Authentic Italian food. Wonderful service. Polite friendly staff. Food was amazing.

Food was really nice went lastnight for a meal service was very poor as I ordered drinks they came 10/15 minutes late then ordered a bottle of water that also come 10 mins late and I ordered 2 portions of fries woth my main meal the mains come out and I was waiting nearly 20 minutes for the fries so by time I finished my main I had 2 bowls of fries other than that food was really good this is a very honest review

Lovely atmosphere. They were very busy which was a good sign upon our arrival, the business did not effect the service. Lots of choice in the menu.

Sat outside in the sun and both had a drink and a pasta dish. Food was excellent and good portion size. Felt like being in Europe with a relaxed Plaza experience. Will visit again.

We visited the restaurant as a 21st birthday meal. We had previously chosen our choices from the starters and main course A la carte menu.The food was good and the portion was excellent. We would recommend the restaurant for a person in St Annes looking for an Italian meal.

Nice restaurant. The pasta is home made and very good. Pizza's are very good nice base and good quality cheese

Rude staff, not approachable!! Ordered starters. Nice garlic bread however seconds after finishing our mains turned up! They couldn’t wait to get us out the door. I have been eating here for years and my past 3 visits recently have all been the same. Really disappointed.

Second visit. Ate outside on the small decked area on the pedestrian area because we had our dog. Simple layout. Parasols available. Water for the dog. Excellent food, good portions, and efficient service. It was just a very enjoyable experience. If you want to eat al fresco, check first as I get the impression it's only until 5.00 pm ? Without the dog, it wouldn't be a problem, and we would have eaten indoors. Will definitely visit again.

Very disappointed,the staff were very rude and sullen,a “good evening/did you enjoy you meal” would have been nice,myself and my wife felt as though were an inconvenience to all the staff,our drinks and food were practically thrown at us,we certainly won’t be returning to this restaurant

Don't bother, the staff utterly rude, the food, buy a ready made m&s meal instead, its more authentic. Staff are miserable, not one of them smiled. NEVER AGAIN!!! TERRIBLE FOOD!

Wonderful Restaurant be for a quick snack like pizza in the early afternoon or better at night indoors for something more Italian and they have a wonderful cocktail bar upstairs when it's on.

We'd heard from locals that this was the best restaurant in Lytham St. Annes and wanted to see for ourselves. We were blown away by the delicious food and the amazing service. The staff were super friendly.

Great food and the staff are friendly. It was an experience to watch the desert pancakes being prepared. I am sure they have an Italian name, but it was for the table next to us. Good atmosphere and very busy every time I have been there.

Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to!

Simple classic Italian food well done. Staff are always lovely and friendly, service prompt and the place is clean and fresh. If you don't book you may end up in the corridor bit with staff rushing past so booking advised but otherwise no negatives. We've been here multiple times and return every time we visit the area.

Excellent Italian food and cheerful quick service ..... Used to be a great cocktail bar upstairs, now that (Tiempo) is only occasionally open for events. The main restaurant below is spacious and cheerful

The best Italian restaurant in St Anne's, the steak is divine.

All 4 of us thought the food was below average. Hardly any garlic or herbs on the garlic bread. Similar story for the mains. Very similar to a takeaway, but honestly probably slightly worse than that considering the price and expectations.

Just booked last evening and on arrival at out time 19.00, our table for two was ready, the service and the food was immaculate, all so good. Would recommend. So busy in a Wednesday to, so that shows how popular it is.

Great original Italian restaurant. Proper Italy in lytham st Annes

The steak medallion was delicious but sadly the starter was not. The bread of the Bruschetta was really hard and I could not cut it, or bite through the crust, yet the topping was lovely and fresh. The waiter worked really hard to serve everyone. I would go back but I wouldn't order anything with a bread base.

Great early bird menu but drinks expensive. A pint and house wine £14 !

First visit to this delightful restraunt! It has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff who have a good sense of humour! The food is delicious and great value for money! Starters we had muscles in a sublime sauce, chicken, tomato and onion skewers, followed by chicken, bacon pancakes in a very tasty bechamel sauce. Thank you.... We will certainly be back!

We visited mid week between Christmas and New Year and surprisingly it was heaving! Fortunately we booked and even then they could fit us in no later than 18.00! But I can understand why. We all agreed the food and service was brilliant. We'll definitely return when next in the area.

