Has got to of been one of the worst coffees I've had from Costa

I have visited many times and normally ok, on a par with other Costas. However, not today. They seem to have different staff, not the usual happy and nice staff. The person who made my drink was in her own world, as if making your drink was a favour. The girl who served my food was pleasant back when I said thank you, it was as if it came as a surprise to her. The tables were dirty, many with trays of dirty cups etc. in the 30 minutes I was there no one came to clear them. It was not too busy, and there were times there was no queue. Sad really, it used to be nice. Don’t use the toilets, not clean either. There was also quite a lot of food on the floor. Now I know this is caused by customers, so perhaps that is the issue. Will give this one a pass for a while.

We had 2 cappuccino's, (med) 2 butter pastry mince pies. Then my daughter and two grandsons came in and I bought 2 (med) hot chocolate's with cream on and 2pkts of wafer biscuits. We all really enjoyed what we had. Staff were lovely and it got quite busy. Lovely and clean as well. Thank you Costa.

Costa is my top choice for lunch! The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially appreciate Irene, a wonderful team member who always goes above and beyond to make us feel at home ☀️ Thank you!

Coffee only. Never a great choice of cakes but clean premises and lovely staff and of course great coffee.

Friendly, fast and well made food and drinks

I have been bringing my nan and my three year old here since this branch opened and this is by far the best Costa I have been to. We come several times a week and the staff usually already know what we are about to order. Massive shout out to Mia and Steph. Two of the most helpful, KIND and down to earth people we have met, it's always such a pleasure to see them in the morning. My nan knows exactly how she likes her coffee and toast and they go out of their way for us every week to ensure its spot on. Steph did a brilliant autumn leaf on top of my flat white this week and I had to take a photo. Best staff and coffee ever at this Costa. Perfect every time!

Costa is a very nice coffee, however every time I go it's always looks filthy and dusty behind the counters in all of the Costas I have visited, so don't go much 😔 the people were always nice, it's relaxing....

Always bob on with service and the right attitude to customers

Dishwasher still not fixed!! Come on Costa, we don't want to keep using takeout cups and napkins.

Comfortable atmosphere, clean and tidy. Didn't have any problem finding somewhere to sit as there were enough seating areas. Food displays regularly checked by staff. Overall price reasonable, will definitely go here again.

I don't think carrot cake (from last photo!!!) should look like that, it's not even a slice of cake and you expect it when you pay £4 per slice. We didn't get plates due to a dishwasher failure. At least the company should have given paper plates... I'm sorry but it was my last time in this place.

The coffee, staff and atmosphere is brilliant. I'm an avid writer and come here often to work on my short stories. Even at home, I don't work as well as I do here and that comes from the quality coffee, staff and establishment. Only reason I haven't given this 5 stars, is because of the toilets. They're often dirty and as you'll see in the picture, half the floor is missing in the main toilet. Even though it's marked, there's quite a glaring trip hazard. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed. Other then that, brilliant place.

We visited the drive through whilst on holiday (Thursday 16th May around 2pm). The man was kind and patient taking the order. At the pick up window, the lady couldn't be bothered to even be polite, didn't slice the toastie, or put the fillings in the centre, it was gross and dry toast on half of it because of this. Wouldn't recommend.

Great team of people work here. They are always polite and friendly. Quick to get you your order and only once made a mistake which was dealt with very professional.

Yes, it's Costa so you know what you will get. Lovely coffee, good cakes and the like. However, this branch has lovely, friendly staff and is tucked in a quieter corner of this retail park... When you are all shopped out, it is a perfect place for a coffee and a break!

Costa may not be my favourite coffee brand but this place has loads of parking, the staff are lovely and the coffee is nice too. Coffee shop food isn't the best but it's serviceable if a little expensive

Good quick service on the drive through

Had two med cappuccino they were luke warm couldn't drink them , girls behind the counter very slow the girl who served me never smiled looked miserable . I won't be going back there again . Shame cause the Costa in Cleveleys has much quicker service and friendly smiling staff i will be going there in the future.

I came in twice on Monday evening and both the women who served me were so polite and friendly. The service was excellent and they are both a credit to this store!

Drinks were good but not hot enough. Could have been hotter.

Busy, dirty cups and ok service. It's not cheap, so should be better.

We have many happy memories of spending hours in Costa, Squires Gate, Blackpool several times every week in the last few years but unfortunately have had to cut down our visits drastically because of the big increases in the cost of our favourite coffees.

Waited ages at the counter to be surved. It took way too long so I left.

Had a birthday treat reward but first costa we tried had no cake. Came to Squires Gate costa and found a single cake to choose from. Tables not cleared, no serviettes or fork provided. What's going on?

Clean quiet and nice staff. Perfect place to visit I prefer this Costa as it’s clean both inside and out, even the planted areas are looked after. I also think that because how the building has been done it is quieter compared to others making it a more pleasant experience.
