Costa Coffee in Bromsgrove

Pasando por las primeras horas de la mañana para la cirugía y vino a por mi habitual café con leche de avena con vainilla sin azúcar que estaba en el lugar. La señora que me sirvió (no cogió su nombre, pero tenía el pelo gingerish) fue siempre tan amable y servicial! Servicio al Cliente puede hacer una gran diferencia en su día

Ordered through Uber eats, spent £16 on order. Staff told our driver that our order had been cancelled when it hadn’t. Order was listed as delivered so can’t get a refund. Fault of the Uber driver. But also Costa staff for telling him our order was cancelled. Idiots.

I was driving Northbound on the M5 at just before midnight and stopped at the Frankley Services for a coffee. I regularly travel late at night and often stop just to grab a coffee and often end up having a coffee out of a vending machine in the shop, but to my surprise the Costa coffee was still open. Not only was it open, but the lady who was there greeted me with a smile. I was surprised that she was friendly, very positive about working late and I felt looked after and that she cared about what she was doing. I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and surprisingly it happened at just before midnight on a Saturday night at a motorway services. It was probably due to the good experience, but the flat white I ordered tasted fantastic too.

A motorway coffee should be one of the best - a welcome break from a long journey. But this was absolutely awful. I specifically said I was "eating in" but nevertheless the coffees are still all served in paper cups, my hot sandwich was handed to me in a paper bag with no plate. The 'barrister' spilled half the coffee down the cup trying to get the lid on and still handed it to me. Had I not wanted my coffee so badly I would have handed the whole lot back. Poor service and I expect a lot more from a major brand like this.

It's a good place to stop for a coffee when you are on the M5 motorway. The coffee is up to the usual good Costa standard and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, efficient, quick service, tasty coffee and snacks and, on top of this, Covid safe. Hand sanitiser is available, floors are marked for social distancing and the tables are sociall spaced. A very good place to stop when driving on the motorway

Driving down the M5, stopped to use the facilities at Frankley services and grabbed a cafe latte from Costa Coffee. Friendly efficient service by well trained barista. Quick in and out, back onto the road.

As usual the coffee and snacks were fine. Service ok, barrista very good but two others (trainees?) were rubbish and not polite at all, just grumbling. The Barrista had a word with them. There were plenty of seats (mid morning) although they were a bit dirty. The whole site seems a bit well worn.

Dropped in for coffee and snack staff were such a great team very quick and friendly. Casey was so helpful and knowledgeable as dont like my coffee strong so only had two shots in large cappuccino. Toastes were loverly with good filling. Jenny and rest of the girls aswell working on saturday 6th April were such a friendly hard working team it was very refreshing . Thank you girls

Driving back from Glasgow, I got as far as Frankley Services and needed to up the caffeine levels for the final push home. The young lady service was really bubbly and friendly and a real assess to Costa. I opted for the extra shot which gave turned it into a large flat white effectively. Kept me awake for the rest of the journey.
