Very rude the Lady with blonde hair, I assume she must be the manager shouting to other staff member in front of other customer that is unprofessional

Lost interest with the ridiculous waiting times. 3 cars ahead of me and 30+ mins waiting. For coffee... don't know what else you sell except toasties etc but 30 mins is a joke. Won't be going again - not worth the time wasted Also, asked for a large chai latte, and got hot milk. So essentially £5 for hot milk. Yeah the staff has changed and the it's simply too slow and giving weird coffees - poor quality!

I had nice coffee break. Big car park so you can leave your car 3 hours for free.

I was shocked by the way I was treated here today. I am autistic and always have my dog with me for emotional support as advised by my GP. Today, I went in just to buy a coffee and to charge my phone real quick as I was taking my dog to the vet and my bus was due in 10 minutes, to find myself shouted at for entering with a dog in the premise and escorted outside immediately by the rudest barista ever. I kept explaining to him that nowhere in a costa have I been refused entrance due to my condition but he didn’t want to hear a word I have said and kept pointing the exit while urging me to leave in a polite language but very aggressive tone of voice. His frowned forehead, hand movements waving at the exist, height and body size (he was morbidly obese) were terrifying. I asked him to stay away from me as I was taking my coat on but he wouldn’t leave me alone! The barista absolutely refused to listen to me and kept telling me to get out in an authoritative tone of voice like I was an intruder of some sort. Him kicking me out was against the law, and I could’ve refused to leave but I was so embarrassed that I couldn’t face the people staring at me. I also had a bus to catch. Just because someone looks normal please don’t assume that they are! Costa kindly train your staff to ask whether a dog is a service or support dog before asking a customer to leave like that. Very disappointed with the service. Mind you, they even had a pet bowl filled with water by the entrance door. What a joke! I used to grab coffee on my way to work every morning from Costa, but after this experience I will never go there again.

My second and hopefully final visit. The chairs need a good proper wipe in this branch and staff members ought not to bicker in front of customers…Otherwuse, friendly and courteous.

Very rude staff on drive through,2 days ago the fat guy,was very regular to costa on London road, but because of the staff rudeness not anymore.don’t understand why such a nice brand put this kind of staff to customers service🙃🙃🙃really wanted to talk to the manager but he said not available unfortunately.

Went there to do some work and have a meeting. Coffee is always good, and the banana cake was great also. The most I was impressed it was the genuine service we received the guys behind actually know what a great customer service it is . The only thing I don't like is the car park in there is limited to 3 hours, and it's not their fault. Usually I work on the computer and meetings can take long and it's frustrating to stay with this stress that's why we left other wise I will spend most of the day there as the staff are really nice.

Disgustingly rude and disrespectful staff on my visit. Mimicking me as I spoke (I have a slight stammer) then laughing. Then switching to a different language and 3 members of staff laughing to my face. Humiliating. This was a ZERO STAR experience. I will never set foot in there again. It's probably not best to work in a customer-facing role if you enjoy ridiculing others. To add insult to injury, the coffee filled just half the cup and tasted vile. The tea I bought for a friend was poured away by them as it was far too milky. £6+ down the drain as well as being insulted. Horrible.

Great place with a drive through, and also a very nice sit-in cafe. Service is always excellent here.

I didn't use the drive through but popped into shop. Had one of the new maple hazelnut lattes and it was so bad I didn't even drink half of it. Staff distracted and inattentive so I didn't feel very welcome. Compared to my local Costa who are welcoming and efficient it was a let down. Latte had a burnt taste to it.

Ordered a bubble frappe and given something else. Talked to the staff, and they weren't willing to listen at all... very impatient! It was like I was the one at fault, even I pointed at the drink I wanted when ordering. Totally unsurpisnt expereince.

Drive Thru not open due to staff shortages. Had to queue inside shop. I have a low immune system due to cancer and prefer the drive thru so I mingle with as few a crowds as possible- a bit uncomfortable

This is my go-to store. Occasionally it’s not perfect but, the average performance does exceed brand standard.Just been refitted too.

Love this place as it's east to get to and allows service dogs to go in. Also serves puppucinos, but unlike their Scompetition who gives them away for free, charges £0.50 for the expresso size one.

I prefer inside seating rather than drive thru. Staff are always very polite, the place can be understaffed on occasion but they manage well.

Bad … i get the coffee from costa and they give me a present 🎁 a 100£ penalty ! Thank you so much !

