Updated as it got worse. If I could I’d give no stars. This is the worse night in a hotel I’ve ever had. Even worse than a hostel. Feels like I’ve been in a war zone. On check in the new lady (first day) on reception desk said my room number loud enough that everyone in the area could hear. We booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and myself and one for my daughter and her boyfriend as a birthday treat. For a disabled room, the bed is tiny, the 2nd room for daughter has decent size bed, but tiny tv, the TV’s only have a few working tv channels, no BBC from what we could tell. Room 1 uses a real key to open door, not a key card and they said they only had one copy so not to lose it, which limits being able to go out on your own, in case the person with the key is not the first one back and then when both my daughter and her boyfriend both left her room when she got scared as someone in the office fell over into their bedroom wall, she came to see us, and then into reception, he wanted to check she was ok and went to find her, but neither took the key and they got locked out, turned out they did have another key, thankfully, but not that we could use. Do not under any circumstance accept room 2 unless you are completely deaf as the main staircase for the hotel is attached to the head board of the bed. All night, almost every hour on the hour people and suitcases came bouncing down. At 1030 it was so bad, my phone fell off the bedside table. When I went to complain all I got from the manager was it’s probably that kids get excited as they are on holiday. I said room 2 is for disabled people and some including us, have pain that makes it hard to sleep anyway, on top of that the constant bang bang bang from suit cases being bounced down the stairs and kids screaming about leaving and then has kept us up. She said she too has a disability, but couldn’t have cared less that we couldn’t sleep.

Usual good quality from Premier Inns. Hotel located at Blackpool Airport which currently has no commercial flights so the hotel is quiet. Hungry Horse pub restaurant located next door with Green King's good choice of food and drinks. Bus stop just outside of hotel and tram stop a short walk so access to Blackpool excellent. Only slight negative is no lift. If we had realised before hand we would have requested a ground floor room

5***** We had THE best receptionist when we checked in on Thursday. Honestly, she was so friendly and patient with us. She went above and beyond for us. I feel like her name was jess but I'm not sure. The rooms are great and walking distance from the sea front. Great prices too We will be back again before you know it Only problem is that there are no lifts if you need to get upstairs with pushchair

One down fall. Breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday was excellent. The waitress was welcoming and pleasant and so that we were well looked after. What a diffence on Thursday morning. Clearly the waitress was not enjoying her job. Unwelcoming, The stocks of breakfast necesitys were missing. Failed to clear tables. Sat with her feet up on her phone. What a difference a day makes.

A great weekend stay at the hotel. It was in an excellent location for what we wanted to do whilst in Blackpool. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless! We will be booking again.

Occasionally use this hotel as extremely handy for heliport. Always helpful, friendly staff on reception. Rooms as expected to usual Premier Inn standard which I really do like. Clean, tidy and comfortable. For my needs this fits the bill perfectly.

We just stayed the one night to go to a party in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful the rooms spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again, as only a short walk to the beach and not far from the attractions at the South Shore.
