Amazing customer service. Excellent and brilliant coffee. Deeksha an amazing member of staff every day she's going beyond and above.

A member of staff named Muhammad was very rude to me and had a negative attitude towards me as I saw him mumbling something under his breath. When I told I would complain about him he said “complain about me then I don’t care”

Me and family want to have breakfast at your cafe and we order a breakfast wrap when it came to the table I started eating it and then I noticed a hair on my wrap I was vey horrified like I wanted to be sick and we will not be going there as a family again

Staff unfriendly. Hot drinks luke warm. Tables dirty. Sandwiches not placed on plates when eating in. Part of order missing.

I visited this coffee shop almost every day. Previously the services and coffees wasn't nice. Recently new manager call mr motiur he came and change everything. He care for customers and coffe and services are good. My complaints to the manager.

Yoonus was excellent and provided my family and me with the best drinks from my favourite coffee shop. Not only offered excellent beverage but fantastic service too.

Visited this Costa for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised. It was a freezing day out but Costa kept me warm. It was clean and professional. I generally avoid coffee shops but would definitely visit this one again.

We're familiar with the Brand/Franchise, and have generally had a good experience any time we visited a "Costa" outlet, so we were pleased to see the "Costa" sign at the centre of Ilford, quite close to the Rail Station.

When we visit the uk we always love having a drink at Costas, this one was close to our hotel so went to check it out. Out of our three drinks only one was piping hot. Taking our orders also went so fast we had wanted to have a treat but everything had already been rung up so we figured nevermind. The staff seemed stressed and it's a shame, cos it wasn't even that busy.

Had coffee and cake only, found the place noisy and stale from smokers and volume of traffic. Impressed as venue for wheelers and dealers and political debates, not the place if you seek to relax with a cuppa.

Appalling robotic service... tasteless mocha and cappuccino.. creepy male customers in large groups..not family friendly whatsoever.. constant no friendly attentive customer service just button pushers, one on till to take orders, one for payments, two on the machine.. and they will ask what your order was at least twice as they can't be bothered to remember and are used to treating people like they are on a conveyor belt...cold and uncaring.. the mc Donald's of the coffee world..(not a compliment in the slightest)

I have had the misfortune to visit this establishment twice. Both times, the staff have been discourteous and rude, ignoring customers waiting to be served. They don't serve unless they know you and sneer if you ask for help. A most unpleasant experience, it won't be repeated a third time.

I use to frequent this Costa often, and I even wrote a glowing review about it. My opinion has changed however, after a horrific incident that occurred in store. The staff here are negligent, and it was this lack of care and ignorance that led to a barista spilling boiling water from a teapot down my t-shirt because he was not paying attention. Not only was he unapologetic, but since trying to make a complaint, the store have incessantly been denying this happened. The permanent burn scar that I have been left with down the right side of my chest is not something that I can simply just ignore. This could have been a child that was burned! Absolutely appalling behavior from the staff members here.

Centrally located near the station and the shopping centre, this is my coffeeshop of choice when in Ilford. Spacious inside and decent terrace outside. Would give 5* if internet access was freely given instead of tapping a wifi code each time

Absolutely disgusting customer service waited In line for ages saw that the worker took the cooler out of the customers hand as she was walking away because she made the wrong one that customer waited 15 mins for another one and was clearly annoyed. The 3 people were so confused and unorganised which lead to slow service. The man dropped my husbands money everywhere then laughed like a joke instead of apologising. He asked us what we wanted after we ordered and was waiting showing lack of concentration. Then the disgusting manager came and hovered over employees making them nervous. It was busy and he didn't help out. The lady rushed my strawberry cream cooler and didn't blend it well enough. The ice was sharp on my tongue I had already left or I would've demanded an exchange or refund. Never before have I been disappointed with Costa or their service. I threw away the entire drinking costing me money. Seriously disgusted with Costa in ilford should close down. Looks run down and staff don't know what they're doing. Will make an official complaint to headquarters.

Costa Coffee has a very good name and reputation, whichever one you go into - the food and drink is always of a high standard and enjoyed by the customers that go there.I had two ice cold drinks, Mango & Passionfruit with Summer fruits - then a Chicken & Bacon Toasted Sandwich.The total cost was £10.75p for three items, very reasonable indeed. Costa Coffee, always worth a visit, anytime of the day.

It just looks and feels like a run down cafeteria now in my opinion....same as the one inside the exchange shopping centre. Seriously needs a make over in there! I actually love costa coffee, the one in barkingside is nice, as is the ones in Westfield, but sadly both of the costas in ilford have really deteriorated, the service is not great, the decor and seating looks knackered, it's gloomy and not particularly clean.

I needed a quick coffee and breakfast before going off to my course, and they did not disappoint. Service was quick and the coffee was great! I also got a muffin which tasted fresh and amazing! It is right opposite the Ilford train station so it's a good place to relax while you are waiting for your train or you need a quick fix after just arriving!

I normally go there for my morning coffee. I will have to say " AMAZING SERVICE" . Brilliant customer service with speed. Manager is so friendly and so welcoming, I believe his name is Khan. All staff are so hard working and friendly.

Right opposite the railway station, and with outside seating for those wishing to smoke and enjoy the road vehicle exhaust!This is another "Costa Coffee" and of course it sells the standard products, so there will be no real surprises. The service can be a bit slow when the place is busy (it is large and clearly popular) but it is friendly and it is clear that efforts are made - which shows.I have been in on several occasions, and will go again.Recommended: the management here deserves encouragement.

as it was unusually sunny this April in London, I totally enjoyed sitting outside Costa Coffee, sipping my favourite Cafe Latte, and waiting for my friends, who again did endless Shopping in the Exchange Center

We visit here often. Absolutely huge one but can still be tough getting space as very popular.They need a few more people serving.Impressed that they hold events! They should do more of this.
