Amalfi Italian Takeaway in Fylde - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Prices aren’t what advertised. I ordered a pizza which on their website is £12.50. When it was delivered the delivery driver told me that £12.50 wasn’t enough and infact it was £14.50. I’ve since looked again on their website and there is no mention of a delivery charge. Won’t be using again.

I was in two minds if to order from this place or not due to the recent bad reviews . But wow what can I say my most favourite was the garlic bread with cheese cooked to perfection. The pizza is half and half which again was cooked exactly to how we like it. The carbonara is obviously cooked without egg as stated and YES it tasted different to our original homemade carbonara cooked with egg but it was still nice. I think some people may have placed an order on a bad day in the restaurant which doesn’t justify bad food but I can most definitely say we loved it . If you like pizza this is definitely your place for a proper pizza 🍕

When you take a pizza out the oven and it looks like someones been at it with blowtorch, do yourselves a favour chuck it in the bin and make another.

Terribly disappointed and out of pocket £37, loyal and long-standing customer lost. My husband and I have been ordering from Amalfi for a good while now but more recently we've had a few issues with poor quality food and late delivery, very late often. Tonight was unfortunately one too many and I won't be ordering again, chips were incredibly salty and not warm in the slightest, I ordered livers and ribs for a change, livers were overcooked and in low supply, most of the dish was sauce and onions hardly any liver, ribs were horrific, worst ribs I've ever had, the sauce was overpowering and sweet, the meet was pretty poor and I had more sauce, bone and fat, I was left very disappointed and hungry after this meal. Additionally when ordering we asked up front the wait time, were told up to 40 minutes, as it was late we ordered based on this info, it then took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, 9:37pm it arrived, who wants to eat at that time of night. Overall too many issues and no consistency anymore, I'm afraid you've lost a regular customer.

Worst takeaway in kirkham by a country mile. Guaranteed your order will be wrong/cold/late.

Ordered from here so many times and I've never ever left a review on trip advisor but this felt warranted. I've ever ever had a tastier dish delivered to my house as the ones I have from this place. Absolutely beautiful!

We are regular customers of Amalfi Restaurant; the food is always exceptional and you can tell it is cooked with love and care. The staff are so lovely and warm, and delivery is usually early with excellent communication. The prices are very reasonable and the food always authentic. First and last time having food from this place. Worst tasting Carbonara ever with a very strange taste. 4 dishes and only 1 person liked their meal. Put me off carbonara for life.

First time we got takeaway from here my tiramisu had a black hair in it. When I complained on Facebook I got no response. This time my husband ordered without me knowing and I’ve never tasted such bland food! Mushrooms in basically water with stilton chunks, garlic bread was stiff like one you’d get from Asda and the carbonara tasted like condensed milk, completely tasteless. Such a shame

Ordered at about 7.15pm with a wait time of 55 minutes for delivery. At the time of delivery the app then jumped to 8.56 as an approximate time of arrival. After several calls with the only explanation of "they were busy and can't control how many orders come through at one time". Told then that it could take 2 hours. On my final call after being told we were next in line for delivery I was advised that they were just waiting for the driver to return and then they would "start" cooking our order!! Finally arrived 9.35. The delivery driver was very apologetic, but unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to us from this takeaway. The food is excellent, but I would advise anybody ordering from them to just go and collect it, or you could be waiting all night. By the time the food arrived we were all past hungry and it spoilt our evening.

Ordered 2 margarita pizzas, a lemon Fanta and Dr Pepper. The pizzas both arrived very burned and instead of the two soft drinks we received two cans of beer - which were given to my 14 year old sister without any question. We called to request fresh pizzas and when the delivery driver brought them he said that he told the restaurant the pizzas were burned but they said to send them anyway. Extremely poor service on the restaurants end trying to see what you can get away with when your customers are spending their hard earned money in this climate.

Dont use just eat phone the shop or go on their website its cheaper. REVIEW IS NOW OUT OF DATE AS THE BUSINESS HAS BEEN SOLD TO THE MISERABLE LOOKING ITALIAN GUY THAT IS NOW THERE. FOOD NOT AS GOOD AS BEFORE. . THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A MENU ON DISPLAY IN THE SHOP. NOW NOT RECOMMENDED

Havnt eaten here in 12 months, fancied a change. Ordered at 6.45pm, 8pm phoned in to be told there busy. 8.45 still havnt started the order. 9pm cancelled the order and went to Leos instead. Now i remember why i stopped using these guys. Lesson learned.

