when small child is with me so that prams can be fitted in And I didn't feel like I was in anyone's way

Same as rest of Costa outlets can b busy at times can't wait too see what happens when they r charging 4 using there cups

As a regular visitor to this costa I can say its a lovely place to meet friends enjoy great coffee and delicious cake.staff are really good and the manager is really interactive and friendly making you feel at home

Lovely atmosphere with friendly welcoming staff and the coffee is something else ! I like how the tables are nicely spaced out and not all clustered together like a lot of coffee shops which put me off going into them I can't wait to visit here again

Layout of this Costa makes it difficult for those who have been through the shops to enter as it's quite narrow and manoeuvring a shopping cart between the tables is near impossible. The service was a little slow but we were served our average coffees by pleasant staff.

Lovely staff and great service. Costa coffee is a great addition to the Kennedy Centre. Would recommend. Even on a busy Saturday as there is lots of seating.
