Costa Coffee Bretton Centre in Peterborough

Cleanliness it's at pretty low level 🤷, also the speed if serving its slow.

Brought coffee Maccarone cheese, two cheese twist, but they forgot The sticky pecan pie which I have paid for, but do not have and do not have the time to go back again ☹️

Great service by Oliver and the team. The gentleman took my order who was so professional and patient. He made sure we got everything we wanted and did not rush us. Thankyou for your service.

Costa missed off an item, just eat refunded it though

Bretton Costa looks very tired, seats are dirty there is damage on the ceiling. Toilets not great. Needs a revamp!

I'm never disappointed when I come here. Friendly staff, great coffee. Whether it's a flat white and toast for breakfast or cake & americano for a treat in the afternoon, perfect.

Spend £35+ to receive half of my order, burnt toast and spilled coffee. Useless JE won't give refund for spilled coffee as well what a joke. Poor experience, won't be bothering to order from there ever again.

DRIVER WAS RUDE AND DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS INSISTING HE WAS AT THE RIGHT ADDRESS. FOOD WAS COLD AND UNDERCOOKED.

We use this Costa on a Thursday and the staff are really nice and helpful. They do great cakes too.

Stinks, of smoke from cigarettes we sat in the last quarter of the shop… still stinks… visitors are complaining, staff are just talking, nothing has been done.

Item was missing, no attempt to contact to say if it was unavailable or offer any alternative. This is a recoccuring issue with coast deliveries

Took 3 and a half hours to get here and when it got here it was freezing cold and been told I won’t get a refund, not happy at all with the drink and service won’t be using again

Yeah, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and good products. I enjoyed meeting a friend for a chat with coffee and cake.

Helpful staff, speedy service, even though it's often busy Saturdays when we're there. Mind out you don't get a stale cake very occasionally though!

Great little shop, very small but busy only gripe is that they could have more staff working to cut waiting time but overall very satisfied

free parking extended opening times to some Costas quick good service ideal.if food shopping etc for that essential stop or journeying through for me, time out

My order was missing food the drink wasn’t even the right ones

My driver spent 20min at another place doing other delivery while I was waiting for mine, he only delivered one drink and missed other items, or he may eaten them who know, he was rude as well, horrible service!

Friendly staff, very well presented and attentive with lots of seating inside and a few outside.

Got sent the wrong items. Ordered a cheese and tomato tostie and got ham instead.

Twice we have been into this Costa and both times the white hot chocolate is tasteless. Like bland warm milk. Not like other Costa , very disappointing. Won’t use again.

This really is one of the best Costas that I go to. Service is brilliant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is busy!

Lovely staff and great service. Unfortunately the upholstered seats are filthy and have been since pre lockdown. Not ideal when you’re eating food and there’s stains and gunk all down the sides of the seats. Trying to give my toddler lunch that I’d taken in and had to remove anything that was dropped on the seat so half of it was wasted. The seats either all need upgrading to leather or a regular deep clean. Makes me not want to go in.

There was a missing item other than that the quality was great.

There was no sugar delivered with the order, it would have been nice if they had thought to put some in with the order. Not sure why you can not collect beans for your coffee order either.

Average drinks, had better, had worse.

The coffee is good, especially now they offer simple filter coffee. Beware they have mixed in their unnecessary vegan range in with the normal sandwiches and have not labeled them clearly. Very nearly spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant coffee and sandwich

bakery items been on display too long and we're dried out.

Much improved since last year hence score is greater. Handy place for a cheeky coffee mid shopping. 🍰 Are a bit expensive to as thin £3.5 for a slice is a bit push. Don't knot about others opinion on it.

Pretty good be better if both sides of the toastie were toasted, chocolate frappe is nice.

Always use Costa when out and about because every branch provides the same quality.

Went in for a coffee and some breakfast this morning. My daughter has a severe CMPA, so I always have to be really careful with what I consume so that she doesn't have a reaction (she's breastfed). A massive shout out and thank you to the store manager Anna, she took my order and took it so seriously, took the time and care to reduce as much possibility for cross contamination as humanly possible. She even offered to put everything she was using through the dishwasher again before using it, and she made sure she wore fresh gloves. It really made me feel listened to and cared about, and it honestly makes all the difference! Lovely coffee too, which was definitely needed after an early start!

The staff here are brilliant always helpful for disabled person like me they always make me smile sometimes when I am not miserable I laugh money well spent.

Bretton Costa is very unhygienic they take forever cleaning when they have 5 staff members on I am disgusted with there food being a week out of date And there cakes have flies constantly crawling on them and mould on the ceiling this place should not be open And staff are completely rude to people who they know have special needs

The table we sat on was sticky, the waitres never offered to re clean the or wipe down. Just to avoid any further issues, we had to move tables.

Not for the first time, items not in order and no call to let us know, half our breakfast is missing now

We were staying in Peterborough & called into Costa coffee Bridge Street. Friendly staff & quick service. Tables cleaned regularly. A good coffee & Pleasant surroundings.

Really nice in here. Spacious and has a refreshing 'new' feel. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Clean toilets and plenty of comfy seating. 3 tables outside so limited there otherwise very happy.

Have been coming here for a few weeks most days. Most staff friendly and helpful but not today. Slightly rude attitude from one member of the team when I pointed out they’d made my coffee in a Costa takeaway cup rather than my own travel mug. Working in hospitality myself I know it’s not difficult to word things politely

Usual Costa standards. Had bacon rolls and coffee ,dining in. Staff very helpful bringing both over to table as brother using crutches,even though I could have taken them. Only down side ,toilets not very clean. Still nice relaxed atmosphere.

From the moment of entry to the shop, was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed by the staff, the atmosphere was very warm and relaxing, tempted to sit and enjoy but had to get back to work after a refreshing caramel latte earned from collected beans on the Costa coffee club app, many thanks Costa,

I go to Costa at Bretton about 3 times a week, sometimes on my own or with my little boy, our drinks are always made to perfection, they all know to cool my boys drink down for him, all the staff know what drinks we have and they are always friendly and make you feel welcome, we know the staff on first name basis and they know us...theyre our costa family, I class Anna, Chloe Aimee and Josh as friends. I've been to others and the atmosphere was not very nice and some of the staff not so friendly!!...if I could give more than 5 stars I would...

Always nice and relaxing with a coffee and my paper

We ordered 1 decaf and 1 caffeinated coffee. Staff wrote "Enjoy" on one and "Have a nice day" on the other. I appreciate the touch but there was absolutely nothing to suggest which was decaf and which was not.

I ordered three things today from yourselves. You sent me the aero Mint hot chocolate when I asked for the caramel one so I have asked for a refund for this, there were no sharing muffins which I had ordered but you didn’t bother to even tell me about this or provide a receipt to say so and the Cortado I ordered had hardly any caramel in it. Much better service from the Paston Costa. Keep giving you a chance and ordering from you but every time I’ve ordered so far you have managed to get something wrong. When I ordered from the Paston Costa yesterday they actually called me up to tell me that something was missing from my order and asked if I wanted something else. That is Service.

My order today was really good, the order came earlier than expected and I was even phoned by the Costa to let me know that they didn’t have any coconut milk which was really helpful so I could change it. Thank you.

Clean place, good coffee but crowded

Quality coffee and my favourite frostinos colllect your beams use your own reusable containers, just keep an eye on the prices it isn't cheap but its worth the relaxing atmosphere and quality service.

Arrived late, stone cold .. wrong item delivered.... very poor service.
