Costa Coffee in Fareham

I don't usually write reviews for chains but I was in this costa in the morning of 03/05/24 and the staff were absolutely lovely! I didn't catch any of their names but those serving were so friendly and created such a welcoming environment. Hopefully this reaches them!

The Team in this Costa are the one of the best all way smile and friendly even when busy. Even when there is it never for long. Total worth a visit

Would just like to say how good, Emily and Cerys are they are a credit to your company always polite and helpful, we go here almost every week day, dont even need to say what we want as they're already on it before we enter the building. so massive thanks to both of them.

Consistently great service and quality of food and drink here. Staff always very engaging and welcoming. Recommend the sauna sage bap!

Special offer on for 50th year, coffee 50p with app on any barista prepared drink. Surprisingly only serving small cups as ‘run out’ of medium and large ?! Standard of coffee poor too had to take it back. Unusual for this outlet as service and quality usually very good. With a Known promotion on you would have expected cups to be well stocked in advance.

Coffee is fine once it is actually served Poor customer service many times incorrect item given - don’t actually listen more interested chatting with colleagues. Don’t bother if a queue you will be there all day

Arrived just after 8am for breakfast snack and Coffee, only had bacon baps on offer, no sausage bap and surprisingly no bread for toast !! Given just opened disappointed. Coffee has always here very good.

Several visits made since reopening, consistently great service and engaging staff. Coffee always on the money. Great to see them reopen even if you can’t yet sit in.

Brilliant customer service. Megan checked the alleged book a couple of times for me to check for gluten free and dairy free. Well done 👍🏻 First time at this branch- it felt clean and well run by it’s staff

My first visit to this branch, despite driving past it most days of the week, and I was super impressed. Arrived just after 0800 when the masses were on their way to the nearby industrial estate, there was a queue of at least 6 people ahead of me which was dealt with very efficiently by Reece, who I believe was new to the job and his really friendly colleague who was doing a great job in encouraging and coaching him, lovely to see such great teamwork. The next time I get a craving for chocolate brownies and coffee when I'm at the gym I know exactly where to head for!

It was the first time I had been in this Costa. It’s next to the gym and people seemed to come in after going to the gym. It is also at the large Sainsbury store so gives an alternative place to have a drink if out shopping. Nice layout and good staff serving lovely coffee.

Young server on her own initially, kept the queue moving and single handily managed a busy early morning until the next staff member arrived, service here is consistently good as is the quality of the coffee. Let’s hope they can maintain the high standards they have set. Coffee and toast deal good value too.

Regular visitor since this outlet opened. Always great service with engaging counter staff. Eaten in and taken out either way coffee always on the money. Outlet well laid out plenty of onsite parking with easy access back out to M27. Keep up the high standards !