Dirty, cups everywhere I take it there under-staffed

I've been going here quite a lot recently and I found the creamy colours are very nice but I don't normally go for anything else. Today I went with her friends and she bought me a toblerone hot chocolate but it wasn't hot it was more like lukewarm. I didn't want to say anything because I don't really like making a fuss. It will still enjoyable but they should have renamed at lukewarm hot chocolate..

Didn't take my order at the right place... Then when they took my order, made me wait much longer to get the order... What's the point of having a drive thru if you're not going to staff it properly... Worst drive thru experience

Not enough staff on my visit so took ages but the girl serving was brilliant at multi-tasking and coping with the customers

Awful.. Especially if you get served by the blue/green haired individual. Firstly gave the drink the wrong milk. Then service came in the form of a cold Cappuccino. Toilets no tissue. Or no soap.. Can’t recommend. Shame. As used to be decent stop off for a Costa Coffee. Terrible service from staff who should really move on elsewhere if the really can’t be motivated to provide some kind of service.

Hmm? It's nice, clean and tidy, has inside and outside seating and it sells coffee and a old cake or two. What a wasted opertunity for a café - where's the full inglish!! - sausage egg & chips........

Would be great if open when they say they are going to be open. Turned up yesterday at 4.05 and they were closed. Can I ask you to advertise the correct times, thank you.

Brilliant and enthusiastic service received just now using the drive thru. She took my order with such a delightful welcome greeting I was actually surprised. It's just a pity I didn't take her name so that you can give her some recognition and praise!

Drive through can be slower than parking and going in when busy times but still good coffee

There is nothing more important for a place “in my opinion” then being open when they say they are going to be open We drove there twice this week when it’s supposed to be open and it wasn’t, that’s very disappointing

My local, pop in here most mornings to grab a flat white on my way to the dental surgery. Staff are polite, plenty of parking, plenty of seating, you will always catch a multitude of people working or studying.

Slowest drive through experience you can ever have for picking up a coffee.. defeats the purpose of drive through. The lady in the counter seem to be spending part time elsewhere apart from serving coffee to you!

This was our first time visiting a Costa Coffee location in the UK, and we were thrilled by the attentiveness of the woman that helped us with our order. It's amazing what kind of impression one can make on someone's day when you're pleasant, professional, and helpful. I had to remove one star because the dining room was extraordinarily messy, otherwise our visit would've warranted 5 stars.

Our weekly Sunday family destination for our lunch and coffee. Never disappoints and David who’s an absolute legend always deliver on a great customer service. He always goes an extra miles and handles all types of situations very well. For example today restaurant had a broken coffee machine but yet David managed to get us great alternatives and served all food as we like. What an experience. He’s a real credit to your company! Well done mate! Keep up the great work! The coffee shop is stunning and always super clean!

As much as i love costa coffee, the drive thru is super slow compared to other costa drive thru i been, customer service is great the team is very helpful but i believe there need to be more staff to support the drive thru. its very slow even when there is only 1 or 2 cars , there were time had to wait more that 5 mins to get a latte. to costa team more staff need to support.

I use this Costa quiet a lot, it seems to be the quickest of the three drive through in the area. Can get very busy during peak times though.

Paying £4 for a panini that is toasted in the oven and not th3 panini maker is too much. What is not accepted is the staff's giving you attitude as they are over stressed. 😑

Not very well organised for online/app pick ups. Stood in store for 15 minutes before being served and my order was ready before I entered. No one told me and there was no signs to direct me. Placed in part of the store which is hard to reach and socially distance. Disappointed.

Costa was very busy with inly 2 members of staff serving both drive thru and take away. I ordered to baby chinos and they were way to hot for children on the other hand my flat white was cold. Very poor experience indeed

I went to this drive thru on the 31st December. One of the servers Dominic was handling food and serving coffee and did not have his mask on properly. I advised him of the rising cases and importance of wearing a mask. He rolled his eyes and refused to put it on. I hope this individual will be reprimanded as the hospitals are now full abd death rates have gone up.

Always looks like there is a long queue, but it never takes long to clear and service is always jolly. We had the pigs in blankets macaroni cheese which was delicious, and a nice surprise to find it was heated with a super fast grill, not microwaved.

Good drive-thru, quick, efficient and has been open till late which is useful. Well made coffees too.

Costa is always great. Throwing knives in the sink can be misunderstood if done hard after being asked to change due to dirt found. Please be gentle guys.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you can order on the app and pick up at drive through during Covid. We ordered and paid for our order on the app. The staff refused to serve our drinks at the drive through, repeatedly tried force us to park up and go into the shop which we refused. Then told us there was no such order even through we continually showed them our receipt on our phone.

Great service for our first visit! Will definitely return here and swap from our usual Costa Drive Thru.
