The seevince was lovely from a young gentleman but the coffee shop itself was awful , dirty , after buying a sandwich and coffee decided to sit outside to finish off but it’s so unhygienic even outside the seating area just filled with rubbish . It’s a shame because it’s a great location and has so much potential as a loyal Costa customer I’m so disappointed

Staff have been lovely but the wifi here has been really terrible in the past couple of weeks… will be forced to go to Starbucks next door if wifi does not get fixed :((

Hot milkshakes mostly frothy, baristas took a good 5 mins to acknowledge me after having served my friend and wandered off after taking order before coming back to take payment both with my order and my friend's. No toilet roll in toilet according to my friend.

Their hot chocolate is really nice, so are their snacks. Their staff are the best.

Went for a coffee with friend, service was fast m and staff was friendly.

Today I had to make a life changing decision. I walked into this branch to purchase a coffee (and use their toilet). The toilet stunk strongly of urine and it was evident that it had not been hygienically cleaned in some time. Not good. No excuses. After I ordered my coffee the staff member gave me one packet of sugar. Not being over weight and liking a sweet coffee I asked her politely for a few more. She reluctantly gave them to me as if they were coming out of her kitchen at home. I returned to my car to now drink my coffee and think about my decision. I sipped on my coffee (£1.49) and it tasted harsh, course and of very low quality. It was this experience with my coffee that helped motivate my life changing decision. The outside seating area is disgusting. I've never seen anything like it. I don't mind clearing my own table but I was hard pressed to find a clean table for the cups and plates. Napkins, bottles and rubbish strewn about Not staff's fault. Only 2 on in busy place

The staff here are very friendly and polite, the lovely lady that served us was very accommodating and made small talk with our children which made it a lot more enjoyable. We later realised that the lady that served us “Larissa” ( I hope I spelled it right), was actually the store manager 😎 Overall, great experience and good standard of quality, the shop was busy but clean and a good atmosphere. Thank you Larissa. A big contrast in the service between this store and the very bad service we received in costa bakers arms…. I guess I’ll just stick to the Leyton mills store in the future

I feel really bad writing a semi negative review to a place where I am regular, and where everyone knows my (and my partner's) face. However despite having a very lovely helpful and hardworking staff, there are loads of areas where they can improve. One thing I have noticed is that at busy times, staff tends to get quite confused with larger orders- When we come in a couple for a Saturday breakfast, and we both get a coffee, food and a desert, usually something ends up being forgotten, and I have to go back and remind. Hovewer everything always gets resolved, I've never been made to feel bad, stuff is extremely kind and apologetic. My other issue are the toilets. ( one working one majority of the time) Toilets are not dirty, they are definitely being cleaned regulary, however there is a limescale on absolutely EVERYTING. and in all honesty it makes me feel uneasy. One more issue of mine is this "barricading" me in a certain space when it's about an hour before closing time. also whoever goes outside to bring the chairs in always leaves the door wide open,and the draft of a cold breeze really bothers me, and I think it appears as a very hostile way of telling costumers to pack up and leave (Mind you this is usually done a good hour before closing time) so that's about it.

Lovely experience, such a tasty cappuccino made by fantastic Ukrainian barista! I really in love with extra dry cappuccino she made for me! I recommend this Costa for cozy atmosphere and lovely staff

We've come to costa other times and it's always great to enjoy a breakfast here. A large variety of sweets and coffees. We came for a Valentine's Day breakfast, great cappuccino and the delicious carrot and walnut cake! Friendly staff and quiet area Recommended a lot!

Not bad, but one toilet is out of order, and the other looks like a pipe burst in there.... Gross!

Ordered a cappuccino and an almond croissant. The cappuccino was great, as usual. The croissant was stale and refund was not given, the server said that the croissants were fresh, but I doubt that.

What a lovely Costa, staff were bubbly and friendly. Drinks were amazing. I had a strawberry and cream frappe and my boy had a mango and passion fruit cooler. Will go back whenever I am in the area. 5 stars. 👍

Needs updating and and freshening up. And staff needd more training. Across the board in the Costas. More halal food options needed. A tomato and cheese toastie for close to £5 is daylight robbery 🤣

Went for famous Black Forest Hot Chocolate, one of them was made perfectly, the other barely had any cream.. by the time I asked for spoon all cream had melted while my friend had it nice. Staff gave us in take away cups, did not ask if it was a sit in or take away. Staff has no interest in serving customer, did it for sake of doing it. Wish had a lovely staff with just a nice smile,many ppl would be back again.

staff don't seem happy working like robots working no interest in customers, more interested in talking with their family that visit the establishment and no que system in force a lot of the times unless it gets busy, then ques form all the way out, better avoid during busy times. Perhaps when not busy they staff are happier working, i asked a cold frappe was told sorry don't have the topping, didn't even ask to try and sell me something else 00(

My favourite coffee shop around . Very nice service , good choice and not very expensive . I love the outside sitting area but it is a busy place and very popular . Today I tried ruby hot chocolate and caramel coffee . Delicious indeed !