Pizza delivered cold and mushed up. Delivery man was sangerous and threw pizza at me when I complained about the state of it. Complained to the restaurant but they stood by the delivery driver. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a Lone woman. This delivery man is dangerous and very frightening and rhe restaurant support them. Poor quality food

Had a take away from here tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Food very fresh and importantly it was piping hot when delivered, not lukewarm and soggy like loads of other places. Delivery also quick and delivery driver really friendly. Top marks and would wholeheartedly recommend

DO NOT ORDER. Twice I've been let down, one order I waited 90MINS to have to go and pick up. The 2nd I ordered online and after 40MINS of waiting received an email saying it was CLOSED. Took money and I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund.

Tried to call 4 times so walked down to order to find the place empty. JOKE

My partner is Coeliac so we struggle to find places that can cater safely...this place was absolutely fantastic! Gluten-free pasta and pizza bases are available, along with knowledgeable and welcoming staff who can inform you of the dishes specific ingredients. The food we got was absolutely piping hot, fresh and most importantly delicious. We will definitely be making this a regular treat...give it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!

First time we have ordered from here and it is by far the worst pizza I ever had. The chips tasted like they were warmed up. They forgot to deliver one of our pizzas and there was very little topping on any of them! Out of 6 people not one of us liked them . My daughter said the ham and pineapple was ok. The rest of us found them inedible even the dog turned her nose up. Really disappointed

I bought a garlic bread with mushroom and it was fantastic plenty of garlic and oil and mushrooms , very tasty . The best pizza I've ate in a long time .Well done .

Love the food from here, can honestly say it’s the best pasta dish I have ever had! The pizzas are excellent and the garlic bread too. The staff are always helpful and pleasant and ring to let you know your order is ready. Thanks guys

Never have I had such a terrible take away, that includes Blackpool front!! Tasteless, not seasoned, greasy, soggy pizza, garlic bread hard and inedible, £40 plus in the dustbin, will never purchase from here again. Response from restaurant typical, purchased risotto, rice was grainy and undercooked, not seasoned either!! Box the garlic bread was in is grey with the grease! Pizza base was burned in places and soggy in the middle, I don’t eat frozen pizza I buy from papa johns, dominos and Lorenzos restaurants, Tiggis in St Annes, you need to teach your ‘cook’ can’t call him a chef, to season the food!! Again, terrible tasteless food, 4 in my family all agree, Restaurant rang me, I explained all of the above , plus the onion rings were out of a frozen bag!! Restaurant offered me a ‘good deal’ to remove my review, I’m afraid I’m in no rush to waste more money and I believe if you receive food that you can’t eat and throw in the dustbin it deserves a truthful review.

Just had this delivered. It’s absolutely swimming in grease….so much it’s left my plate black!! Didn’t even attempt to eat it, it’s gone straight in the bin. Would definitely not use again!

Every now and again you find a pot of gold and this definitely in that category. From the moment you walk in to this little Italian gem it was 6 stars. The smell was fantastic, Staff excellent (Owner looks younger than he is) and also had a sense of humour, menu not over complicated however don’t be fooled the food is seriously high end fare. We had a mixture of pasta, pizza and meat dishes along with a variety of starters and every single dish was delicious. The local area is lucky to have you.

I came here a couple weeks back and was absolutely chuffed to find this little hidden gem. A small and warm little takeaway it gave me a great impression from the off. Being Italian myself, and working in pizzerias, the pizza was incredible. Chips were the best takeaway chips we’ve ever had ( I know they’re just chips but hey). He even gave us extra portions for the small wait time. (it wasn’t even 10 minutes) We had, garlic mushrooms, spaghetti with salami and chilli, chips and a margherita pizza. We will be back soon Amalfi, thanks again! 5/5!!!

Used to be authentic Italian pizzas not anymore now you get a big thick base which is smeared with garlic sauce. It was disgusting went straight in the bin.

Having recently moved into the area we have been looking for a new pizza delivery place. We have definitely found it! The pizza was fresh and tasty with lots of topping and a thin crispy base. All for a great price. Definitely recommend 👌

The garlic bread was delicious. The pizzas were nice, but the problem we had was that all three items were not what we ordered. Garlic bread with cheese, meat feast and Hawaiian came as plain garlic bread, ham and mushroom and double pepperoni.

Amalfi has been a life- saver during the pandemic. Service is superb and matches the food and value. The food is restaurant quality every single time regardless of the dish. The delivery is always ahead of the estimated time and the staff are a credit to the owners.

My husband and I discovered this place nearby in Kirkham and we are so happy, the staff is very friendly and the food tastes so good. It's not just pizza, it's everything else... Every time we ask for something different and never disappointed! JUst give a TRY!