Went with a party before Xmas and had a good experience. Took the family New Years Eve for lunch and couldn’t believe the contrast. We were almost neglected. Left waiting for 40 minutes for our starters. I felt compelled to go up to the manager and ask him if we could please have some food! He just said they were busy with a party upstairs as if we didn’t matter. If they were too busy they shouldn’t have taken our booking. Also, the lasagne was stodgy and overall the food was disappointing. We will be going back to Tiggy’s in future.

Always delicious food, excellent service

I have to say the food was wonderful. Meatballs x2 Mussels Cannelloni ×2, pizza x2. Excellent food. Service was a bit slow due to being obviously understaffed. My advice to people is good food takes a while to come and if you don't want to wait for it, go to McDonald's. Will 100% be back.

The 30% is a total scam, becareful. We just been today monday (not full at all) for us we will have 30%, the manager asked us if we have booked, we said no, everything fine, then we get the bill full price. The waiter said for me we can give u that but I have to ask the manager. Then the manager came and said: "well, you didn't book so you can't have the 30% off", I was upset, first cause he didn't tell us and then cause he has been sarcastic: you shouldn't be upset in a mean way. He just didn't want to take it off. He doesn't deserve to be a manager, he doesn't care about customers but I will write it everywhere. The food is not worth the money. And it is not kids friendly. Thank you Mr manager, you know nothing about marketing.

Came in as a one off best pasta I have !! Been Iin spain for a while no match perfect !!

I used to come here years ago and the Pizzas were excellent. Tried the tuna and onion pizza and it was just soggy with too much tuna. Disappointing meal out.

We booked for my grandsons 21st birthday, and so glad we chose to come here. It was all first class. Food, staff and atmosphere were all excellent, and not at a ridiculous price. We'll certainly be coming back. Thankyou so much for making it such a welcoming, wonderful night for us all. It was packed on a Tuesday night, and I can understand why. Looking in other places when we came out, the other places were certainly a lot quieter. Clearly a place well known to locals who return time and time again.

A birthday treat and very pleasant

Service and staff were great. Friendly, accomodating. Couldn't ask for better service. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. All very salty with not much other flavour. Calamari rubbery and pasta dishes very stodgy. Maybe I ordered the wrong things but overall I was disappointed as was expecting something fab.

We booked in the afternoon fit us in 8.30pm, was busy, food was lovely, staff friendly. The drinks menu is varied cocktails also. Place is a great authentic Italian restaurant that you would definitely want to return back to.

We came here on holiday and had an absolutely lovely evening! The food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. We finished our meal with a crepe Suzette and it was fantastic!!

Third time visiting however a bit disappointed this time. It's all a bit of a rush from sitting down to leaving,so sorry guys you need to give customers a wide birth sometimes. We had 3 or 4 people serving us with very little time between courses. Nothing like that speed in Italy.

Originally asked for a table at 7pm was told could only do 8pm. We arrived at 7.55pm and was asked to go upstairs whilst they prepared a table. 35 minutes later we were called down to our table. Asked for a garlic bread to share with our starters (that came in intervals) said garlic bread didn't arrive until after the starters had been consumed. Main courses were very nice, in fact the food was excellent, it was a pity the service was so shambolic. Instead of concentrating on your take away orders try serving the people in your restaurant first or hire more staff or even better, staff that care about the customer. As said earlier food was to a very good standard but service wasn't good😒

The best pizza I have ever had. Incredible waiters. Only issue was the heat; there weren’t any fans so we were slowly burning from the temperate. Aside from that it was amazing and I would suggest this place to everyone. 2023 Update: Please buy a fan and fix the lights

Staff were rude risotto was the worst I've ever had, microwave meals taste better am not joking. No seasoning, plain as anything. Asked for penne twice and still got spaghetti, nothing to it just as plain as the guy who served me, it looked like it hurt him to smile.would not and will not recommend to anyone

Second visit. We ate here 5 years ago when visiting as a large group and loved it. So it was our first choice to go back to when visiting the area again. The food was even better this time. It was very busy so I am glad we booked but that is testament to the quality. Very attentive staff without being intrusive.

Fantastic food, fantastic service all round fabulous place to eat for a midweek treat, weekend pasta cravings or a special occasion.

What an incredible meal! As a lover of all things Italian, this was one of the best Italian meals I have ever had (and I've visited Italy several times!) Extensive menu, it took us quite a while to make our choice because everything looked so good. The Rosetta garlic bread was excellent. The Sicilian rose wine was excellent and the Milano coffee was brilliant. Service was superb and it was really good value for money. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, an accomodating and friendly family run business with incredible food. The homemade seafood spaghetti was stand out, the pizzas excellent and the tiramisu to die for. Wish I lived here so I could come back more often. Would highly recommend..