Good location free parking and there is no other coffee shop so while someone cime here for shopng asda , tk max or b&q they will live the coffee as costa is UK top coffee brand . Out door space and with toilet facility. Next to out door there is little children ground The service need to improve and overall everything is good . They should eat inside and serve customer that's very unprofessional and unhygienic. I hope they will improve and will wait to see till next visit.

There were Covid measures in place. Did not have to queue. Everything served on take away containers, but we were allowed to eat in. Great coffee, yummy bacon roll.

Their hot chocolates are always delicious. My personal favourite is the ruby hot chocolate. They have a lovely selection of Christmas flavours as well. Definitely prefer Costa to Starbucks.

I placed an order for takeaway coffee which had taken few minutes to make because limited amount of people in the queue.

Nice and vibrant place, coffee was ok, one female staff is quite loud and can be annoying hearing her repeatedly, at times can be interpreted as rude. Just need to be mindful not to ruin the atmosphere. Thank you for the great work.

i brought two iced mocha and realised there was ants in my drink when i drank it. when back to the shop, the manager did not apologise at all. He said he didn’t see that there was ants in the lid of the cup. Worse experience ever. Never coming to this costa again, most unhygienic and unprofessional costa in London for sure Could get a picture as he took the drink before i could take one

Mocha coffee: coffee has been burnt. Milk over stretched & barely tastes of chocolate. Chocolate twist: pastry soggy in places & little stale in others!! Customer service: staff unengaging & more interested in chatting in their native tounge. 1st & last time using this branch

There was only 1 person preparing the drinks! Had to wait about 10 min on queue and the another 15 min to get our order! Not a good experience!

Passed by and didn't actually go in. Hope it's not like seven sisters branch which refused me the use of their rest room.

Was friendly, now inflexible. I’ve used this Costa for a long time and always found the staff friendly. Now they are behind plexi, behind masks, I can’t hear them. Despite knowing them they are insisting I scan my phone. This is a security risk to my phone. I really don’t want to be there anymore. Costa even serve a vegan sandwich but the ambience is gone. Why waste my money for no pleasure.

Quick service,easy to understand rules, and best of all, my coffee was being ruined by 2 young kids running absolute riot around the store whilst the 2 mums enjoyed their coffees. Screaming,bashing into me and my table,a young worker politely asked them to control their kids without me or other customers saying a word. Well done to that young lady!

Great service, helpful employees and very frinedly! After only 3 visit in 6 days the lady could remeber my order... amazing. Also clean and tidy, outside sitting area and parking facilies are bonus for us. Thanks and please keep it up

Tall asian male working there should be let go. I asked for an Americano. He asked if I wanted a new particular kind of latte. I forget the name. I refused but he still charged me for the latte. He then proceeded to dance at and around his fellow employee. She clearly looked uncomfortable. Worst coffee experience ever. He should not be working there

Disappointed. Dirty cutlery . Bun is not fresh . Omg ! You charge sweet treats for £2+ and they are terrible . I don’t understand how it can be offered . Don’t recommend to buy any food from here

Nice place to relax for a some time.

Staff try and upsell you more expensive coffees and food. Avoid.

Some staff are quite loud when talking, it becomes quite annoying after a while, also need to pay more attention when taking order and serving. It doesn't come across good. Hence two stars.

Good staff clean shop good latte

Ordered a Latté and came very swift, so that was nice. The majority of unoccupied tables had waste from other customers which did shock me, so I was forced to take a seat with waste on it. Not good. I'm not sure if there was free WiFi (it didn't look like it) but the signal strength was very poor. Moving away, the latté was very nice, creamed and flavoured perfectly. Ordered a pastry which was nice too. Overall good quality drinks but they could improve the cleanliness and improve connectivity. Would recommend.

Too many people in store, and not so many good clothes to choose

Staff were not paying attention and chatting. The hot chocolate we ordered was forgotten about so it took ages to get it. It was a struggle to pay for part of our order using a gift card. Busy and filled with kids running around. I would not recommend.

Fast service and nice atmosphere

Great little Costa, alas tables get filled quickly so hard to try and get in for coffee or anything else. Unless you want a take-a-way. Staff are professional and friendly and the Costa is clean and tables are wiped and cleared quickly.

This is the second time I have ordered a salted caramel latte and been given coffee over ice yuk... first time sorry madam let. Me fix that .. next time I was thrown a dirty look the drink was snatched from my hand and I watched them put hot water in the syrup then add that to the coffee yuk .. when the drink was presented to me I said is there ment to be salty bits on top.. oh yer then she put them on and left me to replace the lid..
